I put 3 stars because the girl who checked us out was so helpful and sweet. We were looking at a green cheek conure and asked one of the other girls that was stocking toys on the aisle a few rows down from its cage if we could see it. She told us it only likes some people and blew my husband off. Didn’t even look at him. It was obviously a very friendly bird watching it in its habitat. The girl at the checkout asked what kind of bird we had because we were buying bird toys… we told her and without her even knowing we had asked to see the one they had she told us how sweet the conure they have is and how it likes everyone…… this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. If you want to see an animal and told no by someone who isn’t in the mood to get a bird or other animal out… ask someone else.

Very accommodating. Grooming opens at 7am, mostly for drop offs, I was there to get my dogs nails trimmed(walk-in service, only option). Cashiers aren't there til 9am. They were able to provide the service and get me checked out. Grooming offers a Veterans discount on Tuesdays

Groomers said our dog was baking uncontrollable then peed all over then had a seizure. They chopped her hair then wouldn't finish. We took Sadie home & she was fine. Next day Petsmart wouldn't finish her cutting, said we had to take her to the Vets before they would finish. We needed her haircut. The workers were rude about the whole situation. We decided to start taking her someplace else & will not be going back.

We're new owners of a rescued cocker spaniel. We had no idea what to feed her except it had to be Purina because that's a name I know and trust. But Purina has an extensive line of pet food, and the choice was bewildering. We asked employee Nick if he could help. He was wonderful. We chatted about our dog for a few minutes so he could assess her needs. Then he gave us a few of the best choices for her and, based on her preferences, we narrowed it down to one. What an outstanding resource Nick was to help us find the best food for our new dog.

Jade is a great groomer, left Ace looking like a new man. She made him feel comfortable and the rest of the groomers were friendly.

They kick out my dog because she has arthritis at Magnolia location The Tomball location wrote notes that she is aggressive she is not at all . She has hip issues and had a bad day today not feeling well they tried to clip her nails on her bad foot . She has been getting groom at petsmart locations since she was a puppy she is almost 9 and getting older she has had hip issues for a year now the magnolia location groomer who obviously has no patience got her thrown out of getting groomed. There an age limit at petsmart for grooming your pet God forbid it has issues of any kind .

I always come to this location, service has always been nice! I like their large Tiki Cat selection, plus large toy collection. Their seasonal items are always so cute!!!

I usually like to buy my fish my my tank here, but I went on a Monday, several of the tanks were empty and I even saw a lot of dead fish in the tanks. I left quickly and I went to Petco I got the fish I wanted. I’m hoping next time it will be taken care of a lot better. I would go back. Nemo’s also has great fish.

About the Banfield staff. I'm glad to say their staff at the pet hospital are friendly and kind.. you can tell they love their jobs.. I went in with both my Yorkie and Frenchie, and they took good care of them both.I also visited the grooming salon. The staff there was friendly as well. They really enjoyed having my Frenchie there and made sure to say goodbye and give him a snuggle before he left.The Petsmart staff was very kind and helpful. My Yorkie pooped on the floor🤦🏾‍♀️ and the young lady had no problem helping me get it up. I told her I could take care of it, and she offered to hold my two pups while I did. Since I didn't feel like she should have picked up after my pup..Great visit!!!

I always find my pet food here. I used to shop at Petco. But, I was always struggling to find my dog's food. Today, I found a blue fish 🐟 that I have to have!

I just moved tomball. normally my dog going to daycamp in PetSmart everyday. Employees are refusing help a find products and so rude. I will go alternative stores with my dog. ( not all employees honestly just Jessica rude and arguing with customers)

It's always an interesting experience going to this petsmart. Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable. We went just to see a hamster I've been wanting for a while. We did end up getting her finally. We also helped save a dwarf hamster that got stuck under a bowl. But he was a bit upset when the bowl was removed from on top of him,Lol 😆 . This is just a nice store to visit for all my pet needs. Thanks you for the laughs. I kind of needed it that day.

This is a great PetSmart, the employees greet you with the welcome when you come in the door. Store is always clean and smells fresh like all PetSmarts, they has a great selection. We don't use the veterinary services they offer their because they are too expensive, but other than that this is a great PetSmart to shop.

Horrible place, horrible service from management. For anyone that loves their animals I advise you don’t bring them in for grooming. My dog came back not once but twice with very bad cuts on my dogs back, ears and the first time came back with fleas. Then with the cuts, burns, my dog ended up running a fever in which became a infection. After talking to the manager, for these horrible service couldn’t get me an appointment for the vet, until Friday morning! That’s way too far! Not to mention he implied that I it could have been my fault for not taking him to the vet the first time when on my record shows I went to the vet to buy flea medicine for my dog under the banfield plan because at the time I couldn’t see what he was scratching at was the fleas all over him. Then couldn’t see the cuts until he stop scratching and biting himself. Overall I won’t be coming back to this location in Tomball.

I really love the grooming department currently. Sometimes people are just not the friendliest and I hate dropping off my babies to people who just seem they don't care. The staff currently is just a really great group of girls and my football always comes out, smelling great, looking, cute and happy as can be. I'm a happyfur parent!

The groomers were so good with Siggi, my little nervous puppy. They also put bows on her and trimmed her paw fur so well! My puppy also left with really soft, untangled hair. It was a great and high quality experience.

DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE. I have been bringing my senior dog here for over a year. Never had an issue until today. They wouldn't groom her because she was panting. She always pants there because she is scared. She has anxiety. Tried to tell them I just had her at the Vet on Friday and the vet said she had the heart and lungs of a much younger dog. Vet gave her a clean bill of health on Friday. I told them they could call to verify and they said no. Then they said I could take her to the vet in the store to be checked out. I said for free and they said no. Why would I pay for a vet visit if I had just had my dog at the vet on Friday. Told them I would never be back. Then called another groomer got her in and done with no issues. And yes she started the painting when I took her into the new groomers and they played with her for a minute and she was fine. The only thing I can think of is someone at petsmart grooming hurt an snimal and they are afraid. If they would have taken a moment and interacted with her like the new place did I wouldn't be leaving a 1 star review. Wish they had a 0 star option.

PetSmart has been our go to pet store for all of our pet's needs. Overall they have a great selection of cat, dog, fish, bird, reptile, and small animal supplies. We recently bought a dwarf hamster here and she is a hilarious character (who knew that dwarf hamsters were so dramatic lol).I will mention that the live fish are kept in pitiful conditions. I bought two black angelfish not too long ago and 1 died pretty much as soon as I put it in the tank (and my tank was and still is perfectly healthy). Don't buy fish at this PetSmart location, go to a different location or find a specialty fish store like Fish Gallery or 360 Aquatics for beautiful specimens in ideal conditions.

I have been a PetSmart customer forever. I love the store I love the setup I love the employees I love that their company does a lot for pet charity My only request would be to offer clearance and discounted items to members only during special events and things like that. People like me that run a small doggy daycare would love the chance to go in and stock up at 75% off at a clearance event. Just a suggestion corporate if you're reading this LOL other than that I love the store and the brand.
