Absolute worst deli experience ever, i would ask for one thing and the lady threw it on the counter afterwards and immediately turned around without even asking if i needed anything else…. So then i had to say excuse me and keep ordering what i wanted… and threw it on the counter again not even a hello or have a good day please hire people who actually want to work and know what customer service is that lady was HORRENDOUS

Brookshire's stores have changed. I remember when the sackers carried the groceries out to your vehicle and employees knew where items were located and then assisted in finding them-instead of guessing and sending me on my way.They were respectful and had a neat appearance, instead of looking disheveled and frumpy.I get the feeling that they no longer care.I am comparing the new look of the stores to what it looked like 30+ years ago when I worked there.I'm sure this was not the dream that Mr. Brookshire had in mind

I worked here while in college. I literally had no food and they purposefully throw good food away infront of you as a new employ to see if you'll take it. I took a piece of meat home to eat from the trash, and the next day I was treated like a lowlife thief. Instead of asking me I took the meat, I was treated like trash. The wild thing is, we all prayed together at the orientation meeting, only to be treated like garbage for taking old meat home to eat as I literally had nothing at home to eat. I feel bad for taking the food, but damn I was hungry. I thought Brookshire was a Christian company.

The bakery is aweful. The computers are old and they waited until the day I needed the cake to say they couldn’t do the image. I can’t believe I fight for our country and this is what the US service it.

Brookshire Loop East needs to implement a diverse workforce that serves all people. The store has a bad reputation for being a little racist. I will never come to this store. I tried to use my E-Coupons and the clerk cheated me out of $5.00.

We never actually go inside this particular brookshire's we go to the dumpster in the back. This dumpster produces a full gambit of all food groups daily. Enough to feed an army. The management tries to kick us out but you can only kick out the coons for 20 minutes at a time. Right?

They're a little pricey but they make up for it with their 4 for $20 fantastic meat selections and amazing sales every week. Always a great experience.

Great prices all year round especially around the holidays. I just scored a great Thanksgiving deal, bought a spiral ham and got a turkey free. Brookshire's has always been one of my hometown favorites!

Always out of sale items. When using curbside, order has missing items or given someone else's order. Poor communication. High prices

The other day I bought a pomegranate and i cut it open and it was moldy. I understand it’s produce so I was not even really upset about it. But then my friend went to drink this vanilla chai beverage we got over in that little smoothie section by the produce, and it had chunks. Turns out it expired october 16th…. this is not my first time buying expired food from brookshires either.

Awesome always has item's in stock. Plenty of curbside spots up front they bring them quickly and organize them very well and nice and neat in your car

Everytime I enter this store I walk out frustrated. I lost 10 minutes of my time continuum of downloading a brookshire app to save on e-coupons that was advertised in the store. So I go through all the trouble of entering my info onto the app and the app was unable to send me the e-coupons. By this time I just had to give up and restock all the stuff I thought I was going to get because the price was ridiculously overpriced to begin with. I think the old fashion coupon clipping is better.

This is a place where I have had a bad experience numerous times. They will make the statement groceries ready to go, and they will pick the white person over me, and I have to take my own groceries out

One of the more expensive places to shop in town, but they have a good selection. I would go here over the blue logo any day for meat. The produce department has really gone down in quality the last year or so.

For some reason every time I go into this Berkshires, I feel like I’m not supposed to be there because their employees are very standoffish and not friendly. They almost look at you like you’re here again and I have only been there like three times in a year.

Friendly atmosphere, well stocked with a large variety of products. They take your purchases to your car and unload them and return the basket to the store. Very convenient.

If I could give Zero I would. I went through the line here and a young man said After my transaction I'd lose my value points few hundred I had like 600 700 points, he said he was sorry, Hello tell me beforehand! sorry didn't save my points. I would have had to cancel a big order and start over wich was not fair to the people waiting behind me. Today I used ALl my points and I will Never be backI would never recommend this place to anyone.

You don't want my experience told ever its a shame how they treat older people who made them what they are today no help to car most of time big packs of meat on sale but a woman's single mind you 68 can't buy cause she don't need that much end up freezer burnt want fresh excuse me raise buy one get one as if q stupid person can't figure that out non disabled people in the specified lots course that happens everywhere been shopping for 40 solid years at brookshires and only get treated like a human by the colored manager there been there long time transferred and now back seen him today should have more like him. I'm 68 but I am still a person

I need to ammend my review. They have excellent service! I was paying for my groceries and all of the helpers were busy. I was preparing to take my groceries to the car myself. No big deal. Then, a well dressed gentleman who I later identified as the store manager approached me. He helped me take my groceries out himself. Now that's service! No job too small. You can't get that kind of service at Walmart.

I was really disappointed in the cake that I ordered for my son’s birthday party. I was told when I ordered it that it would be very simple to make. I picked it up right before the party and had no choice but to take the cake or be without. By the time I made the 3 min drive to the venue, the top layer was almost completely slid off the bottom. It tasted terrible too on top of that! I will never use the bakery again.

I can't say enough about Brookshires stores. They are always clean, and the staff is such a pleasure to deal with. I give a huge thumbs up to them.
