This store is ok. It has a Pharmacy, a small deli and makes cakes. They have most popular name brands but mainly push their own products. The employees are very nice and helpful. Everything there is pretty pricey even their own products. If you're in a bind they work. Usually I only shop what's on sale. My main shopping I do at other stores where I can get more bang for my buck.

For convenience due to distance of other grocery stores it gets 1 stars.But the constant bad produce is shocking. Per my last visit I got 2 pounds of hamburger meat/ground beef. One pound in the refrigerator immediately bagged ,after opening by the next day it was gray.Even thought this may have been an off chance.So then bought two steaks , same thing happened again. ( left in original single container.)I believe they may be boosting up the meat by injecting the meat to make it look better or fresher.Rotten vegetables, in the produce , lunchmeat that has turned green and left on the shelf.And lastly the price. You will pay 20-30% more than if you drove 40 minutes to HEB.

They deli is always on point. They always have smiles on their faces. One young lady with glasses always has a great attitude and is always helpful. Food is fresh and plentiful.

Great! The checkout process is quick and friendly. I just feel like the 1st checkout line is always lined with people. But it didn't seem like that was something that should be a problem. Especially when Brookshire is the only real grocery store in the town.

I have now successfully paid and brought home expired milk, spoiled chicken and today fuzzy, rotten grapes. There is absolutely no quality control at this location! Almost every time I go there I have to tell an employee that there is expired milk in their fridge. Yuck

There is a cashier that totally ignores female customers not so much as a hello, do you have a celebrate number, if you're a younger male she is all over it otherwise forget a polite courteous cashier.I give her a big fat zero yes you Miranda shame on you

Overpriced dump. Bad/nasty/rude customer service. Will rip you off. If you buy a deposit bottle they will not refund the deposit like they are supposed to, even after telling your prior that they will. Produce is often spoiled/rotting. CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING! They keep expired/past best buy dates on their shelves. Have had the experience of them refusing their loyalty card because their system was down, where they tried to make me pay more for items. Restroom is always nasty/dirty and has a broken handicap stall. Forget that! I will drive over an hour to HEB and get better service, produce, products, and get my bottle deposits back. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR AWFUL STORE.

Took my 1 and 3yr old granddaughters in the Trinity TX store this evening to grab a few things and there's a cashier Named Katie who checked on us in the baby food section at just the right moment to distract the 3yr old before got herself into trouble. She was a God send at that moment and was awesome when we went to check out as well. She earned at the least a thanks and some sort of official kudos in my opinion. It's been a long time since an employee was that kind sincerely personable and helpful in any store and I truly appreciate it.

The meat selection is not always good. Some of the chicken seems to be repackaged sometimes, and spoils quickly.The store is clean and most of the employees are nice and helpful. Prices are a bit higher on products I regularly use, so I tend to shop in Huntsville.

Trinity, Tx. Store is very clean. lots of pies, home made bread, nice looking fruit. Shelves are full kept nice. The prices at this store is always over the chart....Only reason why I hate going in there you get 6 items over $100.00. I can't afford those kinda of prices. That's my only complaint other than a few of the girls act like you owe them something just throw your groceries in the bag mixing whatever in your bag together.

Very clean store, high quality produce, expensive compared to Walmart. This store is a lot like H.E.B. on a smaller scale. It has 5 star products and their generics are high quality also. It's a small town grocery, though. They have a pharmacy, limited floral, greeting cards & magazines, some seasonal items (lawn chairs, bug spray, holiday gift sets), a deli with seating; wine beer, & mixers; limited selection of specialty meats & cheeses, limited organic produce, some health food items, some vitamins & supplements, limited fireplace, campfire, wood stove items (Duraflame); decent coffee items (no whole bean), limited office supplies, some baby stuff, some cooking & dining ware, some household & auto repair items like tape, oil, light bulbs. There is no butcher, no fresh seafood, no bakery, no garden stuff, no espresso bar, no hard liquor, no kombucha, very little specialty diet items, not much imported cheese or ethnic items, no household furniture (lamps, chairs, side tables, desks, mirrors, etc.), very limited pet section, very few geriatric or medical equipment, no optometrist, no hair salon, no bank.However, there are these stores in this small town very close to Brookshire Bros that can fill in what's missing (O'Reilly's auto supply, medical supply store & pharmacy, 2 Dollar Generals, a Family Dollar, a nonprofit thrift store (over the tracks on Hwy 356 open until 2 pm), 2 car washes, convenience stores, Higginbotham Bros Hardware & Furniture Store, liquor store, gift shop (on Main Street), pawn shop, 2 Feed Stores, auto mechanics, a Yoga & body works health place, an ATM & bank, a small post office (open til 4:30), and a local hospital w/urgent care, & clinic.

Small little grocery store that gives a wide variety of what I never knew I needed. The clerks there are very humble and extremely friendly. They don't look as if this is a job but rather a place to hang out and make people feel comfortable while shopping. Quality products and everyone is wearing a mask at checkout.

The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a cashier who's super helpful and friendly, and sometimes your cashier won't even speak to you or acknowledge your presence. Some of their items are also super pricey. I would only go here if you're just grabbing a few things.

Horrible meat and alot of spoiled or expired goods. Produce selection is very slim and wilted! prices are too high they shouldnt be able to charge so much more for food than HEB and such poor quality.

My mother and I always seemed to catch an illness when we went here (we both have autoimmune disorders). At some point I suppose they changed managers or policies or something, but it seemed so much cleaner inside and I've been there several times without getting sick. You can feel the southern hospitality; there's truly a customer connection.

Was pleasantly surprised how great this place was given how small of a town it is in. They have an awesome bakery, great produce selections. And their meat case is top notch! Loved the one dedicated to local sausage Amazing! Would highly recommend checking this place out. Great prices and selections!
