Great location with fast service! That being said, It’s egregious to charge customers a $1.00 premium to use Apple Pay services via cell phone. Todays is economy is bad enough in retail/food spaces. Now your charging to use pseudo tap to pay. Makes this a 1 star location real quick. The employees explained this is the manager of the location quote, “Not wanting to pay for the service.”

Don't get a kids meal when visiting this DQ drive thru. They will forget the treat that comes with the meal.Don't order anything harder than a cheeseburger, because this is the jalitos ranch hunger buster.

This DQ has the absolute best fountain drinks! Even if I'm not eating when I go to Tyler, I always make it a point to stop by for a fountain drink on my way home!Vegetarian options: Great salads

Always perfect. Staff's fantastic. Never had a problem with this location.7/30/21 UPDATENot hating on the location but it was super disappointing to be handed this this evening. Especially considering it's my birthday! 😭 Took the picture before we even pulled away from the drive thru. Bummer.

The staff here are always nice and get you what you order very quickly. I have never had an item be wrong. However, it still is a dairy queen so the food isn't what to go here for. It's the ice cream which they do very well with. The blizzards are affordable and the ice cream is made very well.Edit: 4 > 5 Stars. I have never had an owner respond so fast and positively. They definitely deserve all 5!

All employees were very helpful nice and fast service and fresh made food. It was also different to see but very nice to see, they have a bible on the counter around from the register with a highlighter for you to highlight your favorite scripture. It was nice to see faith in a public place and was open about it, that is what this country needs more of. If you want to interact great an if you don't that's fine too. I will definitely return any time I come back to Tyler Texas.

Nice cool place on a 100 + day. Blizzards hit the spot. They brought out the wrong flavor on one at first but when they figured out the mistake they hurried the correct one out with profuse apologies. Hard to find that type of service in a fine restaurant much less a fast food establishment. Keep up the good work!

I have to say, I've been to a lot of Dairy Queens over the years and this is one of the best. The kids who work the counters and clean the tables are polite and friendly. They don't look (or smell) like they need a bath, which, sadly, is the case in some other fast food locations I've visited. Just the fact that the tables are clean is a luxury compared to many fast food places. The food comes out quickly and the orders are usually always right. I don't know who the manager(s) are, but thank you.

Very disappointed in my experience this evening. Only ordered a Hunger Buster and a reg. fry, and the asst. manager told me to pull forward to a parking spot. Thought it was a little odd since I didn't have a big order, but figured they were making my order fresh. Unfortunately, the 10 minute wait was not worth it. The fries were certainly not fresh, and neither was the burger. Won't make the mistake of visiting this DQ again.

Walked in 10:50 to order breakfast was told they closed breakfast at 10:45 I google it it says 11 Sharpe so either she lied or should know what time is posted

If I could give a zero, I would! The girl taking orders was extremely rude and very unprofessional! Sasha was her name, to be exact. Not only that, we had a simple order 2 cones and sundae for there to eat. 3 people ordered food after us. After watching Sacha bring out their food, I walked up wondering why we hadn't received our cones. Just too see our cones sitting there melting while everyone else was receiving their food/shakes at the table. I'm a cashier/drive-thru worker/waitress. I love my job and making my customers happy and comfortable. If you don't like your job it's time for a new one!

This restaurant was clean, clean, clean- inside and outside! The staff were well mannered. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and enjoyed serving us. Ten atmosphere was really nice too! The Christian music playing along with the Bible on the counter was a bonus for us here! Thank you DQ Tyler for making our experience here lovely!

The service was ok, the food was ok. The servers who brought the food out didn't know who had ordered what and my friend had to wait for her blizzard for ages she even had to go to the counter and ask for it.

Food is good! Staff is very friendly! Lots of fresh veggies on my burger. Only complaint is that the on site menus doesn't match the on-line menu. Also would like to order on-line instead of by phone. These issues will not prevent me from going back.

The prices have gone up excessively. Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and that was over 8.00! Just up the road is a Braums and two of those is 6.19. All their food is less and the portions are bigger. Won't be going to ant DQ's

On line order was ready when I arrived. Counter staff was courteous and professional. Burger parties were a tad dry but I prefer that to soggy.

Horrible service and got a simple ice cream only order wrong. Place was not busy at all. Don't recommend this DQ. Not sure why customer service is a lost act. Smh
