Great service here. Welcoming, attentive, happy staff make this a very pleasant restaurant. We like the chicken strips basket. Easy to share. We appreciate the free drink given to a senior customer. Ice cream treats never fail to make the lunch special. We would cheerfully drive a few more miles in our outings for a casual lunch in this DQ.Kid-friendliness: Need we say any more than “ice cream in seemingly endless ways?”Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible- ramps outside; restrooms accessible.

I had one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had at this location. Joshua was so helpful and kind and made sure I was taken care of. There aren't a lot of people who actually genuinely care about their job. I can most definitely tell you that he went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this location also the food is great and done fresh. If I could give it more stars I would....Kid-friendliness: They made my child feel so at home. Acknowledged her and made her feel special....

Josh was our cashier and he made my kids laugh and was very polite. My kids asked when can we go back to DQ. This will be a regular after school spot for us! If every employee was as good at their job as Josh DQ would put McDonald’s out of business! I went to the puluxy location to get a cake for Mother’s Day. Myself and the other mother’s celebrating with me loooves the ice cream cake cause of the cookie crunch center. I tried to buy a large one but they said they sold out and all they had was the 6inches. I said that was fine. I read the label and saw it had a cookie crunch center. Awesome, we had dinner and got the cake out. As it was cut we noticed there was no cookie crunch center. We thought it was one off and cut the other cake. They all had no cookie crunch center. I called the manager and she told me they don’t come that way and dismissed me. I was upset but tried to enjoy the rest of the night. I called this morning and talked to another manager and he said they all come with cookie crunch and then we I brought up the last manager who said they don’t come that way anymore he said well idk maybe. I have no idea about cakes. So I called Tyler headquarters and spoke to lesly. She told me I needed to speak to the area supervisor Julie. I called Julie and it sounded like a woke her up and she told me they don’t come with cookie crunch. I said I know but the label said it did. It was false advertising, she told me she knows cause she put the labels on herself. But it was a universal label for everything…. So confused. Anyways I called Tyler headquarters back and they said they’d take my number and let the owners know. It’s frustrating cause I spent 50 dollars on a cake when I literally could have gotten three tubs of ice cream for a 3rd of that price. I felt dismissed and I hate false advertising. It’s not okay. I just wanted a reasonable solution.

The food was disappointing in that the Texas toast must have been Oklahoma toast because it was super thin, soggy, cold and horrible. The steak fingers and chicken fingers had a funny old grease taste that was not appealing. The gravy was cold lacking salt and resembled old school paste. But the staff were courteous, friendly and kind. I'm sure if this meal had not been a to go deal they would have corrected all the issues I encountered and to be fair is was almost closing time. But I still love Dairy Queen!!!

This is our absolute favorite DQ. We have one right around the corner from us, but we drive extra to go to this location. Our food has always tasted fresh, hot, and made to order.It’s been out go to date spot for the past 3 years, we even celebrated our engagement with ice cream in our favorite booth. We will be long time customers!

My burger was really good. I had cheese fries to go with it, and an unsweetened tea. The service was great. I got my fries to go. The girl that waited on us was very nice.Parking: At the door. Plenty of spots when I was there.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids. It had a blocked off room that you could use for parties.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking at the door.

Best customer service in a fast serv location! Cherrone and the rest of the staff were friendly, fast and the place was so clean. Helped a precious senior citizen out the door and carried her purchase to the car. A wonderful experience!Just in for a quick treat and will definitely stop in again!

I seldom go to Dairy Queen, but not because it's bad (I worked there for 3 years as a teen/young adult). We went through the drive through this evening and everything looked good minus the stale fries. Came back and the manager greeted me herself and took care of a new batch promptly and sweetly. Service like this is what keeps me coming back after all these years. A+

I just went to get a Jalitos ranch hunger-buster meal and I asked the woman twice for Jalitos instead of fries she seemed very rude, and when I went to get my meal the receipt say otherwise and we told her that it was wrong and she was like "now I'm gonna have to fix it" and kind of ignored us. And when we told her it was okay she smiled awkwardly and walked away. I started to drink my drink and there were black specs all over my drink. Paid 12 dollars for what? Bad service and someone who doesn't want to work there. Its a older later & I want my money back for a drink I can't drink.
