This specific store never has anything I need or in stock, it’s ridiculous. Or if I want it to use coupons they never have the item on the coupon. Messy and boxes everywhere every time I have to go in there.

Long line, no social distance, not enough people with masks on. Someone behind me was coughing and had no mask. I was happy to get out of there and probably won't be going back. This place had 3 employees up front with 1 register open. I must say the lady 👩 at the register was great 👍.

Let me start by saying that I love dollar general. With living so far from town, I tend to use dollar general for most of my household things. I have been to this location more times than I can count and have NEVER had a friendly cashier. I have gotten to the point where I hate going in because the cashiers are just flat out rude. As a former customer service rep with 10+ years experience, I know that a smile goes a long way.

Really upset that we are still paying same prices for the market as Brookshire brothers! When is Trinity going to realize the prices are too high over here for everyone!! We want a market that is cheaper than Brookshire brothers like Aldi or HEB not Brookshire!! I’m not paying $8-16$ for hamburger and I don’t know where it’s coming from and it’s too expensive anyhow when I can get a pound of hamburger from Heb locally raised for $395

Good prices. Mostly friendly staff. Good selection. Orderly aisles. Big problem with this and the other DG stores in East Texas is that they don't run the air-conditioner during the hot months which are April thru October in Texas. Very uncomfortable shopping!

Great store for a quick trip while on the road. They had everything we needed. The store was a little cluttered, but they may have just had a delivery. The employees were not overly friendly.

Always takes forever to get checked out. Manager is inept. Seems the shelves are understocked most of the time. They make employees do surveys in a positive manner so the ratings for the store are bs

Well it has lower prices on things compared to brookshires. however so many people shop here I am amazed it's actually clean and the bad is that it's hard to keep the refrigerator foods full with so many people shopping here.

We were passing through and my wife used her debit card there and next thing we know 250.00 taken from our account in 3 different spots in and around Houston. Dishonest person working there I will be back next week to visit your store and your local pd.

Love this dollar store! They already have Halloween set up. It's always clean. Only problem was the cashier, not to friendly.

Store Hwy Trinitu, Tx. Close to my home...I gave the store (3) ***s. The store is always out of stock of a lot of items...Never clean...You always have to stand in a long line...And when manger is called to help, she acts like she's upset.Hwy 356 in Trinity. Tx. Dollar store is always well stocked and very clean...But farther then the store in town on hwy 19.

I know you typically get what you pay for but like most dollar stores it is cluttered. Staff are usually friendly but it takes a while to check out if there are more than three people in lone. But other than that it is an ok place to stop. But not usually my first choice.

Well one particular female employee is as friendly as a stray cat! One minute she knows nothing the next she looks like the MOD. So I assume that's she is another DG mod that knows nothing? Wow, train the employees DG!

Super crowded with one cashier per 20 customers which makes for a super long wait. This isn't a place for a quick drop in and out. The staff was friendly though.
