They do price matching so they beat HD and McCoy's prices on plumbing and wood products that I've needed. However, the lumber I need is usually out of stock for most of my jobs. That's disappointing since their location is so convenient for me. I can vouch for the staff in the plumbing department being knowledgeable and always available to help.

Staff was super friendly! This place has everything for your home or yard. Prices were great. Store was very clean, went in on a busy day right after it froze here so everyone was buying pipe. They had three people working that department to make things move faster. Leaking pipes are a pain in the a$$. But Higginbotham Brothers in Trinity Texas really helped us out!!!!

I love that they carry Mosquito Steve’s products which work great as a mosquito deterrent & don’t contain any harmful chemicals. Always well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable & helpful people.

I have just about everything you might not like the prices but you're not driving in Huntsville. Update went customer appreciation BBQ last Saturday and entered a drawing and I won a fire pit. You got to love this place they have it all.

This is our GO TO store for house projects. They always have things and we don't need to go to Lowe's which is 25 miles one way. Best hometown store around!!!

While the store is nice and tends to have items that can't be found in the large chains this rating reflects the staff and the fact that three out of the four employees encountered today did not wear face masks and the fourth employee had it on their chin is a reflection to me that the health of their customers and staff is not a priority. Unfortunately this is something we cannot accept and will have to choose a safer environment.

Did not have what I needed. I needed Flex Seal patches for hole in roof but they had nothing even similar. Went next door to Dollar General and got exactly what I needed. It is bad business if a dollar store can out-do you on hardware items. Get some Flex Seal products Higgenbothams!!

My small home town had been beaten down by a vicious winter storm. It just amazes me that the local grocery store opened so people could get food. The local sonic was open for those that could not cook at home. The funny thing is the local Higginbotham hardware where people needed to get water pipe fittings or water pipe or other needed emergency parts was CLOSED. Wow way to support you local town.
