This place is always busy and always seems to take longer to get my drink order than any other Starbucks in town. Mobile order is by far the fastest and best way to order here, otherwise you wait 20 minutes or more. There have been many times where they got my order wrong. The staff is nice enough for the most part.

This is where I first love pink drink . Abby is so nice, smiling and gave me a decent amount of strawberries . And greeted me in and on the way out. I love this starbucks location .I will drive extra miles to het my pink deink here AGAIN and AGAIN ❤️ hope you wont change on how generous you are with strawberries. Love it

Not much to say about this Starbucks expect the drive-thur is pretty much busy all the time and inside the seating is not a lot. When a lot of people are there the WiFi slows down bad which sucks. The people there are alright and the bathrooms are clean. Not much to say about the coffee because it's the same everywhere.Update on 5/16/22. This Starbucks has not really changed from my last review. I feel that the music is not as loud which is good. Also the Wifi works better now. I can watch YouTube vids without problems. Good job Starbucks. Prices are still not great but whatever. The manager there was cool and answered some questions I had. The only bad thing is that in the bathroom I went in the ceiling fan was dirty. Other than that the bathroom was clean. Great staff but I still think it's a ok Starbucks because they all look the same to me.

Best Experience yet!! The staff is the perfect combination of friendly, yet professional. I was greated when I walked in the door, and had a great conversation with the guy who took my order, who reminded me my balance on my Starbucks card was low. This location is so clean for how steadily busy it is, also very spacious with lots of seating. While my coffee was being made, I felt nothing but positive vibes. My complex coffee order was made correctly and tasted like heaven. Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve always ordered on the Starbucks mobile in the mornings. The timing to work and stopping to pick up is so easy. The wait time is never more than 5-7 minutes. Workers are always nice and friendly.*Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew

BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got there at 7:56am, Placed my order at 8 am. I waited for 21 minutes as people walk in and out with their coffee. After 15 minutes, I asked the barista ( The Tall skinny White Guy he works the front counter ) when is my coffee ready? without even looking at me he answered” we have too many mobile orders” I told him I am here, I am not on my way here, serve those that are here. He repeated like a programmed machine “We have to many mobile order” so I asked him to look if my order is still on his list he said yes. I waited another 6 minutes and asked the cashier to refund my money. She went to him and asked if my order was on the list, he said he don’t know. I asked for my money back wasted 21 minutes of my time. This is the third time this has happened with this very barista. Seems as though he serves the people he knows fast. Its rude, total disregard of people time and just disrespectful

Mat just chewed me out for pulling up to the drive through to soon after I ordered a drink on the app.He told me I should wait at least 5 minutes before entering the line at the drive through.What if I ordered at the Drive through? Would that not be considered by Mat to be to soon.Someone please explain!

I tried the holiday flavor apple caramel creme Frappuccino and it's amazing! Ordered at lunchtime on a Wednesday from the parking lot, 3 cars in the drive thru, and it qas ready when I walked in. I love good quality service!

Ordered through UberEats, took awhile to get a delivery driver to pick up my order, not a problem, not Starbucks fault. I ordered around 9:30am. I got a trenta pink drink with no ice and no strawberries, a tomato Mozzarella panini, and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino no whip. I can only assume that they made my order immediately after receiving it, let it sit for almost an hour and a half, and also refused to read the directions on the cup. My Pink drink came with half melted ice and strawberries, the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino was half melted, and my panini was cold due to being shoved in the same bag as two cold drinks for a long period of time. Awful quality control. Why let something sit that long? I doubt it would even be safe to eat anymore.

Had really bad experience with workers that refused to help clean up a mess when our coffee was accidentally spilled all over out outdoor table and snacks.They refused to help! Really poorly managed!!My 83 year old mom was embarrassed. I was really annoyed and will not be back.(Nine of us were there and bought 8 drinks and snacks.)

