Very friendly and professional people to do business with! I used their website to send a bouquet a flowers and it worked without a flaw. I called several hours later to confirm my same-day order and delivery was on schedule (I was ordering from out of town and very picky about it being delivered that day 😬). Jenny was so polite and kind, looked up my order and confirmed it was already on the delivery van! From the time I placed my order (11:15 CST) it was made and sent out by 14:45 (CST). I have always bought cheaper grocery store bouquets but French Peas showed me what I was missing. I received my bouquet June 9 and still have beautiful flowers almost a month later. I am seriously impressed and will be returning!

I found this neat place while looking for last minute white roses for Father's Day to make boutonnier's. It's a little pricey but worth it. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

My family used French Peas for the casket spray, (3) family sprays and pallbearers boutonnieres for my mothers funeral a few months ago. We knew they would be beautiful but… the arrangements were breathtaking and just perfect for our mom. She would have loved them! We also received many other arrangements from French Peas and they all were just gorgeous. I cannot say enough about French Peas. ❤️ I want to thank them for making this hard time in our lives a little bit better in this very important way.

I’ve been using French Pea exclusively for many years now, and, once again, they prove that they’re the best flower shop in T-Town. If you go anywhere else, you need your head examined.If I could give them 6 stars, I would.Fast delivery.Fairly priced.Lovely employees(although I’ve only spoken to them over the phone).Great customer service.Reasonable delivery fee.I’ll never go anywhere else.Every time I send them to my mom, she reacts like they’re the first flowers she’s ever received.... they’re THAT pretty.

This place goes beyond expectations for their floral arrangements. I use this company to order flowers for our employees. A mistake was made on an arrangement that was to be delivered over a month ago, I just found out about the arrangement not being delivered to the employee yesterday. I called them up and spoke to Jennifer and NOT only did they deliver the arrangement here to our office to the employee, they wrote the employee and apology note and gave here an additional arrangement to make up the mistake they made! Both arrangements were beautiful! I love this place not only because of the beautiful unique arrangements that they do but because the exceptional customer service that they give to me every time they pick up the phone!! THANK YOU for your exemplary service! You guys to outstanding work! I will continue to do business with them in the future :)

I gave two stars for a timely email response. I emailed for a quote to potentially use them as a vendor for an upcoming wedding in October of this year. The responder was very vague, dismissive, and not customer oriented. They also offered no solutions or timeframes as to when they would provide estimates or begin opening up for weddings. But thankfully there were other kind floral places that thought our business was worth their time.

After placing a birthday flower delivery through another company, and they couldn't deliver without issues once again, I decided to go local. Within a matter of a couple hours Frensh Peas saved the day. The birthday flower surprise was amazing and the recipient was over joyed with her birthday flower delivery. My 81 year old mother is in the hospital with Covid(she’s getting better) and of course she is upset at being there alone. She is lonely, bored and was a little scared. So we wanted to brighten her room and as always, French Pea has come through and delivered a beautiful arrangement that made Mother’s day. Their arrangements are always spectacular and this one is no exception. Customer service is great, delivery on time and their craftsmanship is the best in Tyler.
