The food was great the portions were large everything was made fresh we came at a time right between breakfast and lunch menu change so our party had both and everyone was excellent everyone was kind and the volume of customers was low so our food was brought to us promptly and it was made fresh. My only suggestion is perhaps have some males routinely check the men's bathroom for soap or working towel dispenser and for the floors to be cleaned the bathrooms are private the bathrooms are well kept. Unfortunately on this visit those are the suggestions I have for the bathroom however everything in the lobby and as far as I could tell on the grill or kept tidy and kept neatly and cleanly. I thank them for their kindness and service on the way out and I could tell that it was appreciated.Parking: The parking lot is well kept. No rubbish or debris (as expected in a rural place). The condition of lot is in proper order, they might need a little paint but there is no uneven or broken concrete.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and I would suppose both men and women's bathrooms are easily accessible. As far as the men's it is a private bathroom with adequate sink and railings. In my honest review.

Waited for 20 minutes for a burger, then the rude girl just shoved the bag out of the window and walked off. This is most definitely the worst Dairy Queen around! Gets 1 star because you can't give zero!

It's time for Troup to get some new places to eat. If any decent food service comes to this town they would make a killing because la hacienda is the only okay place to eat Dairy Queen is absolutely horrible. I sat in the Drive-Thru over 30 minutes finally went inside and everybody was running around like their head was cut off. Some random appearance employee walked in like a bum wearing shorts and a dirty black shirt with a hat barely on and walked around to the register and ask the next customer that was in line did they want something to eat. Why else would someone be there? When I asked where my food was they said they were bagging it up whenever it actually wasn't even done yet after over 30 minutes. Then the lady asked that random dirty looking associate to bag up my order and he looked at everything and said I don't know anything is I can't do anything and just walked away after looking me right in my eyes. The associate that took my order was outside throwing away the trash and the lady that was in there was just hating her entire life. As I was there asking for my money back now another customer walked in and immediately demanded their money back also. If this place ever had any dignity or quality it is now gone. Close it down. Replace it with something that actually matters

Took them 15 minutes to realize they didn't give me my drinks or have sweet tea(which is what I ordered), I guess their staff is overwhelmed with anything more than a sandwich by itself.EDIT: went there to get a grilled chicken sandwich( asked for no lettuce no tomato, and they thought lets put cheese on them! and i ordered breakfast sandwiches lulu or (Brandy) made them and me and my wife got sick. I have proof on my dashcam that she made them, so it's a shame. Because there food is good but there employees are "special"Just a sad place, and jaunitia can't manage for her life. Poor kids look like they are passing out at the drive through, shame on the management for being P.O.S. so sad.

Stopped here for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh. Crispy bacon and the gravy was very good. Platter was under $7 not bad for the portion we got. The Hispanic lady that served us was so nice and friendly. She made our morning with how she treated not just her regular customers she knew by name but also folks like us that are traveling through troup.

Took 30 minutes to get one burger and fries. The whole kitchen crew was so excited they had people in the drive thru, they were break dancing. She said she was apologetic, but in my opinion she was just sorry.

What is wrong with the DQ in Troup??? Almost every time I go something is messed up. I got nachos and told them no tomatoes. The lady then asked me if I still wanted the peppers and onions and I said NO. And when I got my food and headed home, and opened it both of my nachos had everything. Spent most of the time picking all that out than I did eating. Seems like they don't even listen.

We ordered drive thru but as usual, very slow service, casher appears confused and absent-minded the manager has to step in. Food is ok.Addendum: Ordered drive thru again today Whew! this place should close. Service is excruciatingly very, very slow. I left without taking all my orders despite I already paid for it. My blood pressure goes to the roof just to wait for my orders for almost 30 minutes . They should not call this "fast food"

Sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes before leaving. Understand the challenges the restaurant industry is facing but I wanted to spend money here and ended up not. I'll probably try again but figure the owner should know that people are driving away and they are likely losing money as a result. 2 other people also left the line and drove off.

We stopped here while passing through town. The burger I ordered was really good but the time to get it was quite long. I think it took about 10 to 15 minutes from time we ordered to when the burger was made. There was a family of 6 ahead of us but that shouldn't have made the order of one burger to take that long to be made available. We were quite disappointed that it took that long since we were on the road and wanted to get back on the road.

More people & I have complained bout the sorry service of the employees drawing a pay check but the service is lousy & the food is worse!!!!!! Many times I've so called spoke not to the manager bc their were none on duty everytime I went to complain!!!!!!The DQ in Overton finally got it right after so many customers complain about there service & food was lousy as well it took yrs to get them to do something & they finally did they fired most of them & hired people that wanted a pay check!!!!!!

Moved to Troup last year and have eaten here over 10 times and not once has it been a good experience and done eating here for good. I have ordered in drive thru multiple times and not once have a gotten food in less than 20 minutes even when there was nobody else in line or inside eating once, it still took almost 30 minutes for a chili cheese dog.. Also after ordering the chili cheese dog probably 5 times, they have not once put the mustard and onions that always comes on them from every other DQ, even once when I specifically asked, and the chili was black and had no meat in it hardly.. Never gives forks and knife to eat the food with and has forgotten gravy for my chicken strip baskets all but one time, and Dr. Pepper is always terrible. All around just a horrible business, bad enough for me to leave a review and I never have left a review for a restaraunt. If you want decent DQ drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Whitehouse.

Tables were not cleaned off and floors were dirty. They were not busy at all, so no excuse for it. Food had been prepared ahead of time, was not freshly made, and cool when we got it. I'll go to Sonic next time.

People here are rude, disrespectful and flat out have no professionalism. I hate that my son worked here for his first job however he learned A LOT. The owner is a piece of work as well.The food - great, no issues at all. Then again this was before my son worked there *once you work here and quit or get fired, you're banned from going there*.

Cashier was very clearly on meth. She tried several times to double charge and over charge us and tried everything from ignoring me when I pointed it out, to arguing with me. Asked for crispy bacon and over medium eggs... in the pictures you can see I didn't get either.. Very dirty restaurant. Would definitely avoid.

Every time u ask for extra anything they leave off everything else that's suppose to go with it. They act like it comes out of their checks to give you a decent portion of anything 5 years ago this was one of the best around but now it's horrible everything

This place needs alot of training. Spent 45 minutes in drive thru to just get my order wrong. I tried to get ahold of the general manager but have had no response. When i told the girl at window the order was wrong her reply was well this is what we have rang up. I decided to just leave. Will not go back.

I'm giving an 2 extra stars because I have gone back for taco tues 2 times now and they have had great service. I have had bad experiences here but they are trying to make things better, so I will give them a chance.

A few days ago I went to see my father and he used to love to eat at Dairy Queen there and trip Texas I stopped in to treat Dairy Queen to grab us post some burgers and that place is the filthiest dairy queen I haven’t been into in my life the floors were nasty tables that nobody was even using more sticky my arm was sticking to the damn thing the bathrooms were cleaner than the rest of it I wanted to eat in the bathroom so if you don’t like filthy don’t wanna eat there
