Highly recommend Nuckols Canines German Shepherds. We have gotten 2 GSD’s from Onji, my female (red & black) just turned a year old and my male (black) is not quite a year yet and couldn’t be happier. They both are the biggest babies with the silliest personalities & both have very nice temperaments. You can’t go wrong with Onji, she has extensive knowledge of the breed and will bend over backwards for her dogs and the pups she places in homes. You have any questions at all…she is there to help and offer recommendations or a solution to the problem you’re having. She doesn’t just place a pup and forget about you or the pup, she’s loves her dogs and is in contact with you checking in from time to time. She’s the best!!!

We got our dog, Rosa, from Onji. She’s absolutely stunning with a wonderful temperament. She’s doing really well in shows so far and we’re super excited to continue working with her. Onji has been there every step of the way, checking in on our progress and helping us if we have any questions whatsoever. She’s helping us import in a dog from Germany now and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Hands down the BEST. We will never look elsewhere.Our Remi girl is almost 9 months old now and Onji still stays in touch regularly and checks in to see how she is doing which to us, says something about how much heart she puts into these pups. Onji is wonderful! So kind and it is obvious that she loves her fur babies. Best puppies and dogs in DFW. Great temperament of the parents and the pups we met a few months ago. Onji has high quality adult dogs that are imported from Germany out of top parents. The dog we got from Onji turned out to be a great female with an amazing temperament, she has a medium drive like Onji told us before picking up the puppy. I had the best experience with Nuckols Canines! Onji let me go out to her facility and meet all the dogs before I made my decision. She worked with me to find me the best fit. She knew exactly what I needed before I did! All of her dogs had great temperaments and were very well taken care of. I ended up buying a puppy from her. This puppy is the most well behaved puppy I’ve ever had. She was basically potty trained before she even came home with me! I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I’ve had here. And Onji has been there for any questions or advice I need. She’s also taken the time to check in with us to see how it’s going. My german shepherd puppy is so sweet! It was over a year ago I started my journey in finding my first reputable breeder that would meet all of my needs. I had met Onji & she told me all about her program. She even offered to recommend other breeding programs to me if I didn't like what she had. But she hit all the bars for me. Nuckols Canines is an amazing newer breeder in the WGSL GSD community. I really love that they follow the German SV standards for breeding, it shows true care & passion for the breed.Now I wasn't sure when I'd even be ready for another dog, let alone a puppy. I followed the page & talked to Onji very frequently to talk about my needs in a dog & what I wanted. She was always very open & honest with me. She would always share news of the exciting things she's doing with her program. Not only is she my dogs breeder but she's become a friend & definitely another part of my pups family.in December was when my pup was born. I was kept updated on how the litters were doing & which puppy would possibly be mine. In January Onji let me know which puppy would be perfect for service work & I was immediately excited for this new journey.Klaus is absolutely amazing. He has the perfect temperament for service work. A phoeniminal pedigree. He has the drive I want for dog sports & I successfully have gotten him started in the very beginnings of FAST CATs. As well as flirt pole work & playing with tugs to see if bitework is something we can do. He's absolutely stunning & we have goals for showing as well. He loves water & I'm hoping a possible future for dock diving. He is currently diving off of the baby dock at our local dock diving facility.I've truly gotten everything I've asked for out of a dog. I would've never gotten the chance for a Grisu grandson or a Zico puppy if it weren't for Nuckols Canines & I'm so thankful. I definitely will be getting another from them in the future. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone looking for a German Shepherd.
