Stopped in one my way to my parents. The store is amazing compared to there and appears to have recently been a part of Joanns remodel/store layout. Everything was bright and illuminated and easy to find. The employees were helpful and attentive at the cutting counter. Be warned, though! You will buy more than you came in for. Lol

The store was very nice and clean. The associates were very helpful. Being from Louisiana and hearing stories how this store is amazing. I always love shopping there. I like using their sale coupons for larger ticket items such as large cutting boards. Never had a bad experience.

Coupons & sale prices are tricky...online-only, in store-only, etc. While in the store I used the app to scan a barcode & check a price. When I checked out I discovered that the price shown was an on-line only price. WHAT? Also, in-store pickup of an online order is a strange process. I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup and I should click "On my Way". When I arrived at the store, I got a notification that I should go inside and pickup at the register. However, the store got a notice that I had arrived for a curbside pickup and someone was outside looking for me. Very strange.

Only giving 4 stars as their yarn section is bigger than normal, but they've shrunk it down some & are missing some of their crucial yarns, like their holiday yarns. It was really disappointing to see that they weren't even carrying it for this fall/winter season.

The selection at this store is great, as well as the staff. They weren't very knowledgeable but were very friendly and helped me the best they could. Barbara was also very friendly.

Josh was am excellent associate today! Normally, I'm overwhelmed by craft stores but this one is very open, the aisles don't feel painfully cramped, and the staff is pleasant. I can't wait to come back to keep working on new projects!

Highly knowledgeable staff; excellent management! Clerks know the store and aren't hesitant to put feet to their directions of where what I want is located. Jessica is very knowledgeable/helpful and Josh has bent over backwards to help me find what I need. And now the NEW store!! I wanted to camp there for the weekend!! 8*)

I would, as with everything else, assume it is due to COVID, but the large rolls of fabric were mostly gone. But they had most of everything else and were friendly and helpful.

This is the hidden treasure sort of place. Really well stocked, tons of stuff for work clothing or ducking ridiculous prices by getting jean material for patching, or padding for working in crawlspace. Different ideas for getting through projects. Line was around the block when people made their own covid masks.

Ordered online- got the package and the complete wrong item was in the box- I ordered craft boxes and I received a wreath. I called the store and let them know immediately and the Manager Becky told me to call the customer service number and told me what it was. I did that and was on hold for almost an hour - no response so I hung up. I called Manager Becky back and when I told her about the wait she said- oh yeah their customer service line isn’t working today maybe try tmrw. Butttttt you just told me to call and I did. I said please help me with my order- I just need to come in and get what I ordered and give the wreath back- she explained in no uncertain terms- she wasn’t going to do anything to help me. I said but the customer service number isn’t working and she said she didn’t know what to tell me- no help- no answers no solutions. I’m out $40 and have nobody to help me and she didn’t care even one ounce. NEVER will order or go that store again- Manager Becky gave the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a few fat quarters. Then when I was leaving, I asked to speak to the manager.Took her outside of the front door and pointed out that the sidewalk needs to be painted or flattened out. With a ramp. I'm in a wheelchair, and I'm afraid I'll drive out of the store and off the sidewalk.She said that she would talk to her managers about it.

I adore this store. I visit this location on a fairly regular basis, and thought I should finally leave a review. This past visit(rig he after lock down was lifted) was a little different than all the others over the past year. BUT! It was still wonderful. There was a lower supply than average of cotton fabrics, but there was still plenty to choose from. They even had 1/4 elastic! I purchased a few fabrics from the nursery and fleece isle. The woman at the fabric counter(kick me I don’t remember her name. Dark brown hair, cut short and almost shaved on one side.) was just as happy as always, and was rocking an awesome black sequin face mask. Check out was quick and easy. And as always, there was a coupon on their app.

The young lady that was cutting material was very friendly and consciousness as to how she was cutting the material. The woman that checked me out asked if I had any coupons and when I told her I didn't, she found coupons on her employer phone and used them. She saved me at least $20. I really appreciated it.

Only Joanns in the area and not too much else for craft stores (Michael's and Hobby Lobby). That being said the store is OK. There's a decent variety but customers come from all over so some limited stock items can get picked up quick. My one real complaint is, aside from 1 male employee (I wish I knew his name), all the staff seem overwhelmed and unhappy.

First time I've ever been in this particular store but I'll definitely be back! I went in looking for a multitude of items and fabrics, Of which they had a vast array of. And Taylor was an absolute joy to have around helping me whenever possible. Absolutely superb service.

The best thing about lunch today was our wait person, Kendal. What a delight. Most experiences at FDs rate a 5 for ambiance , cleanliness, wait time, personel, and food taste. My lunch today was not as good as I am used to. Will definitely go back and hope Kendal is on duty!!

I am super disappointed in their yarn selection. I used to go to Joann all the time up i the Fort Worth area but this one in Tyler is just lacking. I did love how clean the store was though and the people were helpful.

Another great experience at my favorite craft store. I am happy with all they have. Great prices. Great sales, kind helpful staff. Discounted classes. I find more of what I need here. I find yarn that no one else sells. Really great store. Thank you. Clean. Well organized. The staff frequently help. Or send you to someone who can. Beautiful quality.I posted a couple things I have made.I have gotten into looming lately. But love doilees a lot. Small crochet tread.Zippy loom is fast.And I love makes toys with the cable maker.I am working on the 168 peg loom at the moment. Will take a while. But worth it.Love how soft the blanket yarn is.
