I can’t compliment Copeland Road Animal Hospital enough!! Dr. S and her staff go above and beyond for every client. I initially brought my cat in as an emergency for a new patient. He was FeLV+, and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable and give me peace of mind during his last days. Whether it’s an emergency or just a check up they are thorough in all their exams. On top of it all, they are sure to follow up within 24hrs of a procedure to make sure your pet is doing well and to answer any questions. They are patient with my anxiety ridden rescue dog. They are quick to answer the phone and get you taken care of as well! The front desk ladies (Kim and Shay) are SO sweet and diligent in getting your answers questions. Hannah is the BEST tech there (I may be a little bias) but she remembers me and my pets everytime we come in AND is as sweet as can be. Forever grateful we found a clinic to take such good care of my fur babies!

Friendly staff. I've been going here for a little while and it's been a decent experience. I wish they could give you a rough estimate of what something will cost. Sometimes their prices change so I'll go in expecting it to be around a certain price and it will be way more expensive than discussed or insinuated. Or I wish they did payment plans on some things.

Very nice office, with great accommodations fortunately they are one of the only animal hospitals in the county that does rabbies quarantining they ladies in the office are very nice and helpful I'm sure if there are men there they might be helpful also but noone would care anyways so we won't talk about that, anyways would definitely recommend especially if you don't have a choice and your local animal control gives you fine without giving you a fine by making you quarantine

We boarded our sweet girls for 5 days and the staff was wonderful! Our older dog had declining health and they even brought in a vet tech over the weekend to help hand feed her. Thank you for taking such great care of our fur babies!

Dr Sheehy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My cat has ptsd after being hit on a busy bridge and had cars drive over her, over and over. So loud noises and sudden movements really stress her out. They were incredibly empathetic and adjusted their speaking volume to help not make her more on edge and scared. She hid under a towel most of the time, and they worked around it when able. I just really appreciate the genuine care they showed for my baby. I was sad to leave our clinic in lindale, but finding one closer to us was necessary, and i think we completely lucked out. Her continued care is going to be rather easy, and their prices arent bad either!!!! Thank you all SO much from the bottom of my heart. My mum used to work with the Dr when she was a tech years ago, and she definitely lives up to all the good things ive heard. I highly recommend them.

We left a $350 deposit and was assured it would cover a majority of our visit.After the service, we were at $440.We came back in a week and things were going well. That visit was good, and we were told to come back again next week to ensure that things were perfect.On that visit, I left my animal there for an hour, as they were busy. When I came back to get him they brought me into an exam room were I sat for roughly 10 minutes listening to all the animals in distress. They did not even bring him into the room! Simply for the vet tech to tell me everything was fine. Which I could've reasonably assumed, but I wanted to bring him in as advised. I was then charged an additional $45 for a "medical progress exam"I disagree with charging $45 for a follow-up exam that should've been included in the initial service fee.Roughly $525 after everything was said and done. I am willing to pay for the service, but to charge more for essentially nothing ruined my experience with them. Instead of wasting my time by scheduling an appointment, I could have been advised to do so if necessary. The vets are great at what they do, but I disagree with some of the business practices.

Dr. Sheehy has taken care of my parent's forever friend as well as 3 of mine. I would not trust my pet to anyone else.

I've used Copeland Road Animal Hospital for 17 years and just love them. They take excellent care of my pets (I've had three they've cared for), and always phone to check how they are responding to treatment. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and the facility is always clean. Two of my pets had special needs as they aged and the vets spent time helping us research treatment and adjusted to my pet's specific needs. Can't say enough good about this business.

Our poor baby Khaos got super sick randomly and scared us to death, however they got us in that day and quickly found out what was wrong ! It was a little pricey but for the overall quality of care and the follow up phone call, I’m not mad about it whatsoever. Excellent team and excellent care !

