This place is "God Sent". Last time I visited Trinity Pines there wasn't a decent store within a 20 mile radius. So thankful that this place is just 3 minutes from our cabin. If it weren't for this place I wouldn't have been able to get the last couple things I needed for our barbecue!!

This store is well stocked and clean.Large parking, clean parking lotVery well maintained place. The cashier was super friendly on Saturday,14, of January morning shift, I didn’t catch his name but he was super friendly and helped me find items since I am from out of town. A big thank you!

Typical dg store. Typical workers, they used to have a full competent staff, but their latest hire has made some mistakes each of my last visits. Nothing too big but enough for me to avoid returning to that location.

I think that this store is very nice. It is new and set up very well to where you can find what you need easily. If you have any questions, the staff is ready to not only tell you what aisle it in on but, if they are not busy checking allocating out, they will show you were the item is. Very clean and I've not had to wait very long to check out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Despite the slightly further drive for me, I much enjoy frequenting this Dollar General, rather than the one in Trinity city limits, because of the superior product options available-- both the brands themselves, and choices within the brand-- the better stocked shelves, and the often less-congested aisles.Even the checkout line, when it does get long, is typically still quickly breezed through.10/10 recommend.

Always great staff working here doing the best they can with what there given 08-16-21 9:58 pm . The sales price was rang up wrong and the woman at the register opened her wallet and settled it hoping it would be settled by management in the morning. I declined ,but she insisted. Treating others how you want to be treated. Dollor general is lucky to have these employees. Thank you

The service is horrible. I bought a bag of ice and was told that they would be out in just a minute to get it. I waited 20 minutes. No one came out and when I went in to find out what was going on I was told that they forgot. You should finish your transaction with that customer completely before moving on to the next after all they have already paid for the item that is locked up. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this store. I thought to see how this time went but I am done shopping with them. It's just not worth it.

The cashier didn't know if they had any flea medicine for dogs and so I had to search through the whole store only for a stocker to help me and took me to it and the lady told me oh so we do have some... She just didn't know what was going on

LOVE the convenience of this store to those of us that live between Trinity & Onalaska off 356. Very clean and well stocked store. Much better than the on in Trinity (city limits).

I shop here pretty much every other day either for myself or for my place of employment, but I had gone in there this past Sunday close to closing time frantic because the phone I had purchased at Walmart was not the phone required for my carrier. Stressd, I asked Destiny who was working register if she could help me. She not only helped me she most certainly went the extra mile by helping me get the right one needed, explained a few things I wasn't even aware of and had me out the door in just a few minutes. The fact that she was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went the extra mile by giving me her cell number in case I ran into issues when I got home. I will continue to make this store the store I will go over and over. I have been in customer relations/service for many years, I can usually spot someone that really cares and takes pride in her job and beleive Destiny is an asset for Dollar General or wherever she may go in the future!DG YOU HAVE A DIAMOND IN DESTINY, SHE LOOKS AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TAKES CARE OF THEM!! Don't let this one go!!

This Dollar General located off of FM 356 in Trinity Tx is top notch. They have a neat and orderly layout of their goods and the store is kept clean.

Well here in Trinity it's about 30 plus minutes to Livingston or Huntsville so very nice to have Dollar general for the little things you might need.
