Been in a couple of times now. The vet is great and the staff seems to be on top of things. She is great at her job, thorough, and personable. The clinic looks pretty clean as well. Prices are about mid range.

Dr Rita and staff are the best!They all go above and beyond to make sure your pets are well cared for and stay healthy. Dr. Rita comes out to our home to give our dogs their yearly vaccines so that they are comfortable and not have to be brought into the clinic. It is amazing to have such a wonderful vet clinic right here in our own community and I’m very thankful to have them here as I well know all the rest of the community feels the same! We take our heeler puppies there for all of their first visits before they go to their new home!WesBen Ranch Heelers love Dr Rita.

I usually have no issues with Tuscola family vet but this time I brought a baby bunny I found on my porch and instead of being helped I was told they wouldn't treat it! Now about a month ago I brought in a baby bunny of the same nature and they took him in no problem! I just don't like wishy washy behavior, why couldn't you help this bunny out? Do you take care of animals when they're hurting or do you just care about the almighty dollar? Cmon guys!

We visited yoday with Barkley allergy and they didn't try to upsale anything ...that was really super nice as having dogs in my last 20 years I don't remember such a honesty at other vet places.

BEST vet we have ever found. Dr. Rita is amazing, loves the animals she cares for and always has a smile on her face. We are so thankful someone told us about her and her practice. We will be forever customers with all of our animals! She saved our calves lives several times and they are now thriving! She also treated our milking goats and they are doing great as well. So so happy with her and her prices are affordable. Thanks Dr. Rita! You have been a God-send and you absolutely stand true to your motto "happy people healing animals."

They are the BEST! My pup has been with them since birth. He’s had many health challenges and they have been nothing but understanding, professional, accommodating, informative & kind. They put him first and have always been willing to talk on the phone when I’ve been concerned about him. AFFORDABLE! As a college student, this was a place that gave me the best care for a reasonable price. I partly don’t wanna move from Abilene because of them!!!

Got our girl spayed here! I was terrified due to her large size and you alway hear of horror stories from these procedures on large animals going wrong.. they did FANTASTIC!! Her incision was minimal, very clean and the staff was great even being swamped with people. We are one week post op and she's doing great!! THANK YOU GUYS!! WE 100% RECOMMEND!!🙏 👏✔️

This is most caring place I have been too! My Jax was very sick and mrs Rita and her staff helped me through a hard time . Also she is very good at knowing what to do with hundreds of dollars of test . And she was amazing and when the time came it was time to let my Jax go . They seen him even though they was so busy . But I didn’t feel like a burden to them . I was happy she helped us with my little Jax last hrs and he was laid to rest very peacefully he fell asleep and had no pain 😥 .❤️🙏🏼 🐱 Thank you guys are amazing 😻

Our 15 year-old diabetic Australian Sheppard mix saw the same vet for 14 years. After relocating to the Abilene area, we were concerned about a new vet for her. That concern was eliminated thanks to the amazing staff at Tuscola Veterinary Clinic! Amazing staff with the kindest, caring, most compassionate animal caregivers we have ever seen! I called just now to make an appointment for my dog. The woman who answered said there was an opening at 2:30 this Thursday, 2 days from now. Then she asked if I were a current client. I told her I am not. She then said they cannot see new patents until sixteen days from now. Bummer and deal breaker. So if my dog needs veterinary care, I can't take him there for 16 more days. Not good.

They did a extremely good job with my Bassett hound (Benelli). They kept her comfortable till the day cancer took her from us. And even after that the condolence cards and sympathy from the girls was really touching. It's been 2 years now and I will never forget there kindness.

I cannot say enough about the service and vet skills of Dr. Rita and her staff. Twice I have had injured calves I was ready to give up for the dead. Both times, Dr. Rita saved them. She doesn't give up. Today, they are both in the pasture with no sign of injury or trauma.I often have emergencies arise, and Dr. Rita is always willing to work me into her schedule. She is willing to come early and stay late to take care of our herd. Her staff is friendly and well trained. I just cannot say enough good things about Tuscola Vet Clinic. They are the best I have had the pleasure of working with.

I called, they got my puppy in the same day... he had parvo. These people were so very sweet, and Ms Rita, what can I say? Just amazing. My boy pulled through, and I know its only because he was seen so quickly, and he was so well taken care of. The price was, well, more than reasonable for the services they provided. I would have paid whatever it took to save my boy's life! I have decided to make this my regular vet for all 3 of my dogs! There just aren't words to express how much I appreciate what the staff here has done for me! I wish there were more stars, they deserve 100!

Dr. Rita met us at her vet clinic on Sunday 5/10/20 which was Mother's Day, for an emergency visit. We had a calf with a fishing hook and lure lodged in the roof of it's mouth.She was the only large animal vet we could locate on the holiday.We very much appreciated her dedication to her field and am very pleased to have found her.She really knows how to handle livestock...my husband was impressed.After such a great experience we have decided to use her as our primary vet.Thank you Rita!

We had to take our goat. Our goat had a bad case of worms and the Vet was able to get the goat back on track . Today Ramsey (Goat) is fat and healthy. We also used this vet again for Our dog Major. She was able to attach his ear from a dog fight that he had with our other animal. She did a wonderful job of attaching his ear, and Today you cannot even tell that he has had stitches. We also used her for our other dog (Chief) . Chief just got fixed and healed well from the Vet visit. Her staff is great, and I think her prices are reasonable. We truly appreciate the amount of love and care that this Vet and her staff was able to give our animals. Thank You!!!

I was impressed with the tlc doc took with our 11 year old tea cup yorkie. He was in final stage kidney failure and she made him comfortable for his journey. He spent a few days with her and her team. They did extensive lab work, x- rays I.V. fluids etc etc. Where extremely professional and respectful. When he Finaly passed in his sleep Doc called and was amazing on the phone she even took care of all the creamation and so forth. Her staff are curtious and efficient, prices extreemly reasonable. And we are greatfull for her sensitivity at this time. We will be using her for our Ranch/Farm and personal pets and recommending her to all our friends and family. It is about time we had a quality veterinarian service out here.Thank You so much.

Dr. Rita did a farm call to do a castration and a round of vaccinations for our horses. She was great, as well as Bailey. I would highly recommend Tuscola Veterinary Clinic.
