I boarded my 2 fur babies here for 5 days and was really pleased. Kevin, the owner, was very responsive to texts and sent me pictures of them playing in one of the dog parks. He billed me thru email after I got back and picked them up, they were fed their own food and treats that I took with them and requested they eat. The place is beautiful inside and out and my babies came back home well cared for and happy. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The Dog Ranch is always a welcoming place for our dog and for us. The kennels are large and in a controlled environment. The dogs are taken out to run, play and relieve themselves in a large fenced area. We cannot say enough good things about The Dog Ranch, that is why we drive 1.5 hours away to trust them with our dog.

Reunited with our puppies!! Doggy Daycare took excellent care of them! We highly recommend The Dog Ranch in Trinity. Our pups (Coral and Mocha) were sooo happy, clean, and comfortable around the workers when we picked them up ❤️ thank you so much! Staffs were great!

I would advise nobody take your dogs here. There have been at least 3-4 dogs in the last couple months that have gotten sick and passed away after a stay here. The manger said she didn’t know she had to do anything about that. They are very unprofessional. They let minors smoke cigarettes while they work. Hiring people with no experience and placing them above other workers that are more knowledgeable.

We love this place. We have used them a few times now. It is always an excellent experience. Beautiful facility, and well maintained. Very large areas where the dogs are allowed to roam and play. Highly recommend using them!

Best place we have ever used for boarding. We have boarded our dog with multiple different boarding companies before and The Dog Ranch is the only one where when we received her back she was not sick for 3-4 days afterwards, she did not come out needing an immediate bath, and it was apparent she was happy to see us not happy to get away from the place. Unfortunately, we do not live close by so we won't be able to use them every time we board. But they set a new standard for where we will board her from now on and restored my faith in dog boarding! They also sent us pictures and updates comforting us during our vacation.

The Dog Ranch is FANTASTIC!! All of the dogs are pampered and loved. I’m so impressed with the spacious kennel that was reserved for my little fur baby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost for boarding is also very reasonable. You will LOVE this facility!

Forest fire near meant we had 6 dogs that needed a place to go. Dog Ranch took them in! Such a beautiful, clean, roomy place for them. Will use againand highly recommend them. More than five stars if I could do that.

I can't say enough great things about the Dog Ranch. It has always been a worry free experience from drop off to pick up. We never feel like we are leaving our dog in a facility. It feels like we are dropping him off with family. It is more than obvious that they care about the animals and making their property a beautiful dog haven rather than only driven by making money. We love it there and love the people that take care of our little guy. Most importantly, Winston loves it too!

This was our first time to leave both dogs. They sent pictures and answered text if I inquired about the dogs. We picked them up and they seemed happy. They picked up our routine as soon as we arrived home. No time to adjust. We are very pleased with our experience and will use the Dog Ranch every time we need dog sitters. Very satisfied. My two dogs stayed here over Easter weekend 2019 after a recommendation from a family member. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the Dog Ranch.Our dogs are rambunctious sled dog mixes, but Kevin did very well with them and is obviously very comfortable around dogs. He even sent us some pictures of them while we were gone, and had all of their stuff we brought packed and ready to go when we arrived to pick them up. Nothing went missing either, which has unfortunately happened to us at other places. The kennels themselves are recently renovated and very nice.Kevin was very also responsive and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay 2 days. He is just very polite and professional all around. Rates were extremely reasonable, too.I just can't say enough positive things! We will definitely be back.

I was so nervous when I dropped off my little buddy, New to the area, middle of a pandemic only 1 days notice for required work travel. but my fears was short lived, the Dog Ranch is AMAZING. It is a clean, spacious and they are so nice. I felt very comfortable before I left the Gate. They even sent me texts of him running free with the biggest smiles on his face. It was a wonderful experience and I can not wait until they open the dog park so we can be regulars.

My babies have not been boarded much but Kevin made me feel very comfortable leaving 2 of the 3 with him! So glad to find this place as we will be taking overnite trips and can feel confident that pups are happy and safe!

I could not say enough about the Dog Ranch. The owners make you feel like your family and the I love that they have for your animals are significant and isn't that what we all want? Of course we do. They offer safe and clean and love for our pets which we all want. Can I say no more?

This is the best pet boarding we have ever used. They send texts of your pet playing, they have indoor climate controlled (very large) kennels, and the staff is spectacular. The kennels are so large, they should call them doggy suites!

I loved this place and my dog loved it even more! I was in a pickle with my female being in heat and just having surgery, it was dangerous for her to be around my male. So I called around and finally settled on The dog Ranch. I was very skeptical thinking do I really want to do this?? But when we arrived we went inside and seen the facility. It was amazing! I immediately felt comfortable leaving him there. Before we walked in we were told to listen and we did... we didn’t hear anything. Which was the point! They had a full kennel and no sound! It smelled good and was obviously well loved. Through out Hunters stay there we came and visited him often through his 10 day stay. He practically told me he disowned me and wanted to stay there 😂. It was a really good experience. And will definitely board again if the time ever comes. The price was great too. I seriously loved everything about the Dog Ranch. The entire time I had contact with Kevin. He texted me with updates often. And was genuinely nice. If you are looking for a place to board and are having doubts, look no further this is the best place for your pet. They love them like they are their own.

Impressive looking facility. Looks like a horse stable and I think it used to be one. Dogs have plenty of room in each of the "stalls" I saw.

It's a nice place and on top of that they are very personable and do there best to work with my dog that has separation anxiety and they were able to get him out his shell and get him to be comfortable also would send me pictures and updates on how he is doing highly recommend this place

Dropped my dog off and staff was really nice. Kennels were very clean and the building smelled good. Felt good about leaving my dog.
