This is one of 2 Big Lots in our area. Although the outside of the store has been remodeled and looks great, the inside of the store is not only old but it’s always in complete disarray and always very dirty. With that being said, the do have some decent medium grade furniture at good prices and a lot of holiday and home decorations. This isn’t a terrible store, just a dirty store.

My husband and I found an electric fireplace at Big Lots on Beckham Street in Tyler today. Mary was so helpful and treated us with grace and kindness. We are unboxing in now.Thank you Mary!

Had fun at big lots. Got a banana hanger fruit basket combo! Visited Big Lots on Beckham in Tyler Texas and had a great customer experience! The cashier was super nice!!

Everything was good. I founded the decorations that I was looking for. The prices are really good and you can find a big variety of products with incredible prices and the employees are really kind. Great place to buy!!

Beckham location.....many items seemed overpriced. We were there within an hour of opening and the bathrooms were already nasty. I can almost guarantee you that the stains on the toilet seats were there from the day before, at least. Looked like the bathroom floors hadn't been mopped in a while.

Everyone was great and a tornado was coming through town while I was there and the rain was so heavy and coming in sideways and the wind was blowing like crazy and they let me stay inside where it was safe until it all calmed down. 50% off Christmas decor happening right now! Seen some great deals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 was because a lot of the aisles were cluttered and shelves were messy and bare.

This Big Lots was wonderful. I had just moved from Florida and was looking for a specific dining set. At first, the store did not have the full set, but Kerry was amazing and managed to find the whole set for me. He was very kind and helpful. That man deserves a raise! Nothing but the best! Highly recommend this location!

I like the store and value. I also think what they did to make the outside of the store is great and a welcomed improvement. Today however I had to use the restroom. The door to the men's room is broken and will not shut all the way. The walls and the door it's self was so dirty I feared to touch it to open the door or to turn on the light. Not sure what the black stuff is around the bottom of the wall and floor but it did not look good. One toilet has the wrong size seat and the other is very old and dirty. One stall ran out of toilet paper. I did find soap and a paper towels. When I came out of the restroom I noticed that the store is dirty and I found myself in doubt of the food quality. I like the prices and enjoy shopping at Big Lots because it is fun to discover new deals. However this visit to the restroom was very disappointing.

Update - Only half of the cedar pergola ever arrived. Had to get my money back; they never found it and it's a seasonal store so they didn't have anymore. Had to take away one star but I still like the store.Old review - I can't always get past the fact it's a discount store. However, when I do find quality stuff, I am amazed at the price. Bought a cedar pergola today!
