Great new location. Staff was helpful over the phone getting an appointment scheduled and friendly on arrival. I dropped one dog off for grooming and used the self-wash stations for my other dog. Self-wash was convenient and easy to use. They provided soap, towels, and an apron to protect clothing. Very clean and comfortable environment. I was notified by text later that day that my groomed dog was ready. He seemed happy and well cared for. I will definitely return to Fuzzie Butts and would recommend you use them too.

Absolutely love Fuzzie Butts! The service was beyond my expectations. The customer service was amazing. I was nervous about bringing my puppy in because he doesn’t do well with grooming but the ladies at Fuzzie Butts were so patient and kind. They made him feel safe and now he loves going. I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you all for the great services yall provide.

The Fuzzie Butts staff are some of my favorite people! We take our pup every 4 weeks for a bath and nail trim. Cain is a very nervous and anxious dog so when we first started going, he wasn’t a fan. But the ladies at Fuzzie Butts were sooo kind and patient with him. After just a few visits, he went from not tolerating much at all to being okay with the dryer and nail trims. Almost anybody can bathe a dog, but they excel at caring about the dogs comfort and easing them in to the routine. They have been a blessing for us in not only helping Cain through the process, but keeping my house cleaner with less fur lol

Fuzzie butts is seriously THE BEST! they have a customer for life out of us. They did the best cut on our Aussiedoodle that he has ever had. And they don’t price gouge you. The staff is very friendly. I also love their text message reminders so you can keep up with your appointments and when your dog is done.

Fuzzy Butts is a top notch grooming facility! Lindale is lucky to have a business of this caliber. The facility is bright, very clean, and inviting. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We have a 7 year old standard poodle and have to get him groomed frequently. Across 7 years and 3 states, this was hands down the best haircut he has ever had. Kirston really knows her trade. Give this family owned business a try and you will be a customer for life.

The only place I'll take my husky to get groomed. They did her nails trimmed her hind some.Made her so pretty, treated her. A well great place take your dog .

Really disappointed in the cut or rather lack thereof that my dog received today. I mentioned that my pup's hair really was not cut the way I had requested. The response was ". . . well we can take her back and cut somemore."I didn't have the time nor inclination to wait in my car for the 1/2 to 1 hour it would take to do the proper job.I was advised when I dropped her off that she would be ready in 3-4 hours. No problem. I was called that she was ready just over an hour after the drop off.Paid $90.00 plus with tip (I tipped on my card before seeing the poor job).Last time I go there, even if I have to drive to Tyler or Mineola. I live 5 minutes away from this place.
