What I love thw most is the large amount of parking spaces for trucks ......inside they had the showers rolling too. The lady at the register was not so happy...but don't let one bad apple spoil the whole tree. The store was fully stocked and everything was in working order.

1st off i wanna thank to the staff for the note and having the showers clean this loves is one of the best ones ive been to in some time now 2nd off loves please make all showers like this i know us women drivers nd the handicap would muchly appreciate more with the removable head so we can wash better. 3rd the staff at this Loves needs a raise for the hard work they do here!!!! 4th off if Loves was to make all the loves like this one i wouldnt complain lol!!Thank u Loves nd Staff!!

I like the fact that parking is free, and that they have a big parking lot. It still gets full enough that trucks park in unofficial spots making it harder to navigate the parking lot. The area north of the fuel pumps which used to be a dirt lot used for truck parking is now a construction area for some building. So there's less parking here now. If you park in the row 2nd farthest south in the parking lot, try to face north so you don't get blocked in when trucks park along the edge of the southern aisle after all the real spots fill up. Also last night I checked in at about 8 PM for a trailer tire. I was told it would be about a 4 or 5 hour wait when I checked in. It's been over 10 hours and I'm now the 3rd person on that list. They only had 1 employee overnight in the shop, working on a long list, and he had to go on a road call for part of his shift. This shop needs more overnight employees desperately.

This Love's has been amazing. Been here three days and it has been clean every day. The showers were nice and clean. Laundry is available and took advantage of it. The staff always greeted us as we walked in. Very nice and friendly staff Alicia, Hannah, Kyle, Daphne, Jessica and all of the others. This Love's has a Subway and McDonald's which I wish they could get better staff and fly control in McDonald's. Parking is a good amount and clean lot for trucks.The Love's Shop was extremely busy with road calls but was able to get my tires changed. Josh, the technician that took care of the truck worked very fast to change the two steer tires. Completely impressed with his quickness and knowledge of information.

This store is awesome they have just about anything you would need while traveling. The property outside is very clean and well kept. The inside is just as clean. Product and shelves are well arranged and organized. Even the bathrooms are well cared for, clean, and smelling good. I really like the design of the store in how it just flows into the Subway, and McDonald's. This is a really nice store.

Totally disorganized, didn't have cheese for hot dogs , or chili, or any vegetables .ask for Napkins, didn't have it . No forks for salad. If you ask. They act like you are bothering them.

Worst Love's for NO RV parking! Troy, TX 150 Truck spots FULL. Meanwhile trucks are ILLEGALY parked EVERYWHERE. We Parked up front in line of 2 parking spaces, where most have RV spots. Manager left at midnight & said NOTHING while we were awake. Woke up to a Speedco mechanic, Dennis, pounding a dent in my door, telling us we can not park, CARS only. I wonder if Love's will repair my dent?! As much money as we spend at Love's across the country, I don't appreciate my vehicle being damaged, and forced back on to the road without sufficient rest.

The store was nice and clean. As well as the restroom and shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. And have plenty of parking the only thing I hate and I am see at a lot truck stops is people parked there truck there and go home. And loves allowing this

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. My hot water heater at home went out twice in the last week and I had to rely on Loves to get my daily shower. Highly recommended.

I love Love's travel stops. They always have a nice clean restrooms, good choice of food and one of the best coffee from gas stations. Always trying to find exactly that traclvel stops if it's possible.

I showed up to have a tire replaced due to a big screw in it. Also 2 mud flaps were hanging off and needed replacing. Wipers replaced also.The crew was fantastic! Very efficient and informative.Xzavier was dealing with multipul task and calls pretty much the whole time.He has such an upbeat attitude , and the connection he and the whole crew seem to have was refreshing to see.They all kept moving and supporting the customers as well as each other.They also told each other to be careful.Looking out for each other.Good people.Love my Loves! ❤️

Customers beware: My card was skimmed at this location and I only inserted my card at one of the registers inside. Restrooms are clean and staff are very kind and hard working, but be careful with your debit cards and check your bank statements.

Dont eat the Loves food out of the heated glass cabinets, all i had to eat all day was their meatloaf and potatoes and it made me very, very sick. Obviously the health department needs to pay a visit to this place and look into loves employees food handling practices..

Apart from the beautiful lady working there this place is the worst loves to fuel . Ppl stay on tje fuel island 30 mins after they fuel andcannot back up . They need security to control those hooligans

Truckers beware, had the lines on my trailer underneath from the self inflators became unscrewed I have a bad back so I can't climb under and fix it myself took it to this Love's in Troy, they made me wait 8 hours to get this addressed, they were not busy, as I kept checking, never take your truck to Troy Texas loves, how dare they, Love's in Troy may God give you what you so richly deserve, evil people,

Came in at 2:20am the older lady working the counter had a very unpleasant demeanor. When I got to the counter I spoke & said good morning she immediately gave a dry “how can I help you” with an annoyed face as if I was bothering her coming in. Whatever let that slide I recently lost my wallet so until I make it back to my terminal my company has given me a temporary card for fuel. I’m a diamond or platinum member every month because I ALWAYS stop at loves for fuel. With that being said I understand the steps we are supposed to take in cases like mine when a professional driver doesn’t have a physical card. This lady was sooo rude and unwilling to help even tho I literally passed by a TA to make it here to fuel now I might run out of fuel trying to get up the road to the next truck stop. Laurie M. do your job! Loves gives you the tools needed stop being lazy and use them. There’s a number you call to verify cards, I give you my truck number and show you my employee ID with my employee # on it and boom. But you were too busy being lazy to do that. Not to mention there was NO line. I will be calling corporate! Hire people who KNOW their jobs and don’t mind doing it! Not to mention she tried to tell me it was illegal to manually enter a TCH gas card #. I’ve been driving over 10 years maam

McDonald’s and Subway here! Great clean bathrooms! Lots of snack options and small lunch options too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The line wasn’t long at all to check out which was nice. The store was clean and stocked up great! I for sure recommend this gas station for road trips.

The morning team works very hard to keep the shower line short. Alexander does some awesome folded towel designs when he can that I love! He is also great to have because he keeps the shower line moving in the morning.

Just like most Love’s typical zero customer service cashiers at the diesel desk. Made remarks while I was leaving the counter. If I don’t like your service I’m not required to say Thank You. If you want it so badly maybe try improving your behaviour and customer service.
