Update: i went to GameStop and got it the same day, cheaper price Best Buy lost a customer game stop gained one.Although I shop here for almost any technology thing to exist, I recently ordered a streaming camera inside the store and was told I’d receive the item 6 days later. I got the package, but when i opened it. It was empty the package was emptyyyyyy and it wasn’t the delivery people’s fault because the package was unharmed. Here are some pictures, i couldn’t get a refund and if i wanted a replacement for my item I personally had to call a 800 number to tell them my issue and id rather not do that knowingly it takes 1/2 hours to get ahold of someone so i just decided to just let the $64 go down the drain.

The staff was amazing. We went there as part of our grandsons make a wish shopping spree. They treated us like royalty. Even gave him atote with drinks chips and other stuff. We we truly shocked. The young man that helped us with the purchases was great and very knowledgeable.

Came in to scout and review sourcing a new TV and Security System. We were met and welcomed by Nate, a sales associate, who answered every question and took the time to walk us through the options and pros and cons of each product. He was phenomenal to work with, which caused us to make some additional purchases as well, which pains me to say.🤣 Couldn't ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales associate! Great job Nate & Best Buy...

Employees are never to be found behind desks helping people anyways I needed help and someone finally went to help me. I had a mobile order that apparently was cancelled by them and got an automated link to see why. The link didn't do anything. Went up there to find out the issue. The worker I got didn't know what was wrong and needed a manager then the manager said it was cancelled because someone tried to call my number to verify that I placed the order. NO ONE CALLED. I showed my call log and told them that I was not called and the manager said there was nothing he can do about it. Smh unbelievable literally wasting everyone's time. Especially when it's on them for not actually calling and saying they did.

Staff was very good and knowledgeable, but almost everything I was researching or needed, they would have to order. There's not much in the store either. Heck, I can order the same items at a lesser price and kick out the middle man.

DO NOT buy any plans that Best Buy offers…they have taken a page out of the insurance playbook. They collect a premium at renewal…and don’t honor their word. Simple as that. Amazon sells most of their products for the same cost or less. I only chose to do business with this location due to supporting locally. The white male manager (didn’t catch his name) at this location makes it very difficult to continue business. Best Buy has lost a loyal customer as of today. I’ve bought monitors (multiple), laptop, security system (cameras), doorbell, Apple Watch, AirPods, GoPro, consoles etc….thousands of dollars. Not that this matters..and not that you care, because losing a loyal customer who spends thousands doesn’t matter to people who don’t take pride in what they do. You have a manager that collects a check and pays his light bill…he isn’t engaged and he doesn’t care about providing customer service.If I enroll into a plan and I pay for THAT plan…and Best Buy decides “it’s not a money making plan” then you should stop taking my money…NOT enroll me into another plan that has different terms and conditions hoping that I won’t find out. This is a pour ethical decision on your companies part to reap the benefits of people not paying attention. If a plan or program changes…a new signature and acknowledgment of that plan needs to be had PRIOR to collecting money from the customer. Advice for future customers weigh your decision…they can sell you an item…but they won’t be there to honor it on the back end.

No products whatsoever in the store. The store has to order from the best buy wesite, then you can pick it up. Delivery is muxh faster no store needed. Sad.

Service was quick and easy, but shelves were a little bare. Though it was just after Christmas so it should be expected. Even though we didn't find what we needed on the shelves they were able to provide us with the product from the front 'attic' shelves.

My experience was really cool, we went in looking for the new S24 ultra samsung phone and left with the Nintendo OLEAD gaming machine. They were very helpful, and it was so not painful at all for me anyway. Thank you Best Buy of Tyler.....

Good merchandise. Friendly staff. Staff isn't always easy to come by... That's my only complaint.It's what I have come to expect from Best Buy. Hire a couple more staff and you get the fifth star. ☺

I called to check if they sell a 43 inch " Not Smart TV" because my parents can't seem to keep up with their newly purchased Smart TV from a different store chain. BUT.......even though you do sell one; they decided that they are going to keep the Smart TV and give me and my brother the job security of fixing all the issues that occur when The Smart TV is smarter than us.......(No harm intended...hope you found a little humor.)The employee (whom stated her name but i failed to write it down) xewas a female and was super nice. She knew exactly what I meant when I told her I needed to know if they sold a 43 inch NOT SMART TV.......She got the price of it as well and told me she had it there in the store. I felt she could easily understand my concerns without thinking I'm stupid. New gadgets or technology for aging parents isn't always best. Easier and simple is sometimes they key as well as cost efficient.But overall, your employee did great. She did the job that was asked of her and was never rude and never cut me off. She even asked if I had anything else I needed help with and ultimately Thanked me for calling Best Buy. Even on a bad day, a simple "Thank You" to me will not go unnoticed. So, thank you for knowing your job. Keep Up The Good Work Tyler,TX- Best Buy!

