I have been a customer of this Family Dollar for 10 years. It has NEVER been better than it is now. Kim, the manager, is so nice and very efficient! She has a good team, as well. They've been with her for quite a while, unlike with other managers. That says something! Eric, Leighann, and Rebecca (and a few who's names I've forgotten..SORRY GUYS!) are amazing Asst. Managers and CSAs! Friendly to a fault! They even remember to ask me if I've forgotten my usual items!!! The best customer service hands down!! Managers of other such stores should model their stores after this one! 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!

Normally I like the store but it was too hot in the store today and seeing all the employees sweeting and shirts with sweat on them.made me not want to buy anything today yall need to fix the ac problem this texas we still have hot days here during this time of year turn the heaters off and use the ac please

My favorite place to shop at! Never busy, no line, always have great stuff I'm needing! Friendliest staff ever!!! Tried dollar store down from BB's but always a long line!!!! It's fun to shop here and have the whole place to browse and not stand in line!!!! I call it MY store! Lol

Purchase some pajamas for $10 apparently they didn't put the receipt in the bag because I checked the bag and there was no receipt the pajamas didn't fit so I called the Trinity Family Dollar Store and ask them if I would be able to return these items to be replaced or to get a refund and that they didn't give me a receipt for it and would I be able to do this and the lady she's the one that is married to the black gentlemen and she's very nice lady very very nice lady told me that I could bring them back but when I brought them back this lady I think her name was Kristle was so rude inconsiderate and told me to get the hell out of her store and I said you got to be kidding me they told me that I can bring these back and she said without a manager's approval I couldn't get it I said my husband just had surgery I needed to take care of this and that I didn't live here she said I needed to get out of her store that I had a bad attitude in retrospect she's the one that had the bad attitude she also mocked Me by slamming doors behind the counter and telling other customers God bless you loud enough so I could hear her she told the other person to check me out with the other small items I had I will make sure and tell all my friends how I was treated at the Trinity Family Dollar Store from the employee not to ever go back there again I used to really love going into this store not anymore I will make sure and give bad reviews everywhere I go about the Trinity Family Dollar Store

It's so much better now! Kim the manager there is a very hard worker and very helpful and cares about her store she is always busy on the floor putting stuff out of cleaning which the store smells clean for a change

Andrew is a great guy! Totally helped me with some chairs I wanted. You can tell he's a great Dad too from how he talks about his family. Manager Material.

Since the new store manager shirley has taken control the store is getting whipped into shape. She works her butt off and its the cleanest ive ever seen it.
