Buyer beware! Tim (front counter)and James (install) are 2 of the three stooges. Logged in about 220 miles , I live between Jacksonville & Frankston(back&forth)trying to get some simple truck door panels made. Crooked cut and wrong thickness and they had old panels that they built themselves in the past, as templates. Even had me drive there to pick up and they weren't ready. Do yourself a favor and take your business down the street.

After reading many positive reviews, I was looking forward to getting some pricing for car audio. The young woman who greeted me when I walked in was friendly enough, and said Tim would be with me shortly to answer pricing questions.While I was waiting, she approached me again to get more of an idea of what I was looking for, and I told her a 12" sub in a ported box, and that I had found some good prices on amazon/online and wanted to compare. She said "oh, you don't want to buy from places like that." I responded with "places like what" and she said "amazon." I asked "why don't I want to buy from places like that," and she looked at me and said "I don't know....I was just trying to get you in the door."First, I was already in the door asking about pricing. Second, it just left a bad taste in my mouth, like she thought she could manipulate me into buying from their store.When I was given prices, they were inflated. Also, the person read the prices off the computer screen and barely engaged with me.Today's interaction with their front of store representatives left me looking for other places to take my business.

I am very happy with my install. I had a 10” sub and box and just needed to purchase an amp and have it install. The sound compared to my previous truck is night and day using the same sub and box. They did a great job on the install very clean and tuned the truck. It is the cleanest sounding system I have ever owned.

Easily the most comfortable I have felt speaking with a professional in car audio. Richard made sure I was fully informed of everything I needed to consider while getting my new 2014 Hyundai Accent GS outfitted with four new door speakers and a new in-dash receiver.He explained every part of the process to help me pin down exactly what I wanted and needed to get to satisfy my upgrade needs. The installation itself went incredibly smooth. Aside from the new receiver you would never be able to tell someone had removed all four door panels and cut the factory speakers out of their mounts.The parts they use are high quality, so expect to come out a good bit lighter in the wallet, but I'd say it was easily well worth it. Do not forget this: You get what you pay for. High quality parts and professional installation makes it worth it.I plan on going back soon to get an amp and subwoofer combo to finish off my set. We've already gone over the changes that will need to be made and planned out exactly what I will be getting. Nothing but excellent service.My only complaint is that they are not open on the weekends, and that is only a minor issue.

I had a great experience with these people. I am going to take it up point wise.I had gone in to get a remote start for my car and ended up getting more stuff done.1. They were professional and took time to explain things to me and gave me plenty of time to choose my options. I did not feel pressured.2. Service was efficient and timely.3. Quality of work done was excellent.4. They are a group of honest hard working people. I had dropped a couple of my cards( sams club and Some gift cards) and they called me at the end of day and aske to come get the. I had not even missed them at that point!!!I highly recommend this place for all your car /home security, music , car window tinting, car remote starting etc.Thumbs up to this place.

They FAR exceeded my expectations!!! I went to the store Fri. morning needing a new TV and receiver. Dennis was at my home within the hour to see what was needed. On Monday the new equipment was here and installed. WOW what service!The fellas that did the installation were extremely caring and conscientious. They were truly professional yet very personable. We have been very disappointed. The sales guy we dealt with never called like he said he would, never returned calls when we left messages, gave us false information on a stereo not once but twice. When we finally got a stereo that would work in my husband's truck. They wired it wrong causing the check engine light to come on.

Fantastic products coupled with outstanding service. Mitch is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me decide the functions I wanted in an automotive sound system. The installation in my truck looks like an original factory installation and quite professional. When I went to get my truck Tim sat with me and explained everything about the Pioneer radio, XM radio and Apple app functions. Tim also said to return any time I had a question about any function. They beat a competitor's price and left me with a feeling of great satisfaction. Now, I'm returning for better speakers.

I bought my first subwoofer system for my Chevrolet Blazer 6 years ago. Two 12-in subs, Phoenix golds, amplifier, and spare battery from stereo video center. Just recently had them reinstalled along with 4 tweeters into the third vehicle I have owned, and the quality could not be any better. Surpassed my expectations as always. Tim is always upfront and honest about any questions I have.15 out of 5 stars.

I’m sure they’ve got great products, but if you need the window tint done on your vehicle, you might shop around a bit. When I went in, my buddy was there getting his done and I asked him how much he got it done for before I talked to any employees. He said $180 for five windows. Nice, not bad. They ask what car I had and when they learned it was a Corvette (three windows), the price for me conveniently jumped to $350. Take that for what it is, but I’d shop around. I’m sure they do a fine job, but chances are it can be done cheaper elsewhere.

Don’t get much time home with my jobs obligations but this is one of my most important stops while in town . The staff are professional and always friendly when helping me in store and over the phone with my many questions. I love car audio so there’s always a need for accessories and this is my home for all my shopping . From basic oem upgrades to , custom subwoofer enclosures, to bringing to life concepts you can only imagine for your truck , car , boat or bike they’ve got you covered. We recently purchased a house full of in-ceiling speakers. Matt our consultant came out and took a look at our set up. He discussed all options to get us the best sound quality throughout our house. We decided on Sonos paired with their custom networking package. The technicians (Omari, Tristyn, River and Zach) who came out to update and install our Sonos system were patient, knowledgeable and very thorough.I highly recommend this store for all of your home sound needs!

This was my first time at stereo and video center and i have to say i was treated like family. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment i was looking for. I came in looking for subwoofers and an amp for my 2018 toyota camry. They showed me different kinds of equipment and helped me decide which was the adequate one for my car. They explained everything that was going to be needed and answered all my questions. The installation was great and clean and the quality of the products they sell is great. I recommend this place not only because of my good experience, but because i know people that have always had great service here.