I visited this animal clinic for the first time today. The staff was really friendly when I set up the appointment and I was even called the day before to remind me. It was my dog's first vet visit in a long time and he just moved from the country to the city. The staff was very efficient on checking my pomeranian for problem. He turned out to have an ear infection and a bad scab on his back. They treated both and gave me prescriptions to help him. My only concern was that each test was itemized and were expensive. My total bill was over $200 and I was expecting about an $80 visit. I wish they had a payment plan. I had to pay it all at once.The staff made my dog feel comfortable and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this vet clinic.

I have used Copeland Road Animal Hospital for several years. I called them on Friday because my dog needed the be euthanized (they knew her condition). They proceeded to tell me that they could not see her and sent me elsewhere. They have lost my business. They should be more empathetic.

When I moved to Tyler I had to find a new veterinarian for my dog,Copeland Road Animal Hospital has been great. They have a friendly and welcoming staff, whether it’s regular Check ups or boarding they have done a awesome job taking care of my dog. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been very pleased with the service and care all of our pets have received from Dr. Sheehy and her staff. They love all my pets, and take good care of them. We have been going here for about 4 years and have never had a negative experience, plus their prices are competitive. Very pleased, and I do recommend them.

This place clearly doesn't care about safety policies. My dog was left in his harness when put in a kennel. He is not used to being kenneled and he chewed his harness right off! Luckily he didn't choke on it or get it caught in the kennel. No one is ever supposed to put a dog in a kennel with anything on. It's not safe. And when I complained and explained the safety risk and how I had literally just purchased the harness 2 days ago so he wasn't used to it and wanted them to reimburse me for their negligence, they gave me the run around for a week! I waited patiently until exactly one week after his appointment just for them to tell me they weren't going to pay for it because my dog "lunged" at the tech when they tried to take it off. My dog has never been aggressive a day in his life. He is a big baby and was scared and in pain but he wouldn't try to hurt anyone. And they said that's the reason they didn't take the harness off. However the day before when I called, they said they leave harnesses on dogs in kennels all the time!! They just didn't want to own up to it. They have incredibly rude staff who won't cooperate with an unhappy customer. I will never return here and advise anyone else to find somewhere else that's safer for your pet.

We absolutely love the vets and staff here, the love your furbaby/furbabies as their own. My furbabies have never liked going to their old veterinarian but absolutely LOVE going to see their Veterinarian and Staff.My babies are completely well for the first time ever. I would give 10 ⭐ if it were available. I highly recommend them!You all make my and my furbabies experience wonderful each visit we come too. We feel blessed to have yall help us take care of our furbabies. Thank you for everything you do.

Doctor and techs are wonderful. Blond at the front desk is absolutely awful. Hateful, rude and extremely unprofessional. She looked like she hadn't washed her hair in weeks and it's obvious she has tattoos that are not appropriate for being in any sort of position to be the face of the business. I will not be going back.

Positive experience. The techs came to the car with masks on to get the cats for their appointment. Once finished and returned the vet came out and filled us in on their appointments. Very professional and covid safe.

Copeland Road took my boy Duke when his back leg seemed to stop working on the same day. I called 6 other vets, and none were concerned EXCEPT Copeland. They were incredible, and the Vet even correctly diagnosed him with neurological issues that affect his spine. I had just taken him to Dallas for that same diagnosis, and she was able to do so without all the expensive tests. They’re incredible!

The vet and staff here are extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. We had both of our kitties die within two months of each other and they put down the first one with absolute kindness and compassion. Great place to take your pets.

We took our cats in to get their vaccines done, and they did an excellent job. Our oldest cat is a demon whenever we have to take him anywhere, and they handled him so well. Can't recommend them enough!

My dog weighs 75 pounds. She gets so excited when she goes to the vet and can be hard to handle. They do a great job managing her health and grooming needs, specifically with nail trimming.

Copeland Rd Animal Clinic lost my business after 15 yrs by giving me less than 4 days notice 2 cx kenneling booked 3 weeks ago! I'm going 2 miss my fathers burial @ Arlington National Cemetary next week.Huge employee turn over this summer. Stay away if possible.
