Helpful people, great variety of pet food and accessories. Even has a dog bathng station! Great time today, January 7th at Pet Supplies Plus in Tyler, Texas!!! Had a fun time bathing our dog and getting Fromm family food and a treat for being such a good pup!

This is a nice clean pet supply retailer. They have a grooming salon and a self bathing area for you to wash your fur babies. The food and pet supply selection is quite large and they will price match their competitors. The staff was kind and affable and welcomed my review with no hesitation. It has all you could do need for your pets and even a few critters and fish for sale as well. Recommend for sure.

Update 2/11/23: I still take Jack here for a bath every few weeks, & shop for treats & food. They continue to be the best pet store around. Hands down. Give them a try.What I love about this store is their friendly employees, great prices (& will match prices), & the dog bathing area is amazing! You can purchase 5 baths for $25 (Dirty Dog card) & they supply everything, you just supply yourself to give the bath & the dog! Their dog treats can be bought by the pound & will save you a lot of money. Our dog Jack loves this store. Give them a try.

Pet Supplies Plus does a fantastic job of grooming our Sheltie! They are hard and complex to groom and Dezz handles him with precision and care! She even asked for a photo of what I was hoping for, when it came to his cut and she delivered! I am so thankful for their expertise and great customer service!Thank you Dezz and everyone at PSP! 🐶

We’ve recently moved to Tyler from another city in Texas. We are very pleased with the Pet Supplies Plus store staff knowledge and assistance, as well as a very large selection of products for our little Yorkie. We’ll go to Pet Supplies Plus first when we need pet supplies.

I really liked this place. We were watching my daughter's dogs and wanted to wash them. They offer self service washing along with shampoo conditioner , towels and a blow dryer. It cost 10.00 per dog per wash or 25.00 for 5 washes, definitely the better bargain. The manager was fantastic and the staff were all very kind and willing to answer any and all questions with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this place.

Used the self service dog wash. Shampoo, towels, and blow dryer. No brushes, hair clippers, or nail clippers. It was very clean. And all products we forgot, were available for sale. Staff was polite. We were just passing through Tyler. But we would stop here, again. The loyalty program was confusing.

Nice little store. I'd give it a better rating if the cashier was more on the ball. I have come to find out that if he would have taken my email and phone number after I told him I'm not a "member" I would have been able to save upward of ten dollars off off the bag. It's a ten percent off thing. Anyway, because they didn't take care of a new customer they get 3 stars.

Well this pet store has food for your pet or pets. There is a nice selection of dog, cat, bird, fish, and rabbit food to select. There are also toys for cats, dogs, and I think for birds. There is an area to wash your dog or you can drop it off your pet and let them do it. The place is clean which is cool. They do have deals but it's not the greatest of deals but it's something. The bad thing for me is finding good dog food that is reasonable for the price. For good dog food it can be 50 dollars to 110 bucks. If you are someone who cares about your animals it can be hard to come up with that cash. If you read the ingredients of the dog food you can make a better decision about the price. I continue to go there to buy dog food.

My first visit to the store to purchase fish for my new tank. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Store was very well stocked and had everything I needed. Will definitely make many more trips in the future. Thank you guys awesome job

I love this store so much. Competitive prices and always something good on sale. Also, the rewards program gives me an email coupon for 15% off my purchases. Dawn is the bomb on the checkout register.

I used to love coming here to get my dogs nails cut and grinded down but today I was very disappointed 1ST the lady is the 1 n only person that is grooming there and then driving out to finding out that I called and asked if appt is needed they said no I understand with 1 groo.er it's really hard but if I would have known when I called then I would of waited Nov 3 2023

I placed an online order today and one of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock when they were getting it ready for me to pick up. Instead of just saying (basically), “sorry that item showed as being in stock when you placed the order an hour ago, but now it’s not and we’ll refund your card but that will take up to 10 days”, Louie called and said he would be happy to look for something similar for me after we talked about what I was looking for. I was placed on hold and he came back with multiple options and described them to me. When I voiced concern that the item I was interested in cost more than the original item I ordered, Louie informed me that they would cover the cost of the price difference, as long as it wasn’t over $10. Louie went out of his way to help me and make it right, and I appreciate that so much!

The staff members here really show they care about the animals - more than just trying to sell products like the big chain stores. I felt very comfortable buying our Guinea pig from them because of the overall health of the animals and because of the staff’s knowledge. We weren’t pressured to buy a bunch of stuff - just what we needed and didn’t already have in preparation of our new pet. I’ll go here any time for any of our pets’ needs.

We just recently got a Pet Supplies Plus in our town. Every time I have been there, there has been someone asking me if I need any help. A certain employee has helped me multiple times find food for my cat who has been sick because of his old food. They have worked with me by allowing me to return food my cat will not eat. (He is very picky so trying to find food for him is hard.) After having a terrible experience at Petsmart, going to Pet Supplies Plus is refreshing. I will definitely be getting any pet supplies there from now on!

This place was recommended to me by someone at the dog park. I went in for the first time today and was not disappointed! The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and they seem to have a great selection of treats, food, grooming supplies, etc. But best of all... The dog bath! $25 for 5 baths, no time limit, shampoo and towels are readily available, and there is a dryer! My dog has a thick coat so it is hard to wash him properly on a time limit, so this was wonderful. He is very clean and we are both happy now.

This is a great place for pet lovers! It's not huge but is very well stocked. The employees are knowledgeable & very helpful. They all seem to have/love animals. Their pet washing area is always clean & smells great. I use their grooming service & am very happy with it. So happy to have found this business!!
