The staff is great, they handle my mini goldendoodle with so much love, they work around scheduling, and much more! I’m so pleased with Rhodi’s grooms and how fast they are!! They are AWESOME!!

Came in because of the great reviews ! Vet was aloof and I saw right away she didn’t take my concern seriously. Didn’t even entertain it. I’ll drive an hour and go somewhere else before I bring my baby here again. She’s traumatized from her appointment. They did not contact me to put my dog under for her appointment. They just went ahead and did it anyways. Just a nerve wrecking experience. If you look at the reviews and go inside you’ll see they cater to small dogs. I should’ve noticed

I am very pleased with Premier Vet. They work me in for my fur baby when we have no appt. Am pleased with all the staff. Very friendly and good with my baby.Very good with her check-ups. This is our second trip here and we really have a great experience. The staff is very thorough in explaining what needs we have and how to handle them,also with a price list with no surprises on prices.

Lisa and the rest of the staff took very great care of my Waffles. Being a new dog owner they informed me of everything I needed to know as far as diet and vaccinations, etc. I feel very confident bringing him here for future visits. 😊

Gizmo has been going to Premiere since the first day I adopted him. They are always friendly and profession. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Hogue provides excellent care. She is very compassionate and caring, she and all the staff was there for me day and night when my fur baby needed them the most! This is a wonderful vet to visit especially for a pet land dog. They always follow up and stay in communication to make sure your dog is healthy and doing better after each visit. Also, the staff here are extremely nice and always work with your budget and answer all your questions! Lisa helped me stay within my budget for my visit and answered all the questions I had over my puppy! I would recommend this vet to anyone in the Tyler/Longview Area

My Yorkie was out of his prescription food and they worked him into their schedule so he would have his prescription food the same day. Brought my two new puppies in for wellness exam a year ago. The doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our tech Lisa was great! Now a year later, we are not as happy. With all of our visits over the past year, not one appointment has happened on-time....usually 20-30 min. late. One appointment we were left 90 min waiting in the exam room with no communication from the staff as to why until they came in and said an emergency came in that had to be take care of. I understand emergencies, but we should have been told this and given the option to reschedule. They have no regard for other people's time.We just had our two dogs neutered. Nobody from the clinic even called to check on my dogs post-op. I called and requested additional medications for one of my dogs. They said the doctor would have them filled and I would receive a call the next day to pick up meds....this never happened. I am sure the veterinarians are good, but their scheduling and follow-up is poor. We will be taking our dogs elsewhere.

Premier Veterinary Hospital is the ONLY place I take my 3 fur babies. The level of care is equivalent if not surpassed some of the human places I have sought care from for myself. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy!We have 2 dogs and we even take our beloved cat here as well! I get appointment reminders, follow up text messages to inquire how my babies are doing after being seen, EVERYTHING is explained in detail and all questions and concerns are addressed and answered. My babies LOVE going to the vet if that says anything. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate! I highly recommend Premier Veterinary Hospital in Tyler Texas.

I like it here! Great local vet. Techs and staff always remember my dog. He had the misfortune of getting into the trash and swallowing bits of a dull razor blade. (😳) Within the same hour of calling, I had an X-ray and reassurance that my dog was safe. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Hogue and Dr. Brehm are both phenomenal veterinarians. The quality of care that they provide and accessibility for support is unsurpassed. Dr. Hogue truly saved my pups life when all others wanted to delay critical care. This is the top notch, highest quality care provider in all of East Texas. I will never use anyone else.
