Alec came HIGHLY recommended and I cannot say enough good things about him! My dog was looking pretty raggedy after having a previous bad experience with a different groomer, and Alec was so kind and caring with him. He asked a lot of questions before the groom and spent time getting to know my dog before getting started. My dog looked and smelled amazing and didn't seem stressed out afterwards like he has with other groomers. Thank you Alec! :)

The absolute worst management! I had great experiences going here for over 1 1/2 yrs to get my dog groomed as I found a groomer that cut him great. But after my last experience, I will never go back! I scheduled my dog for an express groom which is all he has ever had there as he is a nervous Nellie and I don’t like to leave him for a long time. Typically you drop them off at nine pick them up at 12 I had to work at 1 o’clock and drove a half hour to drop them off there and spent some time in the area running some errands. After not hearing anything from them either called and they said that he was going to be ready in a couple of hours. I said, no, he’s there for an express groom. She said that wasn’t in the notes and she would have to check and see where the groomer was with him. Then she called me back and said he would be ready at 1pm. Had to call. My boss told him I would be late and then I continued to wait for him. They rushed the haircut. They didn’t trim the inside of his ears like I requested and they didn’t cut his nails. But they charge me the same amount. I told the manager to take the tip out of my payment because I would normally tip $20 for the groomer but since they are charging me the same amount you’re not getting any more she said OK. She didn’t care, she was an apologetic… It was just an awful experience with management.

10/10 experience at this woof gang location! My mini Australian shepherd, Colt, looks so handsome and fresh after his appointment and the groomer (I forgot her name unfortunately) couldn’t have done a better job! She took the time to listen to exactly what I envisioned and explained everything she would be doing with him in great detail. Also honorable mention to the Front desk receptionist, she had amazing customer service and was so nice! I will definitely be returning. So so grateful I found this place. I took a picture of him leaving and even he seemed thrilled about his new look!!!

As a long time customer I was extremely disappointed with one of my recent visits I’ve taken my cat here to be groomed for over 2 years now and always been very satisfied and I do know as time goes on prices will increase on my most recent visit for my cat they said that it would be around $55-$65 dollars for his groom which was standard and when I get there to pick him up they are charging me $112. That was shocking especially since it was a “mini groom”! Although it was very wrong to say one price during scheduling and it be almost double when I go to pick him up, we were able to get our money back after further communication with the boss and owners therefore we will be returning! We love our groomer that takes care of our kitty she’s always done an amazing job!!

I can’t say enough good things about this store, if I could rate them higher, I would! Kelly and her staff are the best out there. We always feel extremely welcomed even with my two crazy pups! I love how personable they always are, always strike up a conversation and remember little things about you and your pups! I don’t get my pups groom a lot since they have such short hair but they are the only place I will ever trust leaving them at. No matter how busy they are you are always greeted with a warm welcome. We all can’t wait for our next visit. No better place in town!!!

Our Effie girl is about as anxious as can be. Our vet won’t even trim her nails without sedation. But these guys, they just get her! 30 minutes- in and out. We pay for the express bath since our girl can’t handle the kennel. Effie is always so great for them. I’ll never go anywhere else. It’s worth the money for us! ❤️

I took my dog to Woof Gang this morning and am so impressed!!! It was my dogs first visit at a groomers and they handled her with great care! She looks so beautiful and feels so clean! I also picked up some treats which my dog devoured as soon as we got home. 10/10 love love love will be back again!

We're new dog owners. Lily was so helpful in finding just the right treats for our Cocker Spaniel rescue. They have treats for dogs or cats. And they even have human/dog goodies for people to share with their pets. She also gave us great advise about carrying a copy of the rabies vaccine on our phone as the tag doesn't show an expiration date. Lily's the best!

This was my first time going in and I wanted to do a self wash. The cashier said the station would not be ready for another 2-3 hours. I asked if they had any openings for grooming and they took my dog in! I really liked that. Most places won’t take you in the same day. I will definitely be coming back!

These people obviously care about your pet. Don't hesitate to use them for grooming. They are also part of a small dog rescue and helped us when we found a stray puppy.

Customer service is the issue here! I had a bad experience a year ago with the grooming of my pup, so vowed never to go back. But like a good dysfunctional relationship, I went in to inquire about dental care for my dog. When I wanted in there was a young lady with black hair snaping a empty trash bag. I said "Hi how is it going?" and she Immediately she said in a quick sharp voice" how can I help you sir". I was a little put off so I thought it was me, and I said " Hello, how are you". She snapped the empty trash bag again and repeated her same sentence. I then went to why I was there. Can you recommend a tooth cleaning kit and do you clean dogs teeth. She snapped the empty trash bag again and snapped " We have grooming services". I stared at her expecting more about the service or at least show me the clean kit. Nothing.... I just shrugged and decided I had made the typical relationship error 101, going back a second time after being treated poorly the first. So I left.Woof Gang Creekside needs to train their staff and groomers on how to provide customer service and actually care about people and their animals. 1st time shame on me, 2nd time shame on you Woof Gang Creekside..

