We've used these guys twice and had a good experience! We have 2 small dogs and they were able to stay together in one of their indoor/outdoor rooms. We're happy with them and will use them again.

I really do not have anything wow to say about this place other than what I experienced. My wife scheduled for my little Pomeranian to get a hair as well as nairs trim and brush teeth. The scheduling is kind of complicated because they have a lot of options. Once you get through all of that and get there it's not that complicated. Well the good thing is that the place is clean and not dirty. They have two dog parks which are cool. I did not get a chance to get inside there but it looked good from the pictures I took. Oh something important. You get your dog or dog's rabies shots up to date or video will not take your dog to get a groomed. They do a good job with grooming my dog. It cost me about 72 dollars from everything I wanted. I thought it was high but I realized it cost more at other places. The people are nice as far as I noticed. Oh I forgot they do doggie stay thing if you go out of town. I do not think I would do that because it's kind of expensive but people do it. Anyways, I would go again because they do a good job but I found out while there that they are raising their prices in June 2022. Yeah so great. I hope it's not a huge jump.

We have a four month old German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois puppy, who has never been socialized up to this point and very skittish we took her to Bed Bath And Bones, and she was given a bath, had her nails clipped, and her ears cleaned and did very well. We thank y’all so much for the care and love that you showed her you did amazing job.

When I first brought my wolf-dog in, he was scared of everyone, and couldn’t be near other dogs. Thanks to Alison and her incredible training, Loki has been completely rehabilitated. He has tons of friends both human and dog. I am so grateful for everything BBB has done for Loki and I! Alison and her team are incredible.

Our doge loved it here! Checked her in for a weekend and could definitely tell she was loved on while we were gone. Definitely would take her here again if we're ever in/near Tyler :)Also the staff is so friendly! And the place was clean! 🐶

We boarded our dog here for a little over two weeks. When my husband picked him up they brought his dog bed out in a plastic bag. It was saturated with urine. They clearly had not let him out enough and didn’t wash his bed. It’s distressing to think of him having to stay in such a filthy environment. He also has not been himself since returning home. Very quiet and distant. My husband asked to speak to the manager. They did give him a full refund.

The staff at Bed, Bath, N Bonz are ALL amazing, super friendly, so helpful, and incredibly sensitive to your feelings and your fur babies needs. It was the first time my 5 year old fur baby had ever been boarded and he was anxious and I was too to say the least. They were all so amazingly sweet, caring, and thoughtful. They made sure they did everything they could to reassure me and make my baby comfortable and happy. They now groom him once a month and he has an upcoming stay and I feel SO much more comfortable leaving him now knowing he will be in the best hands! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone - they are awesome!

Our fur kids love this place! We just got both our Pekes groomed today and staff was super fast and did a beautiful job. We’ve used their boarding services several times and highly recommend. Sweet, attentive staff, clean and roomy facility. You can just tell our kids are happy to be there. Again, highly recommended!!

I have boarded my dogs here for several years and have always been pleased! So, when my new dog was driving us crazy, chewing on and destroying everthing we owned, and biting constantly, I gave the training bootcamp a try. I dropped Bentley off for 7 days and the changes in him are miraculous! He no longer chews or bites or jumps. He follows commands and has become a member of the family that we all can love and interact with. I questioned if the investment would be worth the outcome, IT IS! We were at our wits end and now we have the dog we so desparately wanted. I can't thank Alison enough. She is truly a miracle worker!

The girls loved their stay! It was the first time they were boarded and they were happy when I picked them up. Lola (our oldest) was more energetic after her experience with other dogs! They will be back. Thank you for loving them well while we were gone. There is no price on peace of mind..

Our first time here and I felt very much that it was a success. I am not to experienced with all the grooming on a dog because I am a first time doodle owner who needs a lot grooming attention, but I am learning and they were very helpful with any questions I had and also trying to figure out what exactly it was that I was trying to explain. This was my Oliver's second grooming. The first was done at another place which is great but you literally can't get an appointment because they are booked out for months. I was able to get an appointment very quickly here which is what I needed because he was getting ready to be neutered and he is going to his boarder for the holiday. I believe her name was Rebecca who did at great job with my baby. I got just what I asked for and I will be returning with Oliver there. They even cleaned his sani areas way better then the last time he was groomed. I appreciate how nice and understanding the girls are and we have another appointment right before Christmas with them. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I have taken each of our three dogs here for baths and one of our dogs gets groomed as well. I don’t use a specific groomer each time, but they have usually been able to accommodate my last minute requests and each time I have not been disappointed with the way my dog was groomed. The “furminator” for our Labrador-mix dogs seemed to help reduce the shedding for a few days.It took a bit to start an account to register each of my dogs online. I was able to easily load their vaccination records after each yearly exam with our veterinarian. Since making an account online, I am able to easily make a reservation online and pay a deposit. Whenever I’ve had a question, I have called and quickly received help in resolving the issue.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend bed, bath & bonz for your boarding needs! They treated our mini Aussie Stella as their own while she was boarded for a week with them! This was our first time boarding and I cannot say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be using bed bath & bonz for all of our needs! Our dog usually has anxiety going to places, but he really enjoyed his stay here. The pricing is fair and having the inside area with the dog run was great for him. He was able to go outside any time he wanted.

Super accommodating. Was anxious because my dog has never been boarded before and hasn't been around other dogs. They took great care of her while we were on vacation and didn't mind me calling to check on her. Was also able to have her groomed before I picked her up. The facility is beautiful wirh tons of things for the dogs to do and plenty of space to play.

This was our first time boarding Shadow with Bed Bath N Bonz. They were great - everyone made us feel welcome and they took the best care of Shadow! He had a wonderful time and they will be our home away from home for Shadow!

I always board my little poodle at Bed Bath n Bonz. Everybody is so friendly. And apparently my dog charmed a few of the ladies and they loved on him a lot! I always know he’s in good hands with them….and I love that you can order room service!

Amazing!! Almost half the price of PetSmart and way better service, way better care to the animals (and PetSmart does a great job). Well worth the extra 20 minutes of driving for me. I'll be returning again soon!

Our 9 year old Boxer is very needy and spoiled. Also on four different medicines. Her friends at Bed, Bath n’ Bonz made her feel at home. She always goes in with a tail wagging (unusual for her) and comes out the same way. We know she is being treated (and spoiled) like she is at home. Highly recommend BBn’Bonz. They are wonderful and your baby and you will not be disappointed.
