I took my son here today 5/10/22 for his birthday bear, it was our first time at build a bear. Marissa is amazing she was super sweet she made my son feel special on his special day.. we will def be going back!!

I had never been to one before. The grandkids had fun. The sales girl helping us was really nice. Luckily my daughter was there because I was a bit confused. Can get really exspensive if you don't pay attention, they just ask if you want something and don't always say its an extra expense.

Such a cool place. Be prepared to spend money 💰. My daughter is 8 and we have been building bears 🐻 for years. Its not just getting a new stuffy its building a new friend.

I got ignored in leu of someone with a child, I totally get that it's generally a place for kids but if you like actively ignore a paying customer to serve someone that was behind me, it doesn't encourage me to come back.

Seemed like a small selection to choose from but my son truly enjoyed it! The workers were incredibly nice and sweet!! My son chose a Chewbacca and they helped direct me where to go and everything. I do recommend if you have a money for it because it is pricey!

It's not the bears that are expensive it's all the accessories. But it's completely worth it for the experience. My daughter has some odd like 20 bears and we keep going back so I guess that speaks volumes. The associates there are very helpful and very happy. Great customer service all around.

Okay let's start with the positive, the bear is very high quality and there are many things to choose from to add to it.But as I say that is not the whole story; the entire time we were building the bear my daughter was just told to go pick this and told to go pick that ,not saying that each one was charged individually. I asked the sales girl repeatedly to stop just having her go grab it like it was free, in which I was replyed with a shoulder shrug and continued the same process. Just seems like a very shady way to do business. obviously if you tell a little kid to go grab something they're going to go grab it and add. not relaying the fact that each thing is individually priced seems like a very ridiculous way to do business.

My 4yr old had a great time building her bear "Squishy" there. All different prices of bears, so you can spend as little or as much as you want on a new friend and fun experience for the kiddos.

The sales associates were very helpful. They made sure our skates worked with our stuffed dragon before we bought it and even added more fluff so he stood up better.

Had an 8yr old's birthday party here that included at least 12 kids in the age range of 13-6 months. The staff did great handling the chaos!

We went during their pay your age event and while it took forever once we finally got in there was a huge variety, surprisingly clean (especially given the crowd), and even though I'm sure they were worn out the staff was still super friendly and wore a smile the whole time

The young ladies there were a lot of fun a very helpful. Our family of ten cashed in on Christmas gift cards and we had a blast.

Their signage at the entrance says 29 people max for distancing. But, when I tried to go in to talk to my wife and mother who where in the store making something I got stopped by some rude teenager who said "you're gonna have to wait for that, because we're at max capacity." Even though there were only 6 customers and 3 employees in the store. So, they're separating families because their people can't do arithmetic.

Literally piece together and personalize your buildabear. Clothers and accessories help build your childs relationship with their bear. We love the personal message recorders you can have added into the bears hand. Our child would replay the message over and over to fall asleep.

Your pay your age date was so disappointiing. Those of us that work got no chance. It hurt NY graND daughter she cried all the way home. I'm not in retail but I knew this would be a big deal.

Loved what I got but Megan is beyond rude, sitting on the floor pointing her phone at the other girl to help me bc she's too busy talking to her boyfriend and sitting on the floor eating.
