Honestly I love Andy’s so much, I grew up on Andy’s as kid and still love to go as an adult. My order has always be a jumbo vanilla custard w/ pecans. But here recently I’ve getting charged a lot more for a lot less. I don’t mind paying good money or even a lil extra, but all I want is is the same size. But they just won’t do it. I’m not sure I will ever go back unfortunately. It kinda hurts saying that.

EXCELLENT is not even saying enough about how great Andy's is. I had had frozen custard before and hated it so I was Leary. Luckily they let you taste test it before you buy it. It's. The. Best. The blackberry waffle Jack is the best but only seasonal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So delicious! Loved the selection and the flavors offered. The drive thru speaker wasn't working but a worker stood outside and placed our order perfectly. Fruit was fresh and it's a lot of custard for the price. Good value. I look forward to coming again.

Efficient service and tou can get anything in your milkshake. The person taking my order clarified if I wanted just the chocolate custard in my shake or also one of the toppings which I appreciated.My brother really likes the chocolate concrete there. I'd order a smaller shake size if they had it.

What can I say this place is divine. Service is friendly and courteous. And the concretes we had are divine! I had raspberry and chocokate chips in chocolate. It was exactly what I wanted. My wife got hers as well and it is just a great vibe eating your dessert hanging out there. Be aware during the summer this seems to be the kids hang out. Not a problem for my wife and I brought back great memories. Definitely recommend coming here.

Oh my gosh. Visiting from Omaha, NE. We went for after dinner treat. Was it ever good. Looked like the line would take forever but went quickly. We had an almond joy. Was awesome!!

This delicious cold treat does not taste like custard. So glad we got one in town! They have a wide variety of different options so I'm sure you can find something to your liking.

Probably the worst ice cream/custard place I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if they know what “frozen” means, but my custard was COMPLETELY melted. No I didn’t drive home to wait to eat it, we literally pulled off to the side. It was essentially a cup of soupy vanilla milk with pecans and syrup. Maybe they just had a bad day where machines were down, but I will never go to this place again. Nice friendly staff though (all teenagers), so probably not their fault; but management who doesn’t invest in better equipment.

I was visiting a friend and she recommended this place. I was not impressed. I got the Tin Roof Sundae and it was ok. My friend got the Ozark turtle Sundae and they only had a few drops of the carmel sauce. For me the Hershey's chocolate syrup overpowered the custard. If I come back I would get it with hot fudge. Let me say the portions are big and the custard is very clean and fresh tasting. For what we had it was a fair. I am not sure if I will come again but for a clean tasting custard I recommend Andy's.

My family and I visited Andy's seeking a quick treat and we were not disappointed. I had the stolen brownie sundae with pecans. It was so good, I had to visit again the next day. It has a cute atmosphere. You can walk up and order and sit outside or drive through.

First time! Last visit through Tyler, the line was too long. This time, we barely beat the crowd...the line of cars waiting was down the block when we left, and for a Thursday - wow! I had a butter pecan "concrete" and hubby had a chocolate pb. SO GOOD! The line is for a good reason; we loved our treats!!

7-13–23 at 8 PM I came through the line and was greeted by “Seth”the manager supposed to be. Was tell. He was telling me that tonight is the last night for shortcake and I jokingly told him Kenny wholesome for me and I’ll be there to buy them early in the morning when I get paid he’ll talk to me so aggressively my kid in the back was scared that he cannot do that. he then did the same thing to me in the window when I asked the lady at the register, how many could I get extra. He jumped over her shoulder, anger again, aggressively with me through my cone in the trash, and I even told the lady at the window that you know he is talk so aggressively . She did say she agreed you have lost a very very good customer here buddy I’ll never come to the Andys again while you’re manager you have horrible communication skills sorry and I’m a top seller.

Delicious like always. I always stop here when I'm in the Tyler area. Great place to take the lady out on a date. That have plenty of places to sit outside while you eat your delicious custard.
