We take our 2yr old Merle Goldendoodle, Bodie, here for grooming every 5 to 6 weeks. He loves "going to the spa" as we call it. Anytime we go out of town he boards here as well. Staff is full of energy and personal no matter the fact that they are super busy.

I always take my two dogs to Groom Room for boarding and haircuts even though it's 2 hours from my house. My dogs love going there and the haircuts only seem to turn out good when they are done there. It's worth the drive for happy babies. The pictures are of them after I picked them up from boarding with haircuts done and when we got home. They are always worn out from all the playing they get to do there! I highly recommend them. I've been bringing my two dogs there for 3 years.

We are new to Bullard and have 3 fur babies who mean the world to us. The ladies have been absolutely amazing. We asked around and were given several referrals here. My schedule like all of you, changes every 5 minutes. (Truth). I am more than grateful to these ladies. They truly care about their customers but more importantly they care for our fur babies. Schedule your next appt. Before you leave each time. They work hard to meet your expectations, far beyond most that I have met in this service. They stay busy because they care and have a wonderful work ethic. You can trust the Groom Room with your precious babies.

In May we boarded our dog and everything went just fine. Today (July) we weren’t allowed to board her due to insufficient vaccines, the same amount of vaccines she had in May. They didn’t tell us she needed more vaccines until the day we were supposed to leave for vacation at 7am when no vet was open. Obviously we left and boarded her elsewhere. Very disappointed and won’t be going back. Took her to another place that was cheaper and gives free baths no matter how long you stay, the groom room you have to stay for 5 days for a free bath.

Our dogs love visiting the Groom Room! The staff are friendly and accommodating, pricing is fair, and my dogs come home no longer smelling like musty fritos left in the back of the car. Highly recommend them!

My husband is very protective of our four legged girl and tried to take her on our honeymoon last year. After a not so great experience at a different location earlier in the year last year he was overly cautious about letting her stay somewhere. Last minute our wedding party found out and pooled money together to help us board her as a surprise so we could enjoy our honeymoon alone. Since then he was so pleased that any time we go out of town and she cannot go with us he has no issues with her staying at Groom Room. Thank you to the super sweet staff for helping our girl feel safe and my husband at ease.

I brought my babies here for the first time and it was an exceptional place. The staff was so nice and treated my babies wonderful. They had a room with beds in it and blankets and even a TV for them to watch. The rates for boarding are great and affordable.
