Great Food, Terrible Customer ServiceI've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook.

I am surprised that I have not done a review on them before. (Maybe I have!) But this deserves to be done. My wife and I come to Tyler from time to time to take care of some personal business. And because we are often running to Tyler to get back to Longview, we may stop and get a bite to eat. Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store has been that go to for us. We have been absolutely amazed at the quality of the burgers that we have ordered. Simply delicious. We were equally shocked at how those persons who ordered hamburgers and ate at the restaurant, also ordered ice cream. Needless to say, we did the same. Let me tell you, the ice cream was delicious. I ordered strawberry in a cup and my wife ordered chocolate... Lord knows, I wish they had at least one location in Longview, TX!!!!

I have always been so impressed about Braum's, their food is so delicious, very well cooked, excellent flavor, great combination and best price! The store is super very well cleaned, and the staff is very friendly -texas style!- I love it! I wish they had one in Gilmer TX. I love their milk because the flavor is exquisite, none like other one! I always recommend the Braum's to my friends. The excellent choice of ice cream is super excellent. I love it!

I visit this location often, but I visited today and I didn’t receive fresh tenders at all they had been sitting. And I asked if I could get them remade by an employee and she gave me attitude when I asked and took them to the back and told the manager and he had an attitude and said with emphasis “okay it’s gonna be 6 minutes”. I replied okay that’s fine. And he got smart again and said “okay” and shrugged his shoulders. Customers are always top priority and you never make someone feel like it’s a problem to make something fresh if the item you gave them has been sitting for a while. This was my worst experience here at this location.

Braum’s is my favorite place to grab a burger and as long as I’ve been a customer, they’ve never disappointed me until Monday. I stopped by to grab lunch on my break. I ordered a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger no lettuce or tomatoes. I knew something was off when I got to the window because they handed it to me rather quick. I pulled around to check my burger and it wasn’t fresh (both meat and cheese were cold) Honestly looked just thrown together. Parked and went inside and asked for a remake. Cashier asked me 10 times what I wanted on my burger and I replied 10 times. No lettuce or tomatoes. Remake burger had tomatoes. Really disappointed. Great customer service just couldn’t deliver a great order.

Most disappointing day going to this place. A portion of chicken sandwich was uncooked. They made me another one for me but the person that I spoke with was very unprofessional. Said to me that he was going to make me one but don't have to, even wrote my name down in his blue book. I should of gotten his name. But I do remember his face. This is the one on Troup by Roadhouse.

This establishment customer service was horrible, the young lady with gold/ white box braids who served me and my family ice cream attitude was straight trash. After serving us ice cream she didn’t check us out but as we walked up to pay she rolled her eyes and clocked out !!! We waited to patiently to pay nobody came up to check us out. Stores loss very unprofessional. Entire store was a mess and gross from top to bottom. Aren’t the employees hands supposed to be covered with gloves when serving ice cream as well ?? Let me not forget The RESTROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!

I'm not sure if they are having staffing problems or what's going on. We were there during lunch a while back, and there was a line out the door with people waiting to place their orders. There was only like 3 people that I could see behind the counter and one of those was running the drive thru. They also had to keep sending someone over to the Market side to ring up customers there. We spent almost a full hour between waiting in line, getting to our table, waiting on our food and then they forgot my Sundae. I had to go back up and stand in line for them to make something we had already paid for. They fixed it wrong the first time, so I took it back up and they remade it correcting it. (the first time there was no cinnamon rolls on it like the ad showed). The burgers and fries were ok, nothing to brag home about. Once I received the corrected sundae, it was fabulous! We will be back, just not during lunch time for sure!

I have loved Braum's my whole life. The best thing about it was its store. You were always able to rely on fresh and fresh tasting products, especially their milk. It tasted like fresh milk from a farm. I hadn't been close enough to a Braum's in years to be able to enjoy their wares, but I saw this one and turned in. I bought several things, while making sure to get 2 gallons of milk. Excitedly, I opened the first gallon and got a glass. Upon taking my first large drink I realized something was desperately wrong. This milk did not taste dairy fresh, nor was it satisfying. I looked at the label and it had an A2 on it. Desperate for the delicious, farm fresh tasting milk I remembered, I opened the next gallon. The same, chemically altered flavor was present. Disheartedly, I headed to the bathroom and was forced to pour both gallons down the drain. Brookshire's milk tasted better than that stuff. I have been blessed enough to be able to get some milk, once a month, from a farm and it is fresh and chemical free. It has such an amazing flavor. The same flavor that Braum's milk used to have. I wish Braum's would have been savvy enough to keep providing good items in their stores, but they haven't. Braum's still has some good stuff, just not near as much as they used to.

Had a good selection of ice cream of course! Large area to eat your lunch or dinner. Something for everyone there from ice cream to hamburgers.They even have a store where you can get everything you need for a quick dinner. Milk, eggs, butter, pasta and sauce. Of course all the dairy products were Braum brand. Even more ice cream flavors!The only negative I encountered was no one was working the cash register at the Dairy Store so it would take a while to checkout.

I have visited this store several times over the last few years. Usually it is delicious 4-5 stars. But yesterday was a huge let down. Got a bag of burgers, tried to eat them in store; they were so cold/lukewarm they cheese wouldn't even melt on them. The burgers seemed cooked so my only assumption can be that they had some leftover from yesterday and forgot to reheat them or something. I will give them another shot in a couple months and update from there.

Had the gouda chicken sandwich, and the chicken was very dry and obviously not fresh. Grocery section was unattended, and 2 men stood in line to check out for some time. O e stood there for 10 minutes that I know of. Finally, one went to the ice cream counter, and a server walked over to check them out. I like Braum's, but this was not my best experience there. On a good note, my sundae was very tasty.

Each year we drove up to Tyler, TX for a jump rope workshop. Each year for the last 10 years, there was one thing our family look toward to, is the delicious Braum's Ice cream. 2 huge scoops on a waffle cone for $2.25, WOW! We definitely need Braum's to open 1 in the greater Houston area. The employee there work hard and their customer service was excellent. I also love their burgers, fries, and their milk shake. Mr. Braum's, open one in either Sugarland or Katy area. You will have a customer for life.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a double dip in a paper cup and a small twist. Got everything and was told it was $4.10. Of course, I have no idea if this was true because I never received a receipt...or a spoon...or my change!! I was being rushed through because of traffic being me and didn't notice until I pulled out. Just be sure to check your receipt and get your change at this place. It's just another place in Tyler I'll never go again.

Horrible service!!! Food was cold. Soda machine tasted rancid and watered down. The manager didn’t care to fix it. A person waited in line for 15 or minutes until someone came over and they still didn’t get the order correct. At the end I went for an ice scream but the long haired pony tail guy acted like he didn’t want to do it and when he finally did he dropped the ice scream scooper on the dirty floor picked it up and proceeded to use it!!! No… I don’t think so… I told him never mind…. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next time…This place is unhygienic, gross and nasty 🤢 🤮 😷For a bad time go here, otherwise anywhere else but this place would be marvelous!!!
