I have a little Yorkie, Jax. Shelly grooms him and he has also stayed there while I was on a trip. He is always happy there. That tells me a lot. She is a great groomer and he doesn’t have to stay hours when being groomed.

I LOVE this place and the young lady who works there. She is always sweet and friendly. I've only ever gotten my dogs nails clipped but I've never been made to wait and they've always done a good job!

Besides the most Creative name, one of the best customer experiences for me and especially my dog, GingerMy poor dog had been in three different states and three different homes after losing our home due to the hurricane in FL. She was stressed, stinky and nervous. The owner made Ginger feel welcome. After a bath, brush and clipped nails she came out as a new dog. If everyone in Tyler is as nice as the owners we may make Tyler our permanent home.

This is the only place I take my girls! The couple preps and treats them like the little diva's that they are. I would not consider going anywhere else as they handle dogs with a tremendous amount of TLC. Tyler was blessed to receive this couple and business!!

Do NOT take your pets here!! They care about the money not the quality of grooming your dog. They do not listen the customer at all! Had my pet there from 8am to 2pm and they didn't take him out to handle his business or give him any water at all! If you have a XL dog this is not the place!

It's taken me since March 12 2020 to share this information. Bella my 15 year old beautiful Persian was poisoned by Shelly the owner. Shelly bathed my Bella in dog dip which is extremely deadly for cats. When Shelly text me to tell me around 1:15 my fur baby was ready...it was in fact a lie. When I arrived Bella was lying in 2 " of water, wet and lifeless. I immediately asked why she didn't take her to the vet immediately as it was next door.Bella was such a big part of our lives. It was very difficult to revisit. I feel as though this was simply neglect. Shelly lied about what she had done. Just know if it happened once it can happen again.I really don't feel as though she had any remorse at all.

Thi people are all about the moneyThere is.no quality in he hair cut my Shih Tzu received she didn't have her ears cleaned and the owner Shelly gave her razor burns on. on the inside of GiGi tightsHer tail looks like a rat tail all long hair are shaved past the mark I pointed during consultationAlso her wiskers been cut to the skin that now is all pink and itchu just like her thights My baby is suffering now from all this burns.But when I came to pick her up the very first thimg Shelly put in front of me was the scanner for my credit card amd infomeed me that my dog is medium size and I have to pay $ 64 instead quoted $48-51. I was surprised and wanted to see GiGi first Than she said that I will have to pay regarless so she must new that she did a poor job and I may not like it.Anyway DO NOT TAKE YOR FURRY BABIES TO THIS PLACE FOR A HAIR CUTNow I am regretting taking GiGi ther HAD TO GIBve her Zyrteckso maybe she will fall to sleep and don't scratchthat.

Such amazing service with an extremely reasonable price the lady was so nice and caring with my little dog she already knew what style haircut I wanted as soon as I walked in she even offered to give him a nice little teddy bear shaved face.He comes out of there smelling amazing they even clipped his nails. I definitely will recommend this to other people!!!

Shelly has taken care of my dogs several times, and they are monsters to trim. But she somehow works her magic and they look fabulous afterwards. BTW Amy Hunt is crazy, there’s no way Shelly would ever poison someone’s animal. Shelly is a crazy animal lover and too talented to do something so mindless.
