I went in person to make an appointment for my 2 dogs. I called today to verify and the person who answered said I would have to reschedule as whoever took the appointment didn’t verify with that groomer and she had another appointment. I got excited and she said no you will not raise your voice and find someone else. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. Horrible way to run a business. I’ll find someone who cares.

We always recommend Snobby Dog Spaw! They are the best around. Our sweet Shih Tzu always looks great after his visits, I just tell Ava to do her thing, she knows best. They treat him so well and he feels so good afterwards. Prices are more than fair for grooming. Always a great experience and we have been using them for 5+ years.

Very horrible experience. They have someone there by the name of Nicole who was very disrespecful and rude. I could not even finish my sentence before she interrupted me. They did not provide the appropriate services asked for, and did not care to listen when being talked to about it. Customers be weary.

That was not what we requested, had you taken the time to listen I was trying to see if we could bring him back at a later date and pay the difference. You immediately got on the phone, interrupted and didn’t listen at all. You started off completely argumentative. As I stated, we could have waited till a later date, upon checking in she let your person know, which was not you, that they all 3, which 3 different Pets were getting the same treatments while there, but again you know none of this because you did not take the time to listen. I already know the price was more than 37 with the haircut. It’s not a matter of the price, if a matter of the service.

I have used Snobby Dog on all my rescue dogs. I had one, Hope, that I had tried 4 different groomers before I found Nicole. The first time she groomed her I cried. Hope looked amazing. Another rescue, Max, was very difficult to groom and Jess had the patience and ability to do an awesome job on him. The other groomers are great too. They are all the most caring and loving people. They treat your dog like it is theirs.

Snobby dog does the most amazing yorkie cuts I’ve ever seen my dog has never looked so precious!! And they’re the only groomers that will cut my pups nails because she’s so difficult. They always do amazing no matter who does the cut.
