VERY nice and knowledgeable staff! We had a great time exploring the cute puppies. The second time we went the smell was a bit overwhelming. Additionally the prices seem a bit high to me, considering the breeders prices I’ve researched over the past years.

Justin E. was AMAZING! He patiently and graciously awaited while we decided the optimal breed and personality for our family. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, educationally forthcoming (explaining temperaments, tips, and tricks) and super accommodating towards our requests. We chose our forever dog, upon the second greeting. I felt peace with how Justin acknowledged and truly understood why it took us, (me, in particular,) longer to complete forms. The thing I most admired was his authentic personality and how he gave credit towards the team of staff, bts, who made this adoption possible. We're thankful for the personal, organic customer service we received; We're thankful to the entire team at Petland Tyler! It was an unbelievably outstanding process!

I love coming to this place and playing with the puppies!!! Justin was super kind and so personable!! He’s not just there to help get you an animal but also gets to know you as a person and things that you enjoy doing. If you decide you want a puppy, come check them out and ask for Justin! Pricey HOWEVER they carry some of the top breeds and have payment plans plus all is their puppies are very healthy.We finally got the Wifey a PomSki after looking everywhere. We've had him for about 1.5 years now and was back last night looking for him a playmate.I really doubt I will go anywhere else after this great experience

My visit to petland is always enjoyable with so many animals and so much knowledge to be consumed. Today i purchased salt water and live rocks for our new 10 gallon salt water tank and Tiffany was a pleasure. With more information than I could contain and the drive to make sure my animals are well taken care of Tiffany made sure I will be coming here for all of my pet needs.Their variety of coral frags, anemones, made me overly excited to have a functioning salt systemIf you're ever curious about anything fish related be sure to check them out if they don't have what you're looking for I'm sure you can at least learn something new and helpful for your pet journey

Let me start by saying when buying a puppy the staff is very friendly and active in trying to help you find a new fit for your family. We recently purchased my daughter her first puppy from petland. Shortly after ( a few weeks)we had taken our dog to go outside to potty )Our yard is fenced in) while my husband was outside watching our neighbors dog had gotten into out yard and by the time my husband got to puppy (maybe less than 15 seconds) the neighbors dog had killed our puppy. It was honestly a horrific incident that has really shaken our family and deviated our daughter. We paid for our puppy in full and had bought all the supplies from petland. We took him to their recommended vet, who I would 100% recommend as those ladies truly cared for our family's furry friend and even sent us a card when they heard about our pup. While cleaning out our closet we found the "pet for a life time" paperwork. I asked my husband to call and see if we would qualify since we had done every step as instructed by them. The employee mockingly joked that it was neglect on our part so that wouldn't apply but he wasn't a manager and would have to get back to us.We did every step we could to protect our dogs. We have a fence, we take them to the vet, they sleep inside, we WATCH THEM while they are outside. We can't control our neighbors dogs. That being said all the guy had to say was uh, I don't know I'd have to get my manager or even just say no that's no covered and we would be fine. We understand that petland is not responsible for the puppy once if leaves but we wanted to try to see for our daughter and instead we were mocked and told we had neglected our dog so it's all our fault. We are already hurting immensely for the loss of our fur baby. It was uncalled for him to provoke the issue in that manner. I am highly disappointed in the lack of empathy and professionalism that they displayed after spending just under 3k on one of there pups. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND.
