We took two wild hogs to broken diamond. The hogs were bigger than I normally like to eat, one being an over 200 pounds boar. However this turned out to be the BEST maple breakfast sausage I have ever had. Hands down this sausage is amazing! I have not got to the steak, tenders, or jalapeño cheese links yet but I will let y’all know how they are!! Thanks Broken diamond I appreciate it!

It was our first time using Broken Diamond processing. We wanted to give them a try. We will not go anywhere else. From start to finish the customer service was excellent and the quality is first rate. I know we got all our meat back. And the jerky is fantastic.
