I will never eat here again, it isn't the food I have a problem with its management! Not only do they keep their employees tips but now I find out they don't even pay over time. They have these people work 54 hours a week on straight pay. What a horrible place to work. With the entire country struggling right now you would think business owners would want to take care of great employees, what a shame.Never giving them my business again!!!!

I usually eat subs a Jimmy Johns. When I got my sub from Trinity's Subway, I thought there was a mistake. The lettuce was browning and there was very little meat. Thetyhad a meat slicer like their ads say but they didn't use it - the meat they used was precut. On top of that, it cost the same as Jimmy Johns for half the ingredients.

Paid for an online order through this store. Had proof of payment and went know and the system did not show my order. Showed them proof of payment and they called owner to see how to resolve it. Owner would not give me my food or my money back. Crazy that I have beena resident of this town and never have had the service as I did at this subway. I will never go back and will never recommend a company of thieves.

I've always liked the Trinity Subway because it's clean and the staff are friendly. Today I was eating there and someone brought in a medium sized dog, and she was holding it in her arms at the counter ordering her food. The Dog had no service dog markings. I have a granddaughter that has a service dog, so I understand service dogs. While I'm sure the owner thought it was OK, myself and several other customers didn't. I will never go back to that location, ever. I can't believe as a food service company you think this is acceptable. I would love to get your feedback on this.

The employees are spectacular and I know they work very hard and the sandwiches are decent. What I do not like and I know because I saw for my own eyes that the tip jar container the owner took out the money and put the paper money and directly into her front pocket. I asked an employee what was up with that and she said that I have to hand the tip directly to her otherwise the owner takes the money. For shame on you owners, come on!

I made an online order and it literally says everything I want in my order. But I come home I have no meat or cheese in my salad. They had 25 min to make my online order. How do miss up order when everything is right there.12/30/22 I gave this place another chance and placed an online order. Yet again they missed it up. Bought two footlong pro which I got one and one six inch sub. Called the owner basically blaming me for the order and wanted me to come back with the food and her employee even said she made a 6 inch. Just waste of time. Onalaska subway has better service and nicer.

I ordered 6 catering trays less than 24 hours for pickup. Enough to feed 90 people at the TDCJ Ellis unit. It was for the officers working in the heat in the buildings. I don’t know how they do it. I explained that to the subway staff. Not only was the order ready early. It was beautiful! Plenty of extras, plus I got the veggies on the side. Amazing job Subway! You’re the best franchise in the Huntsville area!

Sweet kids! What a pleasant experience after being in the city too long. I had forgotten to eat all day, had a long, family emergency drive, and blood pressure was through the roof,with a monster headache so, I was becoming desperate to stay away from a fast food drive thru. The sweet onion, teriyaki chicken protein bowl was delicious and just what I needed! I thank you for being so nice and patient with my order cuz a chic was on the precipice of being hangry or just passing smooth out at the wheel.

The lady that made our sandwiches came out of her car with gloves already on. She then tried to make our sandwiches with same gloves when we asked her to change them she got a real bad attitude with us. We then watched her proceed to clean tables and such and then make someone elses sandwiches with the same gloves on. Sorry but that's just nasty.

Went in there for the first time & the staff was very friendly! I asked them to lightly toast my bread, the staff wasn’t sure if she could do it & behold; she did it perfectly! My sandwich was very low cost! I highly recommend this Subway!

Best restaurant in Trinity Tx... the ladies that work here are so adorable... one day my card did not work and the man at the register let me have the food that was so nice he new i was hungry i was on my lunch break and he let me have the subway, of course i paid them next day and the lady ( i guess the owner ) said thank you and gave me a hug

Was a good experience at first but there was a mixup where I wasn't charged properly without me realizing and the manager came out to tell me, I went back in to pay but she made comments about how 'I knew' and I really disliked that.
