Love this store. It is very true: you get what you pay for and everything in this store is quality. I love how they support local farmers and their community. The vast selection of fresh produce to choose from is amazing. Employees are always helpful, and the location is located in a very convenient location. If you're looking to support a holistic lifestyle, this store is the place. They do take EBT and support a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle.

Best store in Tyler, Texas. I trust this store completely and am impressed with all of the selection. I try to only buy produce at Natural Grocers, as they are 100% organic and free of aPeel. I prefer this store over all other options regardless of where I am.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they didn’t have any watermelon. Besides that the store is awesome. All of their fruit is organic. There are plenty of herbal supplements and more.

I love the variety of fresh, organic vegetables! I have a large family and try to eat organic as much as possible. The prices here are very comparable. I have tried other places like Sprouts and Fresh, but the cheaper prices they offer aren’t organic options. I find I actually spend more at those places than at Natural Grocers. This Natural Grocers has a very friendly staff and are ready with an answer if you have questions.

It's kind of like Whole Foods-lite. Their produce section is small but very well curated. There are a few aisles of pantry goods and frozen foods. But no deli or bakery or bulk bins. And other than produce, there aren't any fresh foods.Maybe I'm spoiled from having moved here from Dallas, where there are many groceries like this but with more fresh foods. So my opinion may not be fair. For Tyler, it seems a decent enough store for buying organic and hippie foods. But I do find more of what I'm looking for at a different "natural" grocery.

We like to visit here but we usually end up at Drug Emporium. DE has more in stock that we usually purchase, for cheaper prices. This store is always clean and smells great. Until our last visit the service has always been excellent. Our last cashier was awful but that happens at any store you go into. I've learned to just smile and leave it behind me.

Always great. They disinfect the buggies in an attempt to keep us safe. They are always the friendliest workers. The cashier told me about her elderberry syrup. I am made to feel like a valued customer during each visit. The store is organized and the products are easy to locate.

One of the few grocery stores in Tyler that does not keep anything from both quality and quantity. just about a quarter of the store is comprised of shelf's of supplement's with in a pretty good category.

The staff at this location are wonderful. I always feel welcome and they are not bothered by questions I may ask about products or services. I don't buy alot of my groceries here but I buy all of my eggs, bulk nuts, and most of my health supplements. I have attended some of the workshops/presentations here and found them to provide some great information.

First time there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Most products seem to be marketed as more natural and higher quality. I went because they had a hard to find hot sauce at a good price. They don't have sacks at check out but they offer boxes to carry out your purchase.

I shop here literally every time I can. They are my number one grocery store in town.The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The selection is great, and most importantly, the food is delicious. If it's a hippy food item, and you can't find it here, you shouldn't be eating it.

I made the mistake of not looking at my receipt when my 8 small items rang up at 58.84, it was a very busy day. Got home and looked and seen my 11 pound small watermelon my son picked out, was rang up as grapes at 2.49 a pound when they were 20 cents a pound. 28 dollars for a watermelon, seriously? This is ridiculous and you shouldn't even charge per pound for a watermelon, who does that. I will be coming up there and getting a refund hopefully. Mistakes do happen but how did the cashier not catch that?

They carry everything I need to be healthy. I signed up as a member, and I get some great discounts on different idems. Their organic brands are really good. I really like their brand of frozen vegetables. It's a great place to shop.

This place is always out of stock in everything.. and they always have excuses why. Some employees are friendly and helpful.. but it's hard to find them. Store layout is awful and has no reasoning. Worst experience I ever had was when I was looking for a specific vitamin, the worker was chatting with another person ( a customer who was also a friend ) and completely ignored me. I waited patiently for over 10 mins only to have them move away when I got close. When they were done talking and I was still struggling I asked for help as she rushed past me. She quickly said she had to run to the back and would send someone over if she was unable to make it back... never saw her or another employee. Searched and searched for what I needed leaving frustrated and appalled. I will never shop here again by choice!!!

This place has lots of healthy alternatives that cannot be found in most other grocery stores. The vitamins and supplements were extensive for example...zinc took up 3 full rows and the salesperson gave me a handout describing the different types and thier uses!

I love this place! They have the nicest people working there and if your a natural grocer this is the place to come! I love that I can get organic and health conscious food here and know I am eating healthy. Definitely a spot to come to!

I enjoy shopping here. I can find the same products here at the same price then Amazon. Online shopping takes a few days to deliver but buying here at Natural Grocers is a lot more convenient. Plus the customer service is great! Customers and employees are friendly, helpful, and they have a good spirit!

I gave it 2 stars for the produce and products availability but wouldn’t give any for the majority of the employees. Aside Melissa and Patrice who are some of the best employees and people I know I can say if it weren’t for my diet restrictions I’d never come back to this store again. I was checked out by the head cashier today and I literally felt like a complete nuisance. Look I spend almost $2500 a month at this place and would gladly take my business elsewhere if it were available in this area but I can’t. I’ve been to numerous locations in Dallas, ft worth and midland areas and this area has by far the worst attitude in employees from the top down.
