No air conditioning, store is a mess and rarely friendly face...need alot of help and a whole new crew tht knw what to do ...it needs painting outside and the parking lot need redoing...the product set back there in crates so long it gets hard and old in the heat from the store ...candy is old and some stuff just nasty..from the diff temp...

It would be nice if the management of the Troup store could get it unpacked! The remodel team did a great job and since that crew has left, the store went right back to the mess it has always been. 2 people can't do everything, they are taking care of customers and trying to unpack - somebody needs to get the management team in there until it's ready for just 2 people in the store.

It has a decent selection for being a dollar store. It's convenient because it's right next to Brookshires and if I need to go I can just walk instead of driving over there. The cashier's are usually very friendly and it stays pretty well stocked.

I come here often seeing as its really the only place in Troup that has such a nice wide variety and assortment of items/products. Not to mention it's all for a fairly decent price...it is Dollar General after all. Employees welcome me everytime with a good attitude and always are willing to help.

Rarely is this store stocked. Boxes are everywhere. Hit or miss on whether you can actually find what you're looking for.

Why is it that all the surrounding stores around Whiteouse as Far as Frankston to Marshall have nice well stocked stores but Whitehouse can not keep the store clean nor stocked . They are never stocked enough and never staffed enough.

One employee was very rude and seemed to be bothered about checking a price on something, which she immediately threw in a bag, then she was annoyed when I told her I did not want the item. She then proceeded to give me side eye the rest of the time she scan the items. At the end when I added a drink from the cooler next to me, which was a bogo, she was upset about having to deal with that. I have to go there because of proximity, however I will be making and effort not to do so.

You need to get some workers that know how to do their job and to stop going bye someone when the line is so long and you need to have them to me nice to the customers when they see them

The dollar stores are so crammed packed. They always have stock sitting in midde of isles and it impossible to get what u need. But staff is friendly.

I asked if they had any patches and the woman or should I say girl said I don't know if we are not charge your shoulders and walked away from me poor customer service. If I had the option to not leave a star at all I would.

I always love shopping at Dollar General, the prices are reasonable and they always "have different items on sale. Friendly staff I would recommend Dollar General to family and friends.

The store is close to home and has most items that are needed for cleaning. They also carry some food and pet items. Rarely crowded and items are normally and stock.

There is pallets of merchandise everywhere during a busy time of the store. Very hard to move around and to find things. I ended up taking what I came for off the pallet.

As with most Dollar General locations I have visited, the store is dirty. Items are missing from the shelves and several shelves are disorganized and cluttered.

This place says they stayed open until 10 pm but they lie. They close at 9 pm and the employee that was in the store was very rude.
