Called about the trailer rental, looked up my account , “free rental” came into the store asked the lady about she said “I guess we’re just busy” stood around for 30 minutes before she finally said “you have to pay in the store” I don’t understand why she never mentioned about getting line. Poor service.

We went over to buy a pellet heater and it was so cold inside tsc, that the workers said the heater was broken and has been, it was 24 degrees outside. Tractor supply should be getting the heater fixed to keep their workers warm, people will NOT shop when its like a freezer in the store. Tractor supply should care more about their employees than that. Theyre gonna feel really funny when their employess wont come to work.they were bundled up like eskimos but the heater should get fixed, its not like yall have a shortage of heating companies in tyler!employees were great considering.the employees said the heater has been broken for awhile- really? Get it fixed!

Long story short I had an issue with a load I was hauling shifting in my trailer. Even though it had nothing to do with TSC, it was over 100F in the parking lot, and towards the end of the day, The manager was able to come out and help me so I could drive home safely. Was very grateful for his assistance and willingness to go the extra mile.

Hard to find help. Went in to buy a weed eater. Found what I wanted. Associate didn't have a key..asked me to go to customer service and ask for joseph. Waited in another line....they paged him....waited agian.... ya know when u go into a place to spend your money and u have to do the employees job and don't get a thank you or anything fro. Even the Manger then there's an issue. This is why I loath stepping foot into a box store. I'd rather spend my money online. The service is way better and faster.

DO NOT ORDER SHIP TO STORE at this location. It took 3 tries and about 4 weeks until I received my order. The first two ship to store orders were somehow lost or stolen. After several conversations with the very helpful corporate customer services, I got the order shipped to my home. The local customer support at the TSC store is a joke. The manager should be ashamed.

Everyone at this store is so cute incredibly friendly and helpful! We bought a grill from them this past weekend that was still in the box and when my husband put it together he realized it was missing a piece. Even though this was the manufacturer’s mess up, we called the store and they offered us more than one solution to the problem! They were so kind and efficient and we are so appreciative to them!

has any one had a problem with their chickens not laying eggs???? mine stoped laying ever since I started using tractor SUPPLIES FROM THE SUMMER until now .I first thought the government was doing something. lol. turns out most of the people using feed from tractor supplies stoped laying..I went back to a nuther feed store to get feed ,now my girls are laying like crazy...the biggest egg producer owns the feed supplies for T.S......

Customer service is subpar at best. The two woman employees I dealt with on my last purchase were rude and had attitudes. All I was there for was to pick up cat and dog food I ordered online and you’d have thought I ruined their night by picking up my order. The other Tractor Supply in town is way out of my way, but it’s worth it to get proper customer service.

My lawnmower had broken down and I didn't want to go all the way into town and fight the traffic. Fortunately for me they had the parts for me. The staff was very nice and professional and was willing to help me when I entered the door. Granted the store is not like the big chains: Lowe's and Home Depot, but was very surprised with their wide in inventory. Saved time and money by going here.

Are you still at the store they hired a new Help now not so much I drive from frankston to the store which is way further than the Frankston store but today will probably be my last day coming here as I called ahead of time for propane and the young heavyset dark-haired girl on the counter informed me she was no longer filling it today because they were done filling propane When I informed her that her manager was when I spoke to she said well then he can fill it for you

I love, love, love going to Tractor Supply! This week we went to investigate new dog food for our babies-one who is overweight, both old and with hip issues. The gal we spoke with knew exactly what we needed--she even knew how much fat content each brand had! Amazing, huh? Then of course we had to go look at clothes and boots and trailer accessories and ..... Too much fun, AND we found a great food.

Stopped by to purchase a couple pair of jeans. The shelves were disorganized and unkept with very little inventory. If you are to serve the farm & ranch community have some tall men's sizes. Longest leg size on any jeans found was 34". Also keep a larger inventory of the anchor brands, Carhartt and Wrangler. That is mainly what your customer desires. They were short staffed just like any business now days so no one to assist the customer. Worst Tractor Supply store I have entered.

I needed a new air compressor and found one I liked online at TS. The website showed it was in stock at this location. I called to see if they would verify that and hold it for me, and was told by the manager to just buy it online and they would pull and hold it for me. I then drove over an hour to the store to pick it up. The service was prompt and courteous. I get it home and run the electricity, drill holes in concrete, and installed the compressor. Then I notice that it is missing both the Pressure Gauge and the Pressure Release Valve. I called them the next day, got transferred to Dave. Dave apologized, took my info and said the manager would call me that afternoon or the next day. No call...... So I called again, asked for the manager, and was told I was talking to the assistant manager. I told my story, and she said she never saw anything on it. She then said the only thing she could do was to order a new compressor for me. I would then have to uninstall this one, load it up, drive over an hour to take it back, pick up the new one, drive back, and install the new one. OH, and it would be 2 weeks before they could get a new one in. No attempt to see if the original pieces were in the service or warehouse area, no offer to contact distribution, or the manufacturer to have replacements sent out. Just a 2 week delay for a compressor I need today, plus major inconvenience for me to correct their mistake. I will not be going to this location ever again, and will warn all my friends.

Location looked fine but terribly rude customer service. I barely walked up and she had an attitude before I could say hello. The whole exchange was awful but it's a smaller town maybe they don't have a lot of competition or really care. Won't be visiting again.

Ms. Terri seemed very inconvenienced by our business. Needed some 12'' spikes and they only had one box. Politely asked if there were any more, but we interrupted her conversation with her coworker. She paused, gave us a pretty disrespectful look, didn't say anything to us, just turned back around to continue her conversation. Not sure what we did to deserve that, we simply asked a question. Once she finished her conversation she scanned our items and we went on our way pretty frustrated by the exchange. We kept it respectful, but it was a pretty crappy way to start our day.

I wasn't happy with my person checking me out. It was a younger girl and she did not address us (husband, child, self) and then did not want to bag my husband's shirt!! The counter cashier's in the afternoon needs to be in the back of the building. Unloading the trucks when they bring feed in. I have been trading at tractor supply ever since it opened in Tyler and have never been treated like I was today. They we're extremely rude to me. The front of the store was left unattended. And it took over 45 minutes for someone to open the oxygen rack up. And besides of me there was 1 other customer in the entire store. This is the second time this has happened to me. And I guess I might just take my business over to Atwood's. At least there they will wait on you and treat you with respect.
