HOT FOOD, which few fast food restaurants, or even other Dairy Queens even try to provide. Grilled buns, hot meat with melted cheese, perfect french fries served quick and hot and to our table. I will stop here at the Tivoli DQ instead of my home DQ in Rockport Tx (food is always either cold or burned food at Rockport DQ) each time I pass north of home and turn left from Tivoli Tx to Victoria Tx. Well done cooks and servers at the Tivoli DQ!

Restaurant was clean and maintained. Service was fast even with drive through full and long line. There onion rings are better than Sonics in my opinion. We also had a hunger buster my son finished, and two taco salads. Lettuce was fresh not wilted. Great roomy bathroom clean. Great overall customer service and food experience.

This evening we stopped for dinner with my family (of 6) and we we're greeted by John Paul who very kindly took our order, made sure all our food was perfect and brought out food to our table. My kids and I very inpressed, asked for his name so that we can complement him. We need more like John Paul. He loves his job. Thank you so much!! We will be back soon.

We have been here numerous time because we travel Rockport several times a year. The service has always been horrible. Employees do not even greet you or advise they will be with you as soon as they can. The wait is always ridiculous. We usually wait 30 minutes for our food each time. Today we came in and there was two other cars when we got here. We quickly placed our order and then once we ordered people began coming in and it got a little busy. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Food was mediocre at best.

This franchise always takes me back to my childhood days. Vanilla Cones after baseball games, an entire steak finger basket for myself, and the burgers are always juicy and delicious. Stopped here on a road trip and wasn’t disappointed. Good service and great food. The only difference from the old days was my brother and I were in the cab of the truck, instead of piled in the back with the rest of the siblings…still had a great time.

We stopped here on our way to Rockport and I was excited to get a blizzard. The place was deserted and eerily quiet inside. We went to order and I completely changed my mind about having ice cream. There were fries, trash, random other food items on the floor in the kitchen area. The counters also had fries, crumpled napkins. Containers with a couple food items like a chicken strip, a few fries etc laying around in random places, and piled up next to the warmer. A health inspection nightmare honestly. You could tell by the looks of some of the fries, they had been there all day if not several days. I could understand if they were busy and didn't have a chance to clean up but it was completely dead. The workers looked like they hated their job and customers are a hinderance to them sitting around (literally) I didn't eat there. The rest of my group did, they were all unimpressed and noted how dirty the kitchen area was and the men's restroom. The fries were old, cold, and dried out or translucent from being soaked in grease. I only ate one. I wasn't risking getting sick on our weekend getaway. The kitchen is in full view of everyone and I don't want to know what any closed off areas look like.

Service is terrible. They can’t hear you at the drive through so you have to pull up to the window to order without a menu. Then they still get the order wrong. After waiting nearly 30 mins for our food when there was nobody else at the restaurant to serve we finally get the order and it’s incorrect. The root beer tastes horrible. Not impressed and would not recommend.

Ordered what we thought were 2 quick cones on our drive home. Took our money then we sat and sat and sat watching employees inside joke n cut up and still no cones. It took me flagging down someone thru drive-thru to ask what the hold up was, I was told they were still making the ice cream. Had I known that ahead of time I would have chosen to drive to next location as it added 20 mins to our drive home.

I ASKED FOR MY CHICKEN STRIPS TO BE BUFFALO SAUCED GLAZED the lady said can i just give you a small container with buffalo sauce? I said yes, i just wanted buffalo sauce! So after 30 long minutes of waiting she brings our order and as i am about to eat i open my container and its gravy, i did not make a big deal about it so i ate half of my food and as i am leaving i go up to the lady and i tell her hey you didn't give me any buffalo sauce and before i could even finish my sentence she leaves and brings me a container so im here thinking it was buffalo sauce and when i open it it was NOT BUFFALO SAUCE it was BARBEQUE SAUCE. She was rude and obviously cant get through her head when someone asks for something.And the restrooms were dirty.I do not know what the girls name was but she wears glasses and works the register on Friday's.

Went here and the staff was very rude. We waited an hour to get our food. When we got it, our food was cold. The burgers were cold. The fries were cold and the orders were wrong. I asked for easy mayonnaise and they put extra mayonnaise instead. I asked for easy mustard and they put extra.They waited on everyone at drive thru and ignored the people inside.
