I placed an order through the app. Upon arrival I stopped at the “order area” announced my name as well as I was picking up an order that was ordered through the app. Was told to pull up my order was ready. As I get to the window to actually pick up the young man at the window asked me 3 times what my name was. He wasn’t rude nor was he welcoming. Seemed as if he was a bit distracted. Normally service at Starbucks is 10/10. This was my first and last visit to this particular location.

Staff is all friendly. Normally I walk in and my drink is already ready. The manager with pixie cut and brown and blue hair (Michelle I think is her name?) is beast! She keeps the place running ship shape no matter how crazy things get and her customer service is impeccable. She deserves a raise!

Tried the paradise drink and it was incredible! If you like summer in a cup, this is the choice for you! Will definitely get it again before it goes away. In and out in under 10 minutes at this location during lunch, that's my kind of quick stop!

Taylor was my barista today! She was amazing, made my pup feel all the loves, and was just overall super sweet! We will def be coming back here soon!!Thanks again Taylor! You truly made our day!Oh and my drink is amazing it’s : grandè vanilla cold brew with 4 pumps of toffee nut syrup, vanilla sweet cold foam, and caramel drizzle .. talk about YUM

So I specifically ordered Light Iced, NO Foam Matcha latte.. the lady asked "So you want us to scoop out the foam".. I said yes or you can just stir the matcha in.. and I know it can be done because the other starbucks I go to (which after this 3rd time coming here for this drink, I won't be coming back) they end up giving me extra ice and foam on top. If I wanted a Tall Iced beverage I would have ordered just that. I've been a barista before and it really isn't hard to not have foam in a shaken drink.

Well, I hate leaving bad reviews, but when customer service is this bad, you have to. The lady at the register was very unhelpful and unresponsive. This has been going on for years with this individual, going back to when the store was on the other side of Broadway before they moved here.I asked if I would receive stars if I ordered a regular coffee, to which she replied that she had no idea because she didn't have the app. Well, it shouldn't matter if an employee has the app or not, she should be knowledgeable about the company products and programs.Then, I tried to ask what blends they had brewed at that time, but she pretty much ignored me. Astonishingly, she started dispensing coffee into a cup without my even being able to tell her which blend I wanted. As she dispensed the coffee, she was talking to me with her back to me and I couldn't hear a word she was saying. It didn't help that she was wearing a mask during this interaction, and she knew that I was having trouble understanding her. She did pull down the mask one time. When you are paying Starbucks prices for coffee, you expect an employee to exhibit at least a minimal level of customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I needed to call the store and their phone was not working. It sends to an operator that says, “E-1-0-0..” and ends the call. I placed a mobile order and forgot that I didn’t want to pay for it right away and was going to pay for it as soon as I left work. I just had the order ready that’s all but wanted to call the store to not make the drinks :(

This Starbucks has been my world!I want to give a special thank you to Rebekah, a manager on duty bright and early in the AM, along with her fabulous employees, Lenna, Joe, and Nolan, AKA Robert!!I started coming to this new location right around the time they opened it. Was never a Starbucks fanatic till here recently and honestly it's because of these here employees. I work at 0600 in the morning so, for the majority of the time, I am there no later than 0530am. For a long time there, I was and still am, always greeted by the most welcoming staff on duty, who have taken the extra mile to remember who I am and my most favorable drink and snack on the menu.Rebekah, Lenna, Joe, and Nolan, who have and still go over and beyond, to do their job diligently and to the best of their ability every time, has truly touched my heart tremendously! I have truly been touched and blessed to know each and everyone of them. These friends who have impacted my life, by showing me kindness, love, respect, and care, I truly am thankful for having met you all! Thank you again, to all of you, for showing me the love that everyone deserves. All my love guys!

The service here is ok. The baristas stand around a lot talking when business is slow when they should be wiping down tables as they are sticky most of the time as are the counters. Condiment bar is often missing items, too. Cleanliness and items out of stock are a real pet peeve of mine. The coffee is good and usually made the way I ordered it. Would like to give a five star but for reasons stated plus the fact there is no outside seating could not.Features: Baristas wore masks. Currently Texas has no Covid mandates and I am comfortable with that.

I went through the drive thru this evening and didn’t realize that they were closed at 9:00 p.m. I drove around to see if perhaps they were preoccupied with something else to be rudely screamed at “We’re closed”! I proceeded to look for their operation hours on their doors but found out that they were indeed closed when looking online. The way I was treated was totally uncalled for, it’s Christmas and being located at one of the busiest intersections I assumed they were open later than 8. My mistake.

I'm giving it a two star for one reason the music is too loud to study or do something or the computer like school work. Even with my noise cancelling headphones I can still hear it. I could not study and I think what might be wrong is because it is small. The service is ok. Anyways that's it.

I was at the drive thru and had a $100 bill the lady at the drive through asked another lady behind her and they decided not to take it and very rudely i was told they cant do it. Seriously! You guys dont have a marker or a machine that can detect a fake bill. Highly disappointed!

The only time of year I buy Starbucks in during the holidays, my Peppermint Moc tasted like how dirty mop water smells. It was disgusting
