I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm not sure if their practices are predatory or just incompetent, but it's impossible to get them to take your insurance and bill your correct insurance. When THEY screw up your insurance they will then call you with automated calls trying to collect, even though THEY made the mistake.It's really difficult to talk to a real person and correct these problems without navigating a gauntlet of automated phone systems designed to shake you down even when THEY'VE made a giant mistake.

Our delivery man was so concerned with our issue. He made sure my mom mattress was comfortable for her. We need more people like him in the health care industry. I just don't remember his name. I think Cayden, might be wrong.

The people here are very professional, patient and kind. Super helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad I picked this DME provider instead of the one my husband went to. I even insisted he get his refills from here from now on. :-)

Was so happy to finally get a new C-pap. Staff was very nice and thorough in training and demonstrating how to use the new machine. This was really helpful. I slept more peaceful knowing I will be able to keep track of my sleep health and that I am in good and caring hands.Thank you all for your kind support.

My technician, Luis ....was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He got me setup and my equipment works great. I got all the instructions for the equipment in case I forget or have any problems .

I just want to say that you have an employee that works for you I do believe his name is William Johnson he is one of the best humans I have ever met such a console, takes his time out to answer any and all questions that my elderly Alzheimer's mother has. I couldn't imagine having anyone else come out and help us he's such a great person I really hope that your company recognizes the employee that they have and he gets the recognition that he deserves thank you William for being so good to our family and thank you for showing me how to take proper care of my mother it means the world to me I hope that you all have happy holidays. Outstanding! This was my second time in attempting to use a CPAP machine. My first time was with another health care provider during Covid. I had no support or instruction other than apps and was unsuccessful. I came to my appointment frustrated and skeptical about being able to learn about and use the CPAP equipment and the phone app associated with it. I am happy to say that because of Bryan, the instructor, I am using the equipment and app successfully! He was patient with me and professional. Thank God for Adapthealth and the professional caring staff.

They send parts that I don't have on my present.cpap,.and don't send a part that I need. That when something breaks that I didnt receive, I have to buy it out of pocket when it should've been in with my last order.

Mike was my technician that visited my home he was very nice and made checking and replacing my equitment go by so quickly he even chatted with my little dog as well as myself during the process wich is a nice plus in my book, i hope all of your customers get a mike as their technician in the future!
