You might just get your food faster going to one that's been closed. Half an hour waiting in the drive thru before you can even place an order and they ask you to hold and wait to place your order. Has not been a good McDonald's. I drive 5 miles out of my way and go to the Burger King because they are faster.

Sweet , a hair on my burger. All the cooks look like they need a shower and none wearing a hair net. The manager has negative customer service skills. The employee's arw just blatantly rude. Not a single hairnet in the entire restaurant being worn. Just goto to the temple mcdonalds....it aint worth it. Living in troy we dont have many options and i just scratched another off the list

We were on a road trip and wanted to grab a "quick something" and hit the road after gassing up at the Love's it is connected to. This McDonald's was not quick at all.Our order of the nuggets bundle meal and 1 quarter pounder took 20+ minutes in the drive thru from the time they took our order.5 minutes waiting in line to place our order (this is not included in the 20+ minutes).10 minutes after placing our order we finally made it thru the pay window and we were at the pick up window.., where we were asked to pull forward; they were waiting on our nuggets (we placed our order over 10 minutes ago, how long do fast food nuggets take, but ok we pull forward).10+ minutes of waiting for our nuggets and my husband goes in to check on our order. They are bagging it up finally...The fries must have been staged for bagging and waiting on the nuggets too, because they weren't fresh and hot like the nuggets were :(On the brighter side, the spicy nuggets hit the spot. We had never tried them before and we were pleasantly surprised.This was around noon on a Sunday.

So I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickles through the machine thing. I don't like pickles. I got...A quarter pounder with pickles and ketchup. That's it. As I was unable to go back due to my job I just threw it away. Also the fries were cold.Yeah.Mark this place as incompetently run and never return.

Went thru drive and sat at windows for very long time. Employees were more concerned with who was driving a Dodge pickup in the parking lot rather than taking my payment or prepmy order. Cashier was EXTREMELY rude and had a "i dont care attitude ". Called manager Rusty who sounded defeated by the employees horrible behavior. Very sad.

I walked into the crowded McDonald's, which is inside of a Love's travel stop. I paid at the kiosk to avoid stupidity (sadly, a failed attempt). Only one of the four kiosks was functional. I ordered two burgers; and a large mocha frappe, light on the whipped cream, and I added a light drizzle of caramel drizzle to compliment the chocolate drizzle.After what felt like a absurdly long wait, they called my order number; only my order wasn't ready. They hadn't even started my drink. Turns out that was a good thing. While waiting for my drink, one of the children behind the counter came over, gazed mindlessly into my bag for a while, then took it to the prep station and swapped the contents with those of some other poor soul's order. She set the bag back down and called my number again, as though I weren't standing there the entire time, watching the incompetent circus act. Then I finally got my drink. That was the last straw that propelled me into a review writing frenzy! As I mentioned above, I ordered caramel drizzle through the customization menu on the kiosk. I always do it through the kiosk, so the ingredients that I pay extra for are on a screen, written in easy to read crayon... but there was my frappe, with the light caramel drizzle I had ordered......and absolutely zero chocolate drizzle!!!If I pay for jalapeños on my burger, you don't get to omit my pickles. If I order a drink that comes with chocolate drizzle and I pay for caramel drizzle, I want both drizzles drizzled on my shizzles, for rizzle.And y'all want higher wages?!!!

I ordered two baskets of fries and two 20piece nuggets like I do from time to time for the kids. It looked like they took a single basket of fries and halfed it to make two. On top of that where is the sauce!?Edit: I reached out to a manager miss Raquel, she assured me she would adress this with staff and correct it. She also provided me with a replacement fry basket. The McDonald's app also notified me that my order would be refunded. I think they went above and beyond correcting the issue so I'll change to 5 stars!Dietary restrictions: Yes they must have thought we were on a diet because they were very stingy with the fries. SmhKid-friendliness: I got the meal for my kids and they were sad when they seen the amount of fries they got.

Ordered food online and came to pick it up through the drive thru.. turned out that the drive thru was closed so we tried to go inside. Building was full of middle and high schoolers and so we tried curbside. Waited 30mins to get our food this is absolutely ridiculous.. staff was extremely rude when we went inside asking about our food and the fact that we waited for 30mins. Do better
