The last year has seen a lot of improvements to this little town store! I do business here whenever I can, only going to Tyler to shop at Sprouts for organic meats and vegetables and cheeses on occasion.

I love their customer service and the checkers are friendly and kind. The produce section has gone through a lot of changes in the past few months, and have made it a better store. You've also managed to stock quite a few meat alternative foods for my daughter, who is a vegetarian. She would love an even wider selection of those. I would appreciate it if you could carry Morton's Lite Salt, since it is what we prefer for our heart smart diets. Thank you for being there.

I paid for $10 worth of gas and apparently I received 0... My car range was at 16 remaining miles until empty and after I put in the $10 it still remained at 16. This has never happened my gas gauge always reads after I put gas in.

Employees are wonderful and great parking. prices are a little high but worth the convenience. If your ever in there and ready to check out go to Vicky's line.. she's absolutely awesome and you won't be disappointed! She greats you with a wonderful smile and treats you like a member of the family. 5 out of 5 for me wish I could give 20 🌟

The Troup store no longer carries ANYTHING as far as regular bought items(snacks, quick meals, easy breakfast options, all time favorites ) & lately has no variety of goods. Produce is always old, they do not order things that are out of stock for weeks at a time. Used to you get just about anything there, except deli & bakery, it was a great little store. I've shopped there for almost 10 years & their variety & amount on hand, or their "no longer carrying" of items has lost me as a customer for good now. I will not use this store & go to Walmart. I like to support local business and see the friendly checkers that I have become great friends with, but it is pointless to go there because I'll end up having to go somewhere else to get the rest of what they do not have anymore.

It's my hometown store does not matter what time I go in there is always friendly people and the management staff is always going out of there way to say hello and if needed but everyone knows me so I just ask them how they are doing and chat for a moment before doing my shopping. Can't think of any other place I get the service I get here

Always smiling service and they opened up to help the community during the snowstorms which was rather decent of them. Also like the help out to the vehicle if required and the trolley being returned. The small things matter.

I don't know anything about this store. I have never been there. Their fax kept calling my personal cell phone. So I called and the lady said they had sent it multiple times and wondered why it didn't go through. Well now they know. Common sense tells you after you attempt a fax 2-3 times and it's not working that you should check the number. Not continue to send the fax multiple times. How inept are the employees at this store?

Sale item was sold out and manager checked in back and bought me item and gave me mine before restocking shelf. I know Brookshires is a huge company but our hometown Troup Brookshires has the feel of a country store. Like the manager and the checkers noticed I have a new car. Always a friendly place to shop. I believe Wal-Mart is messing up by removing the human interaction. I'm retired but was in sales and marketing for 35 years and the # 1 best form of advertising is one human being friendly to another. The person at exiting the door at Wal-Mart could be a positive if you felt they were there to thank you for shopping but they don't get it and they are overwhelmed reaching for you recite like your stealing something. It's very negative. Thanks for keeping it country.

I have used the Whitehouse curbside since April, and have loved it! The ladies who fill my orders are always good about texting me when my order is ready. If they are out of a item I wanted, they even send me pictures of substitutions for my ok!

As usual in this day and age of progressive socialist combined with capitalist mentality, brookshires has lost it's way. Like Walmart, when the old man died, brookshires turned away from the values that made them great in almost every sense. They do not reward the long term hardworking dedicated employees with the gratitude they should. They have a very nice variety and selection of goods but the prices are only affordable to the elite to which they cater. Many times the price for products differ from the shelf to the register. In essence when that happens to me, the price at the register is ALWAYS higher than the price on the shelf and there is a myriad of excuses from the manager each time.

I believe in shopping local! Great hometown store in Troup! Excellent & caring Managers & Asst Managers, Cashiers, Office & Customer Service Staff. Cart and Carry out personnel are local people with relationships to our community. Stockers do a good job. Brookshires in Troup has Quality Food, Products, & Brookshires Brand Items. I highly recommend Brookshires!

Very poor customer service.. asked meat Dept to slice up a ham for breakfast and he said I would have to wait an hour before he would do it.. he said he was to busy to cut it up .. even though the store had just opened and no other customers. Cashier tried to over charge me twice for ham which was clearly marked.$10.23 she charged me$22.31 . I had to correct her twice.. even after giving my thank you card😕 brookshires in Troup Texas will rip you off..

Employees are wonderful and the store is always spotless. Prices are completely out of control. Brookshires is taking advantage of the people of White Oak. You can drive a few minutes east or west and beat their prices by 15% or more. One example, a bag of chips here will cost you a $1 or more than at any other store. "Brookshires of White Oak; where you can get convenience store prices without the convenience."

There prices are always much higher than Walmart but it beats no grocery store at all in any small town that has nothing but Brookshires. Not complaining just stating a fact!