Always good - service, selection, price. Though, the inventory seems to have shifted more to on-line availability. But, that is a good thing! Find it on-line, and go pick it up, or have it shipped. Competitive prices with Amazon, Adorama, B&H, etc.

In store service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes in phones, and had to have customer service page someone. A manager did come (Austin), who seemed like he was helping me, but in the end just trolled me.I bought an item, asked if i needed anything else for the installation, and was told that the installer had everything needed for it (not true by the way). I needed installation outside of the Tyler area, which they said they could schedule. Installation day came, I met the installer at the house, where they said not only could they NOT install it, but I would need to exchange it for a different model, and reschedule for an installation.When I went to a different Best Buy in the area where I was at, I had to buy a different model outright, and I was unable to exchange the item. Since the item was scheduled for installation that day, their "system" wasn't up to date for the exchange, and despite having said item in hand, at their exchange desk, a refund was not available until the next day.Overall, this store was so lacking in customer service, product knowledge, and installation practices, I see no need to ever recommend this store to anyone for any reason... Unless you prefer the headaches involved with purchase and installation.Note: the third-party installer was quite helpful, friendly, and punctual. Even explained what would be needed to install my item (which was not available at the stores, and would need to be special ordered).

Many times trying to call this store within the past year and No One answers the phone. Responded to automated inquiries by trying to contact the manager, sales, tech support, recent orders, et al, and then put on hold until eventually giving up after 10-15 minutes. Even tried the four-digit department number given to me by a rep when visiting the store and still No One picks up. Does the store manager even read these survey complaints? I doubt it given his/her track record to correct this. Despicable!

Went in store to upgrade my att phone and the young lady Angel was outstanding!!! We were able to upgrade our phone to iPhone 15 pro max! And her customer service made us not want to leave! She deserves a raise

Every time go into best buy game in wrong places and been same for weeks now cant rember last time anything was price right Are in it correct place it super incovent to have care game up there price wrong that say 19 and ring up 70 dollars. Come grab game to buy be told we cant buy yet cause not out yet that has happen 3 times now .

I have had an utterly unacceptable experience with the Tyler Texas store. I drove an hour for a 4 o clock appointment from Apple care, and was told, I don’t have Apple care and my device can’t be repaired unless I pay full cost. I then wasted several hours on the phone with T-Mobile, Apple, and Best Buy, who all confirmed, I do in fact have Apple care, and should have had my device repaired. But then Best Buy customer service tells me that Apple is restricting all iPhone 15 parts and they cannot repair my device because they don’t have parts. I called back to Apple, and they tell me they have never heard of that, and Best Buy is an authorized repair center and should be able to repair it. So I go back to the store and waited an hour for a manage, who never made time to see me. Just to report my issue and clear up if in fact I can get my device repaired, which clearly won’t happen today, as it is 8pm. so I’m looking at another several hours of my time on another day to get it fixed. This is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for my time and your employees incompetence and rudeness.Update: after talking to best buy social media team, and wasting another 30 minutes, they did not offer to check store inventory to verify if the repair could be done, declined to offer any compensation, and just vomited "handling" language at me about how "it must be frustrating for me" and "How I can work with Apple directly." Congratulations you just lost a customer for life. And I'll be sure to tell anyone I know to avoid best buy if they value their time and sanity.

You would have to be insane to buy an appliance with company! Had my kitchen aid dishwasher for 13 months and it began giving code E5 which I’ve reviewed to discover it’s a problem with this product. Then trying to get a technician to speak with is an all day event of being on hold before your call is dropped. I’ve been BestBuy customer for over 25 years and I’m so done. I’ve spend thousands of dollar on TV, computers etc. Closing my account and ripping up my card.

I can see why this best buy doesn't care about anything. They are the only one around. Disaster with a refrigerator. Talks to my wife like they don't care she doesn't have a refrigerator. Then wants to sell her a slightly damaged one for half price and we believe it is the one they took back. Then the guy tells her she should always except the delivery if its damaged and they would just pick it up. Much different than the rest of the world tells you.I get a call todayand and tells me that there was a glitch in the system for the TV they were scheduled to deliver. I didn't schedule delivery because they wanted to charge me a 100 dollars. I told them I would pick it up. I just cancelled it. Will drive way out of my way before going here. Which is sad because best buy was always my go to place.

We were looking to replace the tv in our bedroom. "Nate" asked if he could help. He explained the different features of various tv's and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. After a few minutes we purchased our tv and are looking forward to installation this week. A very positive experience. "Nate" gets an A+ !
