I had the most incredible experience shopping at Troy Ace Hardware store! I've been coming here regularly since this store opened, and I'm impressed. The staff seem like genuinely helpful and friendly people, and don't over-assert their help or ignore people. The store is always clean and well stocked, and they have a huge variety of merchandise considering it's a small store. They even have a large garden section outside, which I love! If any of the staff are reading this, thanks for making Troy a better place to live! :)

Customer service is a hit or miss type deal. Can be nice one day and the next rude! They hire ones that don't know how to access their reward program, then blame it on their internet. The blonde haired girl acts as if she knows nothing about anything and doesn't try to help. Typical lazy workers. Typical lazy help. I could have went to lowes for this kind of service. I'll stick with home depot

Amazing place, and it's right around the corner from me. I'm restoring an old horse drawn wagon and this is the ONLY hardware store I have ever found that keeps the right hardware in stock(square head nuts the right bolts and square cut nails).

Thought this was going to be my new hardware store. I had too many problems from my last 2 visits. Lowe's is about the same distance but I would have preferred to shop mom and pop. Has a bit of everything, would have been nice.

Great store for just about everything needed around the house. They even sell big bags of bird seed and I feed tons of birds. Very helpful workers as well. Thanks
