Great place with friendly staff to shop and order from. This store has a little more than some of the others whereby, many times I go out of the way to shop at it. I would love to do more delivery order but the stock tend to go quickly.

Hands down the most rude, understaffed pharmacy in smith county. Every time I get refills I have to wail 20 minutes just for them to greet me, then even tho I called it in 2 days prior, they have to “fill it so please walk around the store for another 20 minutes.”They have also refilled my Rx showing I still have refills, which come to find out I’m out so I have to call my Dr. and get it all called back in. They are just horrible and will be switching back to Rose City or Walgreens.

“Chance” with this location has the rudest, most demeaning tone when handling customers. Both on the phone and in person, rudely interrupting customers when speaking and not answering questions fully. Called to confirm what information was needed, arrived with the information I had and confirmed was “okay” rudely answered back with “well we can’t call them and find out you need to bring this info in or we can’t help you”Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY!! I have been waiting two weeks for them to order a vaccine that I’ve been told them I need ASAP and I get told it takes two days to get there, but every time I call it hasn’t been ordered right, or it has not been ordered at all.The only reason I haven’t gone somewhere else is because I was told it would be there in two days.Horrible customer service! Argumentative on the phone when I asked why I keep being told it’s ordered and it’s not, then I get a man telling me well I can give you other options. That’s not the point I know my other options but the fact that I’ve been LIED to multiple times INCLUDING BY THE MANAGER OF THE PHARMACY that it has been ordered and it hasn’t is absolute absurd. And the whole reason I kept waiting is because I have been told several times that it would be there in two days!!!DO BETTER!!

After using this pharmacy for several months and getting good service we returned for a monthly prescription and the pharmacist was very rude and questioned me a length about my prescription. He asked me where I lived and continued to belittle me and hassle me about why I used different CVS locations. I explained I lived out of town and got my meds filled depending on which store I was closest to for convenience reasons.. I told him he was out of line and didn't have to hassle me. He called my doctor and confirmed my prescription but never apologized and continued to be dis-respectful. I told him I wanted my prescriptions back and I went elsewhere. This pharmacist appeared to be of eastern decent and I am in hopes someone from the store reads this and pulls this person aside.

Probably good if you have almost nothing complex about your prescription. Anything else, like "controlled" medications - I will never return. They should know better than to let you down when you really need them. There app is weak. Brookshire's at least recognizes you. The sales girl (literally) interrupted me, and honestly could not have cared less. The pharmacists I've met: superb. The system and staff - right in every way of no use to assisting customers. The 5* ratings - one wonders.