My best friend and I visited this location this morning and I have to say the lady Tracy that waited on us was very dry and short with us but I noticed she was waiting to get to the lady behind us in line and could hear some ha has and he hes as we waked away. I hope this Lady is not the manager cause her customer service skills is completely lacking!!

I would have to say that the team can serve a great quality of Coffee. The team is very friendly especially a woman name Payton. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong coffee and she didn't hesitate to fix it. Overall the Coffee tasted superb and I'm glad to leave Starbucks fully satisfied with the right coffee all thanks to Payton. I am definitely coming back.

Had to wait 12 minutes for my drink. One of the baristas named Steven was absolutely awful, snarky attitude when I asked him a question, and degraded me in front of my kid for god's sake. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Other baristas tried to apologize but the damage was already done.

The store manager, Sarah, is extremely rude and condescending. She is constantly berating her staff and recently fired a crucially important team member which caused several of the most competent and nicest baristas to quit.This store no longer has a welcoming environment.

The drinks are always very good, however the customer service is lacking. I have gone in this location multiple times this month to pick up my order and I was greeted one visit out of many. Tonight I even said hello loudly and thank you and the people behind the counter could not stop talking to each other long enough to look at me. Disappointed

We arrived at 720pm and waited in line about 7-8 min or so. When it was our turn to order the lady informed us that the last customer was the last order for the day because they had too many mobile orders to take anymore. This was 30 min before they closed. I feel they should have told me before I waited in line. Stopped me at the door or something. It was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and Abigail said she was the manager and said she was on the phone with the owner. Lost my business.

This Starbucks is honestly the most horribly run Starbucks I’ve ever witnessed. If you go through the drive-thru the staff is quick, efficient and friendly. If you go inside be prepared to wait 30+ minutes even on a mobile order. I understand pushing drive-thru drinks first because the line will block traffic, but come on.I waited 47 minutes for 3 drinks once, all three came out a varying times and 2 were cold/lukewarm by the time the third came out.I tried again thinking it was maybe a one time thing, and again was disappointed with the wait time.Numerous friends have complained about the same thing.The drinks are made wonderfully and the staff is friendly, if I ever choose to try again it will be through the drive thru and I’ll pass on trying inside.

Great management. I placed a mobile order and after close to 20 minutes of not receiving it I asked for a refund. Instead management took care of it for me right away (shorter lady with short hair).She asked to see my app and figured out I had ordered at a different store.She then did not point and laugh at me, which I would have immediately done if I was in her situation.Thank you ma'am for making a bad day better.

The coffees and food at this location are really good. The staff is friendly. The wait is always incredibly long. Today there were only 4 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and we had to leave before placing an order due to having to wait over 30 minutes and only moved once. Something needs to be done about the drive they wait time. This happens every time we go to this location.

Our fam stopped in for breakfast before heading out of town, and it was great - great food, great coffee and great service! Everything was as it was supposed to be and the guy helping us was super friendly. Love the location and the patio seating ... looks like it would be nice in the summertime with the fans on. Will be back!

I had time to read about 50 reviews on how long it takes to get coffee here while waiting in the drive-thru. I'm still here stuck in the line now. Oh, great and now our order is wrong. Fantastic. That was 30 minutes to get it right. I never come here in a rush, but sheesh that was a bit much, even after two cars were smart enough to ditch the line. Good thing the employee had time to make small talk at the window. Maybe don't ask your guests what their plans are after they had to wait so long. >_< LoL (My drink was wrong, and my partner's drink was 90% milk, btw.)

I’m sorry to say this, but this is the slowest and worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Please, if the Manager happens to read these reviews: (1) nice folks work there - please train them better; (2) teach employees how to improve & speed up their performance, especially at the drive-thru window - too much chit-chatting with co-workers instead of TCB; (3) order supplies sufficiently - you’re ALWAYS out of things; and, (4) I’m done with this Starbucks - tried it toomany times already.
