I would rather have sent this to the TSC corporate office instead of posting as a review. However, I could not find a place to do that, so here goes a couple of “small rants”. First of all, we in the south (East Texas) are in the midst of some very cold weather. I have 2 large bird feeders and feed only black oil sunflower seeds, which I buy in the 40# bags. Right now, birds are scarfing up the seed like crazy. So, yesterday I went to my TSC store, and they were all out of the 40# bags. Checked with the store and was told, “We get what we get from the warehouse; we can’t order what we think we will need. Sorry!” Ok. So I went to the birdseed aisle and found some 20# bags, selling for $16.99 per bag. Glad they had that! However, I had been buying the 40# bags for 17.99-18.99 per bag. Yesterday, I bought 20# bags for $16.99. Now, I would expect a smaller bag to be somewhat more expensive, but to pay almost the same price for half as much is pretty ridiculous, right? Don’t get me wrong, I love TSC, but wish they could: #1–keep their supply in line with demand, and #2–make sure their pricing makes good sense to the customer. A little premium for smaller bag is normal. But, to price it almost as much as a bag twice the size, nope, not fair. Thanks for reading and hope this makes it to someone in marketing or procurement at TSC corporate!

Seems every time I arrive they are always out of purina horse feed I ask multiple times to order extra and can’t seem to get it ordered . I guess I just have to go somewhere where my service is appreciated

I visited black Friday weekend. I noticed the checker Mandy was very unprofessional. When a customer spells their last name to her when asked it appeared to be laughable to her. The unprofessional attitude I experienced justed going in from another lady near the backed counter of the store when asked is there anyone available to assist me? Her demeanor she replied " It Be Awhile"The experienced I had endured was non caring. Never did get assistance. I purchased a item and left.

Thank you to the lady who answered the phone tonight (11-15-23) as well as the sweet young man who rung it up for me when I got there. Right before that, I had just been to a certain automotive store that claimed (online) it had a product in stock, fought rush hour traffic only to get to the automotive store and find they had none on the shelves. So I called Tractor Supply. The lady who answered the phone understood my issue and made sure she had it in stock before I made another drive in busy traffic.I will be buying that product from Tractor Supply from now on! Love your store! Hope to one day see you compete directly with Walmart. We are all sick of self checkout!

TSC has good variety, pretty easy to get in and out of, but how in the world can you call yourself a farm store when you don't open til 8 am ?? I should be done here and back home feeding and working by 8.

So many times we have been to this store to get propane that they have and sell. So many times we have been told that they are too “busy” to do propane today! Whoever the store manger is needs a different job. Anytime I have been in there to get something there is no pricing on the item or half the stores items. I’m not sure how they are “busy” when things are not priced or you turn sales down. We will now never purchase from this store again do to the lack of customer service and pricing. Will definitely advise going else where if you want to know how much an item is!

Wish they had a little more stuff for beekeeping, but with a large retailer in Marshall, I can understand. I would also assume that we're a small part of their demographics. Friendly and helpful every time I shop. Needed a veil in a pinch, and they had just what I needed (it was the last one).

Store is clean, has good products that I like. Staff is hit and miss, some are helpful and some want nothing to do with you. The big reason for 2 stars however is not so much the store as is the companies policy when checking out. You cannot purchase something without giving them your phone number. They want your number, address, etc. Cashier said she could not open her till (I was paying cash) without getting a phone number from me. I go into a store to trade money for products, not end up on someone's marketing portfolio. I probably will not shop at any tractor supply until this changes.

Great Store look good. Everything I bought I returned and had no trouble returning what I bought. They had the shirts that I wanted but not the size that I wanted. Blue denim shirts with SNAP buttons but I couldn't find a medium or small. Large was for a 250 lb gorilla and I'm not him.

Super nice people, very helpful. This store has everything, not just tractors! We went for hay for our bunny and also got two early girl tomato plants. (the best tomatoes ever!). This will definitely be our go to supply store!

Have always had good service here but tonight the young lady at the register was very rude. She pretended like she didn’t here me when I asked her a question about the product I was looking for. Then when it was time for me to checkout $89.00, she just pointed at the counter she wanted me to go to (the store was dead, so she was chatting with a co-worker). The next time I go there and she’s there, I’m walking straight back out.

Workers are friendly and provide great help. I buy my horse feed and goat feed there. Have bought many other items to include T-posts and miscellaneous items. Sometimes they sell out of my horse brand feed there. The prices are pretty good.

Got what I went to get and a few extra things. Every time I go in there I see something I just have to have yeah right. Nice clean store. Knowledgeable helpful employees. Products are high quality. I'll bet if you go in there they have some stuff you didn't know you needed either. Open till 9 at night.

Love the amazing customer service I always receive, from when I walk in to when I walk out. Their associates are always there to make sure you are finding everything you need, if it's not on the shelves they will check in the back stock room. Love shopping here!

Good solid store. It has all the essentials in most every department. I feel like the build quality of the products have different levels to choose from than other stores as well as price options. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

I came in today with my husband and child. My husband bought 3 oils and 2 shirts. The little girl at the register hardly even acknowledged us, besides simply checking out ours items. She wouldn't bag our shirts. I had to ask for that, she then did reluctantly. There were two young gentlemen behind us and when they came to the counter they got a smile and greeting. I called to speak with management but they were cleaning the chicken and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I figured it was probably useless to leave a complaint. Not happy with today!

Wonderful store and great employees. I went to Tractor Supply in search of Flea treatment for my yard. I found exactly what I needed - as well as a few items I was not expecting. Hot spot medicine for my dog, and dog toys!
