Patricia has helped us the 2 times we have purchased furniture for our home in the past 3 years. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. We closed down the store twice choosing fabrics and she treated us as if we were special and had the whole place at our disposal. We met the owner, Mr. Swan as we left and he was gracious. What a great place and such quality furnishings!!!

I love Swann’s, and one reason is that I have never had to wait more than a few days to get my purchase. Not only do they have on-site designers who can come to my home and help with proper design options, but they have plenty of inventory. And the fact that it’s local is the cherry on top!

My salesperson and the staff were very helpful and courteous. However, after having to order the furniture I desired, I was very disappointed when I had to sign a statement saying I could not return the furniture piece, if I did not find it as I expected.This furniture was ordered from a website. I have ordered many items from websites including furniture. I have always been able to return items that were not as I expected from the internet views.This policy was especially disappointing to me, as Swann’s is a locally owned store and I expected better treatment from them.Very disappointed.Nancy Ireland

If you get a chance to shop at Swann’s furniture, request Brenda.I purchased a couch and a side chair after walking the length of the showrooms multiple times. Brenda had great suggestions, measured every item for me, helped me compare styles, etc. I can’t go on enough of how amazing my experience was because of her!!I love Swann’s Furniture!!!

I walked in, Brenda politely asked me what I was looking for, she took me straight to the perfect recliner. It was better than I was expecting. The price was fair for the quality, I bought it. She was a great sales associate! The staff and loading dock associates were all polite and helpful. They loaded it my truck and I took it home. I have used Swann’s for many of my furniture purchases. I visited the store recently to purchase furniture for a new business I am starting. The gal I usually use had retired after many years and Kathy set up and took care of me. We had a good time picking out the pieces I needed. She was informative and very helpful. It was greatBut here’s why she is getting a 5+ rating. A day later she called and said there was a special from the manufacturer that just started. Bottom line she saved me another $1,296 on the purchase. Kathy didn’t have to call. I never would have known but she was looking out for her customer. That makes her and Swanns 5+ in my worldThank you , Kathy

We purchased a very expensive white sofa from Swans in Tyler, Tx. We knew we were paying more but the sofa was in stock, we very much liked it and we liked the sales representative. Since it was white, we added a Guardian protective package on the suggestion of the sales person. The product needed to be sprayed on and allowed time to dry. We were told we could not take delivery until the next day for this to occur.We do not live in Tyler and had to travel there.I arrived bright and early the next day to pick it up as I was instructed to do.Upon my arrival I was surprised to see the sofa in the original package. The protective coating was not applied. Only to be told by the warehouseman that,”No one told me anything about it”.They had to hurriedly apply the product while I waited the majority of my day.We have no problem paying a premium price for premium service and quality. Unfortunately this does not apply to Swans.

I loved my shopping trip to Swan’s! The sales lady met me at the front door and helped me get inside using a walker. It is temporary, and I’m not very good with it. She took care of me during my time there.She did a great job showing me all the choices you have in your store. In touring the store she listened as we visited and found the perfect fit and perfect color for the new chair I purchased. It is delivered and working great.Very good shopping experience! I expected to take hours and end up compromising on what I wanted. I was so wrong. The selection is quite large, they have everything and only top brands. We found what we wanted within 10 minutes, looked around for a while longer, went back to the furniture we really wanted. The saleswomen, Ronda was friendly and very knowledgeable. After answering all our questions and all the options, we made our decision, paperwork was completed in less than 10 minutes and now we anxiously awaiting our furniture. I was prepared for a long day and was pleasantly surprised.I will shop Swann’s again.
