I have no idea how this place is allowed to remain open. Poor pups are kept in extremely small enclosures under bright fluorescent lighting. The odor coming out of the store is abhorrent, not indicating clean or safe conditions for the puppies. I was here yesterday and seeing all the dogs in there with little room to play and hamster water bottles to drink from broke my heart. I have 2 coworkers that adopted puppies from here, and BOTH said they discovered the dogs had worms when they brought them home. This is not a safe place for dogs and I truly hope it gets shut down for the sake of the puppies there.

All the dogs were covered in their urine and some were caged together completely soiled. We asked how much they’re asking for the crusty white dog and they said $2k. I was shocked. Poor dogs looked miserable, asleep, or uninterested in the swarm of people looking at them. Not one single dog was wagging its tail. That tells me they’re probably sick. Dogs are not meant to be caged 24/7 like this. This place should be shut down.

I got my baby mini aussie from Furever Pets here in Tyler at broadway square and he is the best puppy ever, such a sweet temperament , took him to the vet for a new puppy check up and his results came back showing he was fully healthy and i couldn’t be happier , my baby’s name is Blue, thank you Furever Pets.

Unfortunately Furever Pets ships their puppies in from midwest puppy mills. Search facebook to see the details. They mislead and lie to consumers to hide the mistreatment and cruelty behind those cute puppies in the box. You can find a preservation breeder for half the price.

Disgusting place. I’m really not sure why they are allowed to be open. Dogs drinking from hamster drinking bottles? Are you kidding me?! The dogs are miserable, look unkempt, and are overcrowded with more than one grown dog in those tiny boxes. They sleep on shredded paper under bright lights. The place will knock you over with the stench. My only hope is that the puppies/dogs are in good health because they certainly do not have cheerful dispositions. I’m not one to post negative reviews unless absolutely warranted to the highest degree. This place needs to be shutdown.

First of all I want to start off with saying if I could give zero stars I would but since I can’t one star will do but what will not do is this establishment I could go on and on with what’s wrong with furever pets but to keep it short lived like I hope this business will be I will start off with the customers service, I have no words because honestly that is what I was given and last but certainly not least the puppies,the condition there in is so sad makes me sick i hope the business gets shut down!

poor puppies look really sad with little to no space space in there! & it smells so bad in there, could barely be in there for 2 minutes. also the customer service is not professional at all. hope this place gets shut down & these puppies find a good home!

My friends and I went in here and it smelled terrible. The dogs were on paper they had peed and pooped on and the dogs were eating it. They don't have anyone who's actually in the back to maintain the dogs cleanliness. There's two fan holes and that's it for circulation, so they're just letting them inhale their own fecal and urine particles. The lack of attention to the wellbeing of these pups is horrendous. If I'm going to spend a high dollar on a dog, I'm going to do it somewhere where the pups are consistently tended to, HAS A VET IN TOWN, and can actually answer my questions about the breed and not just "it's uh..". If you're going to be in the business of telling pets, please actually care about them and make it apparent to the people you're trying to convince to buy these poor puppies.

This place smelled HORRIBLE. My kids wanted to look for a puppy and we could barely last 2 minutes in there. The puppies don’t look very happy or well kept. It should be closed down.

Absolutely terrible place. The puppies are kept in small boxes with each other. They are filled with shredded paper and have extremely bright lights. Not sure how this store is allowed.

I bought a puppy and two days later was sick bad sick by the time I took him to vet immediately and they inform me he had round warms and it was so severe that they had to do emergency surgery it cost me $5000 to get my puppy well. The vet said it was pre existing because how severe it was. I purchase this puppy at the furever pets in Tyler Texas. I will never buy a puppy from them again. They state their vet check the puppy’s for this kind of stuff well why would they sell me a puppy that is badly sick and not really make it right! I have all the vet stuff if anyone wants to see my information to know it’s all true. It’s very unprofessional.

We went there and the puppy looked like they were in HORRIBLE condition!!! Poop in the SMALL enclosures lined with shedded paper!! They looks skinny!! The only reason I would buy a puppy from there is to SAVE THEM!!

INHUMANE. These puppies stay in a cage inside the mall 24/7. There is no grass or outdoor space for these dogs. The cages are very tiny, and I’ve seen two dogs fighting in one cage— the employee just banged on the glass instead of intervening. There is NO care for these animals from this organization. This business should be shut down and its practice deemed illegal.

I bought my bully and my golden from furever pets in Tyler and the out come couldn’t be better, they get along so well they’re best friends and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of how good they’ve become. Thank you furever pets