Our absolute favorite place! 💕 🐶I brought my dogghter Beyonce here for her grooming appointment and guess what?!? They had Beyoncé's album playing when we arrived! 🎤 "Uh oh uh oh uh oh ah no no"🤣💕 Talk about a GRANDE entrance! 😆The ladies are amazing!!! We LOVE Woof Gang The Woodlands. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, and they have one of the most devoted shop owners I know. We have gotten so many fun toys, treats, and pet supplies from this cute shop, its a fun outing for the family. Rusty always feels and looks great after his grooming sessions, and I love the ease of getting an appointment there. Their self wash station is fantastic. We adopted our pup from one of their weekly pet adoption events. The work they are doing with My Chi and Me Rescue is amazing, finding loving homes for so many dogs! They also partnered with a local trainer where we benefited from some training sessions, and they even host fun social events. We highly encourage you to check out and support this local shop, you'll love it!

1st time appointment going here and they called 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel due to groomer having an emergency. I understand that things come up in people's lives, but to reschedule me 10 days out is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer service is a dying breed and your establishment should have accommodated all of today's cancelation s 1st before any other appointment s. That's the professional and right thing to do. Poor management skills at this location!!!!

I waited quiet a bit to write this review. Because I wanted to see if the hair of my dog is growing back or not. But it still looks miserable. So here is the story: My dog, a pug, was groomed there in April 2023. I asked for a bath and a deshed treatment with special shampoo and extra brushing, as well as nail grinding and teeth brushing. When I picked him up he was happy as always and his fur was fluffy. I did not notice at first sight that they have started to shave him. Mainly I think because he was so fluffy and happy to see me. When I came home my husband said immediately "What happed to his fur?" He had a stripe in the middle of his back. It seems like someone started to shave him and another one saw it and shouted "Stop!" . So basically he is now running around with a reversed MOHAWK. A pug is a double coated short hair dog. It will stay this way. Probably for a very long time. Because of the double coating it will not grow back. You should never shave a pug. This is a rescue dog from Pughearts of Houston. I educated myself about the breed before I got him years ago. Thou some people do it, never shave a pug! Unbelievable is the practice of this grooming place. They did not tell me "Hey, I'm sorry, we messed up." It's one thing making a mistake. But it's another thing to try to cover it up and hope the customer don't recognize it. Woof Gang Creekside came highly recommend. And reading all the good reviews, I thought, ok. let's go there. But this was the worst experience I ever had with a groomer. Customers be warned!

This place is AMAZING!!! Customer service is top notch! All the ladies that work here are ALWAYS friendly, smiling and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, not to mention our doggies LOVE the girls as well! Grooming is always excellent, never had any issues, in fact this is the only place our dogs love and feel comfortable. I will never take our dogs anywhere else for grooming. We have had many bad experiences with groomers at other places which has made it very hard on our pups and ourselves. So very happy we found this place, we LOVE it!!

Can’t say enough about Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, The Woodlands. We adopted our puppy there at one of their adoption weekends with My Chi and Me Rescue. The store is always beautiful and very clean. Kelly, the owner, is great-always helpful and welcoming. Grooming is very caring and wonderful. The staff loves their four legged clients and wants them to have a very relaxing and loving experience.There are many doggy places much closer to us, including another Woof Gangs, but why lower our standards? Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, The Woodlands, is the BEST!! We are very happy they are there for us! ❤️

I tried to like this place I really did, but called saying something was wrong with my dog. I ask if I need to come get her and No was the reply. I got her a vet appointment for that day ( better to be safe then sorry ) the vet said that she was fine. She was also acting normal when I picked her up. I was in a big rush when I picked her up to get her to the vet and didn’t notice the hack job they did on her. She wasn’t cut even and they cut her ears even after I said not to. She looked worse when she left then when she went in. She didn’t even get a proper bath as she was shedding all over the place. Never again!

Wonderful & friendly service! Catherine did an amazing job grooming my dog, Bailey. Bailey normally has high anxiety and I never have gotten her groomed until this point but she started to develop mats so it was time. They gave me lots of help by recommending and letting me get a sample of a calming treat they sell to give to her before she came in. When I came to pick her up, Bailey didn’t want to leave! She walked around the shop going up to the staff with her tail wagging! It was obvious how well she was treated by her reaction to the staff. They made her feel so comfortable and did an excellent job with her grooming!! I highly recommend Woof Gang. I will be a repeat customer!

Kelly is so kind and always remembers us and our pups, that always means so much to me. They come home looking sharp and feeling relaxed, which means the most. Absolutely love this place! My daughter and I opted to do a self wash because it's so darn hot outside. We will now come back every time Duke needs a wash. They provide everything and more! I actually like the fact I don't have to dirty my towels with Labrador hair and got to use a blow drier. Duke enjoyed the experience as well and got to pick out his own treat after. Thanks, Kelly, for all your help. Hoping the CBD treats work too! 😋

I have been taking my fur baby to Woof Gang for a little over 2 years and I can honestly say what an amazing and accepting place to take your dog. Not only will they take wonderful care of your fur baby but they also make you feel right at home with their amazing customer service. Our dog had really bad fleas and the owner (kelly) took it upon herself to give a flea bath and make sure all them were completely off our poor doggo. Kelly has gone above and beyond for her customers and also her employees while making sure she runs a tip top shape business. But most importantly, she will take care of your pups and make sure they are bathed and groomed to your specific liking. We will refer anyone and everyone to Woof Gang!
