I tried to redeem a 2/$5.50 deal that was clearly advertised on the shelf. When it didn't apply, the cashier said that you need to be a Cefco Rewards member. I am, so I entered my phone # and the deal still didn't apply. They said it would apply when I insert my card. I was skeptical, but paid anyway. When the price didn't change I asked for a refund, she gave me an attitude, and said that she couldn't give me one. When I insisted, she printed out a receipt and said "if it doesn't go back onto the card, give them this". The receipt clearly said "cash refund" and I didn't receive any cash, so I didn't accept that it would ever be processed to my card. The woman at the other register (who has stayed seated every time I've been to that location) was extremely rude and said "give him cash, so he can just go". I'd love to say I'll never be back, but I'm sure that's exactly what they would want. I feel like they were also trying to pocket the refund, also.

The morning manager is rude. She is always on her phone and playing loud music. She never gives you purchase total and never offers to give you your receipt. She is also always parked in the handicap parking space in front of the door with no handicap plates or plaque on display. If I could give 0 stars to this location I would.

Poor customer service when it comes to getting food out the deli that's not self served. And the food is isn't warmed up it's frozen/cold can't even eat it without warming it up. I left right after I got my food thinking I'll be able to eat it without putting it in a microwave. All employees here should know how to handle food the cashier didn't know how to handle it. He used his bare hands and he used the wrong size paper bag to put them in. This has happened now twice in a row when I stopped here today (Thursday) and yesterday (Wednesday)

I only give it 3 stars because of Luke. I give him 5 stars but I docked 2 because yall have the absolute rudeness vhick that works in there. Melissa I think is her name. I say thank you and have a nice day, I get ignored. She looks like she hates her job, but thats not my problem. Today I asked if I could pay majority in cash and like 2 bucks on a card and she said no we don't like to do that, even though I've done it 100 times here, and so I said okay ill have to give you quarters and she got an attitude, I asked if that was good, never answered, told her I didn't need the change, not a word, said okay thanks, not a freaking word! So I just walked out. Its ridiculous how she is. Train her or get rid of her

If I could give a zero I would!!!!! Fountain drinks only have 1 working flavor, store was packed but only 1 Assistant Manager working the register while another yoing man stood eating food at the counter. In between bites this young man at LEAST was able to make jokes about how he was going to spray Windex on the food areas instead of the cleaner the Assistant kept telling him to use .Put my drinks down and walked out along with several other customers! This store USED to be clean and friendly...now its just a HOT mess. Will be taking my business to Fast Fuel and Murphy USA from now on

Cashiers and management is extremely rude. Store always looks dirty on any shift. Employees play on their phones ignoring customers. I wouldn't go there ever again. If I had my way they would only get a 1/4 star.

This is a gas station I've been to several times it's a convenient place to go to. I went to the gas station at 12 a.m. this morning so I'm guessing they're open 24/7.

So tired of lazy employees, one girl doing everything she can, cleaning and checking people out, basically tied to the register, because the other girl is just walking around the store and talking on her phone. Multiple empty shelves, coffee is empty, I came to this store specifically to get my wife an egg roll and a cup of coffee, but the whole shelf is empty, no hot foods at all. Guess the girl on the phone thinks her phone call and now the ciggerette she's smoking is more important than doing her job! Its pretty common behavior here so Won't be back again anymore.

My latest experience was shady.....as I purchased 4 packs of cigarettes and proceeded to leave I realize I needed a bag as I was walking so I got back in line behind a customer and when it was my turn I asked for a bag to carry my purchase and was told I don't have that many left and I asked her if the bags were for her or the costumers and I turned and left....... this store for the most part has always been good but it only takes that one bad time to make you go the extra block to another store......sorry cefco....... your prices have gone up way to high (Walmarts across the street) and your cashier's act like they are in prison......if you don't like your job then find something else to do

Its new, its nice, its well located, but after trying to get gas at 3 different pumps unsucessfully, I drove away in frusteration. Not happy
