We always get great service through the drive thru and the pharmacist takes time to answer any questions we have with new prescriptions. Sometimes they forget to run the scripts through my insurance however it's quickly corrected. And last time they forgot to send back my husband's driver's license and now it is lost foreverrrr... Ugh 😩. We are through there about twice a week so I still give the Walgreens on Troup and the Loop a 9 out of 10.

The older woman working at the pharmacy should not be employed in any type of customer service job. She is rude, uncaring, and completely incapable of doing her job. It really sucks that as such a hassle as the healthcare industry is, we have to deal with people like this woman.

I got new insurance and told them to use it, they didn't. I called and they said to come in before they could fix, came in and they are too busy, call back later. Then they told me to call my insurance, who said they spoke with pharmacy while I was waiting and everything was supposed to be good, so I went in and they said never talked to insurance, after several days of this back and forth, I call insurance at the pharmacy and then they came to the conclusion that since they didn't bother to change the date for new insurance in new year it is my fault that they are ignorant, and they can't or won't fix it.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I called to check on my prescription on Friday because it was pending. The pharmacist said that it would be ready on Saturday. I see online on Saturday that the status was now cancelled: I call and they say sorry…we don’t have that medicine. Now I have to wait u til Monday and have my doctor call it in to a different pharmacy. And Jade in the pharmacy is special kind of rude and unhelpful. What a joke.

Return policy isn’t honored. Offered store credit but had to wait for a manager the next day in order to “try” to honor *their* policy. For $30. Guarantee you Walgreens, you don’t need to be that stingy.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They made me wait an hour then told me they cant fill the perscription but they input it so now i have to do a script transfer. They topped all reviews called on 14th knowing my 15th pickup be delayed now they do a partial and this will cause the full pickup to recycle took over 30 days to resolve this last time.

Store manager with the bald head follows me around every time I do a Order there not knowing I make twice as more money than him I have no reason to steal the minute my feet touch the door, and see what color I am, and doesn’t greet!! Racism at a all time high

I had a mishap when I got an app notification letting me know there was an issue with one of my prescriptions. In the confusion, I was worried I would not be able to get my prescription and had them transferred. I received notification that one was filled so assumed they both would be. We were all confused when I came to pick up and they weren’t ready. They were kind, patient and very deserving of their undoubtedly hidden frustration with me. They were professional and moved forward with filling the prescription right then and there. Very grateful to them.

I use this Walgreens consistently and have never had a pharmacy be so unreliable. Most recent experience is today- them completely losing my paper prescription I dropped off 4 days ago- when I dropped it off they told me they had to order it and it'd take a day or two. I get there to get it today and they've lost my prescription and still don't have the medication and are absolutely no help. What kind of pharmacy losing a prescription?! Not one I want to use that's for sure.So just know if you use them, you may or may not get your medications.Update: I got my prescription resent by my doctor, and they still can't fill it after they told me they could. They called 3 days later after saying they would fill it, saying they can't and can't for two days. I am FED UP with this Walgreens and WILL be taking this complaint further than a google review. Complete embarrassment of a pharmacy.Find some workers who actually know what they are doing.

I waited in the drive though for 30 minutes and as soon as I got to the front of the line they threw a sign up in my face saying there were closed for lunch. First of all who goes to lunch at 1:30pm? Secondly it was 1:25pm so that isn't 1:30pm. I got out of my car and went to ask the manager what was going on. I think I was bothering him because he would not look up from his phone. He had no answer. Come on Walgreens. Can't you just pay your employees a little more so there aren't these issues? I can promise you I will never come back. What a joke of a business.

There is a sign that's reads the pharmacy closes for a lunch break from 1:30pm to 2:00 pm. I was in the drive thru to pick up my medication, the pharmacist checked me out, handed me my medication, I had a question to ask her , pushed the speaker button, when she put the closed for lunch sign up with me still waiting there, looked and made eye contact with me and totally ignored me! I looked at my clock and the time was 1:27, so she put the sign up before 1:30 and I guess her going to lunch was way more important than taking care of a customer! I feel that she was very rude to treat me that way! I will be moving all my prescriptions somewhere else!

Pharmacy was rude and when I told them use whatever was cheaper insurance or good rx they charged me the more expensive option which was insurance and I brought up that it was half the cost through good rx they said it would take a few days to undo the charges. Do yourself a favor and use a different Pharmacy this place will oy do the absolute minimum they have to to keep a job.

TERRIBLE customer service! Every time I call in prescriptions from the doctor office I work for, I sit on hold a minimum of 15 minutes. During that time, no one speaks when they answer, they just pick the phone up & return it to hold. I'm not sure what happened to professional courtesy or customer service in general, but how much effort would it really take one of the technicians answering the phone to say "I'm sorry to place you on hold but there are x# of calls ahead of you" or whatever. I've worked as a pharmacy technician, so I understand the insane pressure from customers at the counter and drive-thru and answering the phone that never stops ringing. But you know what, those things are going to happen every day, so hire more people or hire people that want to do their job. I try to steer patients away from this pharmacy whenever possible.

Walgreens in Tyler is one of the Friendliest stores I've been to! Our cashier Brittany Taylor was very kind and informative. She taught us all the benefits of using the Walgreens app!Also, Brooke introduced us to all of the sales products in the cosmetic department. Both were very sweet and helpful! This has to be one of the best Walgreens wee ever visited!! :)

I’m not the type of person to write reviews but I was really disappointed in today’s visit. I had went to the store for a pickup up order & the employee that was there to help was so rude! Not only did he not give me the product that I had order because they were out of stock but yet I saw three of the items on the floor. I went back to ask a question and he acted like I wasn’t there then another employee didn’t make no difference because it was the same experience with her. They both were really rude and quite honestly I don’t see myself returning to that specific store.

I think it's a great little friendly quick stop to pick up this in the pick up that great customer service always polite people the employees are always helpful and on a first-name basis with most of them I think they do a great job thanks for being in my neighborhood
